It was definitely a very difficult repair, due to the make and age of my truck a 2000 F 250, diesel. Truck was stolen and recovered, with major electrical damage and moderate body damage, along with stolen stereo. Unbelievable customer service, for any business, I would say he was the best I have ever encountered. Cesar kept me informed every step of the way, managed any issues that arose (due to difficulty ordering parts for a 26 year old truck) and despite me being 800 miles away during the repair, I was never uneasy about what the timeline was, or about the safety or storage of my truck. I had to fly up from California to retrieve my truck this week. Truck was immaculate, ran perfect (better than before), every detail was taken care of and on time. Truck was detailed and ready to go. Drove it home and as I look at in my driveway (drove it 800 miles home), I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Cesar and your incredible crew.

I can't say enough about Center Collision. The level of honesty, integrity, and workmanship…read moreexhibited by everyone we worked with was exceptional. In particular, Jared Osten went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to get our insurance company (State Farm) to do what was right. And even when State Farm would not agree to pay for procedures that were strongly recommended by Subaru, Jared and Kevin House (owner) stepped and covered the cost of the procedures because they refuse to sacrifice quality and safety in order to appease insurance companies. If you ever need collision repair or bodywork, Center Collision should be on the top of your list. From Malissa, Evie, and I, thank you Jared and the rest of the Center Collision team, you guys are amazing!

I also found their rates to be about three times higher than the other estimates I received. Additionally, I felt that important costs and policies were not clearly disclosed upfront. I encourage anyone considering their services to request all fees and payment terms in writing and to compare estimates from multiple repair shops before making a decision.

He told me he's been working on cars for 40 years and will retire in a few more years, he is incredible. Dan is outstanding, so friendly and great, I cannot recommend him enough and so glad I found them (via a Facebook group recommendation). I got into a minor car accident recently and unfortunately had to take care of the damage myself…read more Dan was the first shop that came up in my search and am so glad that I decided to go with him. My husband used to work in the car industry and is familiar with the costs of auto body repairs, so we decided to go with Dan without getting quotes from others. As other reviews I've seen mentioned, Dan's quotes are far more competitive than other paces. He's very kind, easy to work with, honest, and very hardworking. He's a one man shop right now. I recall him telling me that he could get my car fixed back to 80% at most, but he was too modest! My car looks brand new as if I hadn't gotten into an accident. No need to search around to get quotes from others. I highly recommend you go to Dan; you won't be sorry. He'll be sure to take care of your car and make it look brand new.

The bumper they installed was not prepped at all before they painted it, it still had flashing from the injection molding process around the edges. The paint that was applied is wavy. The bumper is loose and there is a gap between the drivers side headlight and the bumper. The paint is already scuffed and worn through from the flexing under the headlight. They replaced the electric grill shutter but didn't know what they were doing so they contracted out the work to Airbag Services. Apparently Airbag Services doesn't know what they are doing either. We were told the vehicle was completed so we picked it up and pointed out the problems with the paint and loose bumper. The manager, Robert, couldn't be found so they sent out a service tech to go over our concerns. (By the way Robert was at lunch in his vehicle that was parked literally beside our vehicle. I even called his name and he looked up but wouldn't speak to us.) The service tech said that the bumper work was the "best they could do" and that Robert had already signed off on the repairs as being completed and satisfactory. We took pictures and videos of the problems and sent them into GEICO. In the mean time we picked up the vehicle and drove it home while waiting on GEICOs response. On the way home the Engine Auto Start/Stop function stopped working. Once home the Service Engine Soon Light came on and the vehicle will not start. The battery is not dead because all of the lights function and do not dim when the ignition switch is pressed. The car is being towed to a dealer tomorrow to figure out what they messed up in the electronics and then will going back into the shop again to get the bumper repaired. GEICO has been receptive and they are trying to remedy the situation. I just hope it doesn't have to go anywhere near Lakewood Auto Body ever again.
