I've been taking all manner of clothing to the dry cleaners for over 45 years, and, I'm pleased to say, most have been excellent; however, Next Day Dry Cleaners in Poulsbo, WA is the cream of the crop. Every garment is cleaned to perfection. Every garment is lovingly hung on a hanger or folded with the sleeves perfectly clipped in front. Every garment is inspected to ensure all buttons are present and matched. This is no ordinary cleaners. I recommend them highly. read more

Address is wrong. They moved to the Bella Cleaner location. The sign is still on the marquee for this location but there is nothing there. They moved to 21505 Market Pl ste 104 Paulsbo, WA 98370 Owner had the door open so he took my pants after the closing time listed. Very friendly. I'm trying the new location now so hope to update the rating after I use them. read more

I had a down comforter cleaned. It was done well and on time. Service was good and friendly. It seemed expensive, but after calling around the price was the same as other cleaners in the area. read more

Needed a zipper repair on an expensive coat. Specifically pointed out what I thought was the biggest problem, I was quoted $45 and told it was a 'zipper replacement'. When the coat was finished they did nothing about the torn zipper which wouldn't mate, all they did was apparently replace the slider which should only have cost $10-$15. I'm not wasting my time and gas to go back. Time for a new coat... read more

Do not bring your clothes here. Things have changed. Seriously. The older woman will argue and rip you off to make more money. It took me a month to get my things back. Sergio finally saved the day but believe me you don't want the hassle. read more

Sergio is very conscientious. I have used him since I moved to Bainbridge in 2019 and have found his service consistent, great quality and fair. You have to ask for next day service though, if you don't, it will be two days :-) read more

Fantastic service! I drive from Bainbridge just to have my dry cleaning done here. They are extremely accommodating, do an outstanding job and lowest prices. Highly recommend read more

Extremely responsive with excellent customer service! Easy pickup and drop-off at your doorstep.

Bainbridge Island does not permit dry cleaning; therefore, the shop that I found there must export customers' clothing to Seattle for cleaning. It has limited hours and it takes a long time to get your clothing cleaned, so despite being close to my wife's workplace it was inconvenient and costly to do business with the shop. I recently dropped off a couple of pairs of slacks at Next Day Dry Cleaners, in my community of Poulsbo, where I met the owner, whose name is Sergio. Sergio was friendly and welcoming. The pants were ready in a timely manner; however, I discovered that the cost of dry cleaning is considerably more expensive than it was in Kirkland, where dry cleaners are ubiquitos. That said, I intend to continue doing business with Sergio and Next Day Dry Cleaners. read more

Great new little shop that just opened. The do alterations, cleaning and have reasonable prices. My first experience with them was very good. I'll be back! read more

Next Day Dry Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Poulsbo, Washington

While the name of the shop may lead one to believe that next day service is guaranteed, I don't want that to take away from Sergio's customer service acumen. He is extremely friendly and has often offered to stay open to ensure that I am able to pick up my clothing after work. Tailoring has been high quality as well. Let's continue to support this business! read more

They do a nice job but are expensive and the location is lousy. Getting into and out of the parking lot is a serious pain.

This is the only dry cleaner that I will use. I've been a customer here since they first opened, which was years ago. They have the best prices in town and the owners customer service is to notch! read more

They do a good job and have competitive prices. In an odd location. Owner is really nice.

Delila P. Awesome customer Service! Reasonable prices, clothes look great. Finally a business that doesn't act like you are inconveniencing them by giving them your business! He even carries my clothes out to my car when he is not busy! read more

We don't use dry cleaners to often but when we do we come here! Great customer service and great prices! My friend uses them as well and said they salvaged her daughters peacoat which she fought was ruined! read more

