There were dents & paint damage across the whole passenger side. The repairs were less than 10k & other businesses were quoting 10k or more. The estimated time for repair was up to 4 weeks & they had it done within 2. Beyond satisfied with their service & I highly recommend!

After someone damaged the front end of my car it was worth fixing because the car had low miles at 40,000. Specialty Auto body worked with the insurance of the person who damaged my car and gave them a fair enough price to approved fixing it. I really appreciate that Specialty Auto body cared enough to help me because it took a lot of time and effort to source the parts on their end and wasn't a simple task. They were upfront and honest about the process from the beginning that it would not be a quick turn around and that there would need to be some patience on my end. They followed through, and managed to do it in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the quality of the work is very well done and I'm so glad to see my car restored to its original condition! Thanks a million to Jeremy the shop owner and his son Ryan! You're two of the good ones out there with good hearts. Also, it feels good to support a local family owned business versus going to some shop who just works for the insurance companies, and basically just totals you car and don't really care about you at all. I got really lucky this wasn't the case with Specialty Auto Body. They were there to help me and not screw me like another shop would have. Anyone I know that needs body work I will send your way! So grateful to you guys! Sincerely, Malia

After scheduling my first appointment and it being canceled, because apparently they weren't gonna be open on the day they originally scheduled me upon getting a estimate done and may requesting factory parts. I was told that couldn't happen without talking to the insurance company that's paying the bill first. Even after discussing with the insurance company, what my wishes were Meridian collision estimator told us that can't be done. And that the insurance company wouldn't do it even after explaining to them my conversation with the insurance company they refuse to follow a simple direction of getting a new estimate, put together and sent over in a timely manner. At which point they told me I should find another collision center, which I will happily do. If you're looking for customer service, this is not the place for you if you're looking for cheap parts and cheap labor this might be your fix.
