I have brought my Audi to Paramount twice now and the first time, about two years ago, was great. This time, horrendous. We were told the repairs would take about 2 weeks, it took 8.5. I was given the run around with no real information until about the last week before I got my car back. I would call to check on the status of my car and the tech was gone, or no one knew what was going on and would push the pick up date out a couple of days EIGHT DIFFERENT TIMES. I was lied to by the owner, who told me that my insurance company purchased the wrong part (insurance companies do not purchase parts, repair shops do) and of course on a day I was promised to pick up my car.If anyone was just upfront and honest about the progress, or what was going wrong I would have completely understood. I was treated like I was an idiot, and needless to say I will never bring a vehicle here again. I've never left a bad review on a business before as I currently and always have been a customer service professional but I want to spare others the headache and prolonged lack of a vehicle that I had to experience. read more

My daughter and I are from Ohio and drove our vehicles (2 Mazda CX-5s) to Washington. Unfortunately, both vehicles were in accidents relatively close together at the end of 2021. Upon Googling several repair facilities, we chose Paramount Centre based on viewing the multiple 5 star reviews. Although the first CX-5 was totaled based on Paramount Centre pricing, we proceeded with repair of the second CX-5. The first issue was the repeated extension of repair time of approximately three (3) months (Oct 21-Jan 22), resulting in exceeding the rental coverage and having to pay out of pocket for the difference. Second, upon confirmed vehicle pickup, we noted none of the bumper repairs had been completed, we were asked to leave the vehicle to complete the repairs. After the initial extension of time, we experienced continued additional issues, resulting in a total of three return visits to finally complete all repairs. Finally, after extending our stay approximately two months waiting for the repairs, we began our return trip to Ohio. During the return drive to Ohio, the car began to fall apart. Pictures were taken during the trip dates of January 28-31, 2022 of the 'repaired' separating tire molding, actual passenger door separating, the front part of the under carriage became loose (scooping up snow and salt during our travels) and panel safety lights intermittently flashing on. Follow up communication with owner Russ Wyman was unbeneficial as he refused to acknowledge my concerns regarding structural and safety concerns involving the claim of only using OME parts and faulty repairs. 2/23/22, A follow up vehicle assessment by a certified technician revealed missing clips, use of the wrong sized clips, wrong screws that were too long preventing proper closure for flushed connections, and failure to sand the paint leaving an unsightly crease. Furthermore, based on the estimate provided by Paramount Centre, the parts used were in fact AFTERMARKET. read more

My Audi A6 was parked @ work & a cement truck backed up into it. I took it to Paramount because they were one of 3 certified Audi shops in WA. I emailed them & Grant got back to me. He asked me to take some pictures of the damage on my car which I did & sent it to him. He got back to me with an estimate. He was very prompt! Now, it's up to Liberty Mutual(the cement truck's insurance) to approve it so Paramount can begin repair on my A6. Anyways, to make a long story short...Grant & Mike along with Tara & Chastity(ladies @ the front desk) was wonderful to work with because they had a lot of knowledge of how the insurance companies work. They explained to me the process & what to expect from the insurance company which I really appreciate! They also want what's best for their customer with using only OEM parts for your car & not some cheap after market parts that is usually recommended by the insurance companies to save money on their part. I value the honesty & professionalism from the staffs @ Paramount which I had the opportunity to work with. Well, after 2.5wks Liberty Mutual deemed my car totaled so I had to go grab all my items that I left in the car. Grant gave me a bag, walked me to my car & helped me gather all my things. Unfortunately since my car was totaled Paramount wasn't able to repair it. This all happened back in August but I've been busy with work & family so didn't have time to write a review on yelp for my experience with them til tonight. I ended up buying a new used 2015 Audi Q7 a couple of weeks ago & brought it into Paramount this morning since I was in the area to have Grant inspect it. I should have done that before I actually bought my Q7 but didn't & thankfully it turned out great @ the end for me. Grant inspected it & found no major damages or repairs were done on my vehicle so it worked out. He told me I made a great choice! I truly appreciate working with Grant. He's a terrific person & a pleasure to work with. If I ever need to get my car repair or worked on in the future...I would definitely use Paramount! Awesome team! read more

It's one of those things where I've had the work done here before and I don't want to risk going anywhere else. I don't know how well it necessarily compares to other places but the work has always been good. Only downside is that sometimes it takes a little longer with them. Also honestly the paint match wasn't spot on, even though I kept being told it was as close as it could get. (You know: there's people that do the work and those that sell you the work). I also had overspray from the repainted area to the factory painted area and I noticed it much later after washing the car, it's like a dull spot, you can see the tape line. I just got my 2017 lexus back. They did very good on body work, fix everything but the muffler I immediately ask them about it..and one of the guy told me it not in the estimate, he also told me drive the car it doesn't hurts anything...wowww( when they do an estimate on a collision they need to do it from top-to-bottom don't give me an excuse like that. Even worst.....next morning I found out that they broke the rear wiper cover and did not clean up the mess inside the hackgate. THEY ARE NOT LEXUS CERTIFIED. Dinged the side of my new car with only 1100 miles on it. All I wanted to do was go back in time and not hit the post that I hit and have the car look new again! Good production facility - I work for a car dealership and they have always taken care of my clients when I send work to them. However, my personal experience was not so good.... My car was a troublesome older vehicle and I know that it was a challenge from the start - I brought my vehicle there due to the relationship and past experience however towards the end of the experience, I felt that the car and myself was more of a pain in the rear to them ... it seems that they were doing everything they could to get the car out of there.... the vehicle was there for more than two months. Unfortunately , the car was involved in another accident ( a car ran a stop sign ) and undid all of the repair work that they did. The insurance company was less than enthusiastic on the repairs that they did to the vehicle and now that my vehicle is totaled - they are now going to devalue my vehicle due to the condition of the prior repair.. I would for sure recommend them for a newer vehicle , however I would steer clear of them with an older vehicle - they don't seem too interested in working on those... I would say that they are an excellent production facility, however not a restoration facility. read more