I have been coming here for five years. I took mine and my daughters dresses for alterations for my daughters wedding. He gave me a price for my dress and I agreed. He gave me a price for my daughters which I did not agree with and he suggested we send it to alterations and I was told By the gentleman at the counter that I would be called with a price for my daughters dress prior to any work being done. I was not called. I called two days later to follow up and at first he was surprised she had not called me and said he would call me back. He called me back to tell me the dress was finished and would be $165. I tried talking with him about the fact I was suppose to receive a quote and did not but he was pretty much yelled at me on he phone and said to come get my dresses whether I'm going to pay or not. I felt extremely uncomfortable going to get the dresses. He did not look up at me and asked if I had decided whether I was going to pay him or not. I did not pay the full amount but I did pay over $100 which he then applied a service charge to ( I have never been charged a service charge here) I tried apologizing for the miscommunication and he did not even bother to look up from the register. He was extremely rude and has lost my business completely. So sad I will have to find a new dry cleaner. The disrespect this man showed me was beside me. I will not be back. Originally he said $35 a layer for three layers and that turned into $165. Those number don't add up. read more

Great business. Sergio, the owner, is kind, respectful and responsive. They do a great job on shirts (the only thing I've brought in). Prices are great and make a little longer trip to get to them worth it. Highly recommended. read more

Love these guys! Open doors, help bring out the dry cleaning, smile, know you by name, inexpensive. I actually look forward to a dry cleaning run because of this place. read more

I am a first time customer since recently moving to Bainbridge. I read the reviews of the other cleaners and then chose Next Day. Glad I did! Friendly staff and prompt service! I will be back! read more

Just an update, STILL love this place!!! They are fast, friendly and clothes are always fresh and clean!!

I have been a patron since they opened, and I am still thrilled with this dry cleaner!!! Their prices are so awesome that I can actually afford to own dry clean only clothes again!!! Staff are wonderful. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed... read more

I had my white silk blouse dry cleaned and specifically asked for a small stain to be removed. When I returned to pick it up, the staff couldn't locate my blouse after a long search so I had to leave. But within the hour, I got a call from another staff member to tell me they found it. When I returned, I found that the blouse still had the small stain. It was overall ok with nice staff but ultimately not five star experience I expect and get from other cleaners in Seattle. read more

Good service & reasonable prices. Have used their services several times and am always pleased with the results.

Prices are half those on Bainbridge so it's worth the drive! Friendly service and pants turned out perfectly

I have been going there happily for two years. Unfortunately, I recently had an negative experience where they did not de-pill a sweater that I asked for. A minor thing. The owner tried to tell me he did not charge me for it, when in fact he did. Upon probing he agreed that he did charge me and that he would refuse to give me a refund for the de-pilling charges. Such a minor incident but one that they would not acknowledge was done poorly. There are lots of dry cleaners in the area so you need to have good, honest service to be competitive. read more

I wish I could give either "negative stars" or no "stars" for this business. I recently took a "Santa suit" to be cleaned and when I got it back, I noted the fur around the hat and coat was damaged. This was not the first time the suit has been cleaned (I've owned it for 8 years and clean as needed and always at the end of the season). There never has been an issue prior at any other dry cleaners. When I dropped off the suit, I asked Jolene, the Poulsbo store manager, if there needed to be any special instructions and she replied that "he has cleaned Santa suits before". I asked for the owner's name and phone number, then later called him to discuss the damage. He said he would call the store's manager and call me back. I waited a few days, then when he did not call me, I called him. He did not answer. So I went back to the store and spoke with Jolene. She related that Sergio told her "There were no special tags" advising of how it should be cleaned, so "he is not responsible for any damage". read more

Had a terrible experience. They ruined a non-replaceable tablecloth which was a gift from South Africa. It had candlewax on it; I dropped it off and asked that the owner call be BEFORE they did anything to discuss how and IF to have it cleaned. It wasn't dirty - I just wanted to see what we could do about the candle wax. They didn't call me but went ahead and cleaned it. It faded, plus the cloth texture changed. When I called the owner, he didn't care. Said he had followed the directions on the tablecloth. (The directions said "washable" but not to be put into a dryer. It looked to me like it had been dried in a dryer.) I told him the "directions" were to call me before doing anything. He simply did not care. Asked me what I wanted them to do and I said there wasn't anything they could do because it couldn't be replaced but that I wanted him to know that they had messed up so they wouldn't do that to another customer. He never apologized and didn't care. I will never go back. read more
