After scheduling my first appointment and it being canceled, because apparently they weren't gonna be open on the day they originally scheduled me upon getting a estimate done and may requesting factory parts. I was told that couldn't happen without talking to the insurance company that's paying the bill first. Even after discussing with the insurance company, what my wishes were Meridian collision estimator told us that can't be done. And that the insurance company wouldn't do it even after explaining to them my conversation with the insurance company they refuse to follow a simple direction of getting a new estimate, put together and sent over in a timely manner. At which point they told me I should find another collision center, which I will happily do. If you're looking for customer service, this is not the place for you if you're looking for cheap parts and cheap labor this might be your fix.