My porche Boxster was driven down to the shop with Minor damage done to the bumper from someone hitting my car in a parking lot running and driving great a week later I called to pick my porche Boxster up and told there were some problems with my car when they went to move it which they said was a few hours after I left it which I do not believe I really wish I would have called and checked on my car earlier I trusted them my car all of a sudden was not able to be drove the clutch had to be pulled up of the floor and my car was leaking fluid . Then they decided to add fluid to my car without contacting me and could not tell me what is was they added or were the added at this point the have broken the law repeatly at this point 9 days after they have had my car they said the bumper was done I went to see my poor car and talk to them was horrified when I saw the match they thought was ok it was not even close to the pearl white my porche Boxster is it was a flat off white I could not believe they would show especially a Porsche Boxster owner the horrible match they expected me to be ok with I am not sure even what to do now this is the worsre experience I have ever had with any shop I have ever taken my car today this point they are doing nothing to fix it or make things better I am going to end up having to get a lawyer for what started out as just a new bumper with a paint match read more

This was my second time I took my business to Paramount Centre given the first time the job was well done even though the customer service sucked each time. First time, it took them 6 weeks to get the job done, even though it was only a cosmetic damage, the front bumper near the grill had to be fixed. I had a trialer hitch imprint on a grill frame Anyway, the second time,it took them total of 8 weeks to give my car back to me. What bothered me the most was the communication gap. No one called to update me so I know where things are at and what's the reason for such a unrealistic timeline. This time the damage was on the rare end bumper. My car is luxury and is brand new 2015. When I called to check on a status, I was told the delay was on receiving the parts. When parts arrived. I got a call from the shop and was given an estimated time frame for completion. I called after 7 weeks to check, and was told the work was almost competed and primer, paint, parts to put back and detail is still left. I requested Russ who is the co owner with MIke, if this can be compeletd in next 5 or 6 days given the length of time my car has been in the shop.After 7th week, I was on their case. I got my car back on paramount's time frame at the end of 8 weeks. Elite service is all about the workmanship as well as customer service. The car hood was still open when they handed me my car keys. Upon return, I noticed some dirty imprints in the rubber panel on my back seat window. So I will need to take the car back to get that fixed. Paramount Centre could totally use some education in how to deliver elite customer servcie. Its all in the attitude !!! read more

Brought my brand new 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport in 1 month after purchase after a collision. Did great work on the body (as far as I can tell) but a complete fiasco getting my car back in original condition. Owner made many unkept promises. Promised to have it back to me for Christmas then never even called. In fact they rarely called me, maybe once to update me, I was always the one to call. Worst customer service I've ever experienced on top of lots of interior damage. They had my car a total of 3 months! Multiple wrong parts ordered. Almost every door and seat had a scratch in the plastic...they must have been covered in spikes when they entered my car, also left black grease stains on my leather all of these are permanent damages which owner promised to fix but after 3x's of returning it and not fixed I gave up. Even my claims adjustor got involved as has dealt with this company for a long time and knows the owner but after the owner promised the adjustor he would take care of it and call me I never heard one word from him. I've been in a lot of collisions and have never experienced any of these auto body shops damaging the interior of my car. If I had to do it over again I would have taken it to an autobody shop that was on the recommended list of my insurance company as if they aren't then your insurance company cannot protect you and Paramount is not on any preferred insurance auto body shop lists...hmm I wonder why? read more

My newer vehicle has been in the shop for over a month now and it doesn't seem like it will be finished anytime soon. I just moved here and have no connections to any shop so I asked the dealer for a recommendation. Worst recommendation ever. Where I'm from, the longest I've had to wait for my vehicle is maybe 2 weeks. Even dealing with insurance companies and ordering parts. I don't know if it's the work ethic here, but it just seems like no one gives a crap about good customer service. Not once have they called me, it's always me calling every week to check the status. They can't even give an estimated time Frame in which it will be done. Getting in an accident is horrible alone but having to deal with the aftermath and repairs has been even worse. I wish I would have gone with my insurances recommended shops. And from reading other reviews, they'd better hope that my car looks in tip top shape since it was close to brand new before my accident. I'm just hoping all this time they're taking is going to worth it. This review is solely on customer service. Y'all need to keep your customers updated! I will be back with a review on actual repair work hopefully within the next week. My car wasn't even close to totaled and I am curious to see how replacing two doors and maybe some esthetic work could be taking so long. read more
