I contacted Kitsap Junk Removal about the janky old hot tub on the deck of the home we bought. They offer a flat rate for hot tub removal and it was a very fair deal. It took them about an hour to remove the hot tub, carry around the house, and load it into their truck. They even offered to assist with the 36 year old landscape ties I had just finished digging up this weekend for a nominal fee. These are the rights folks to call for this work. read more

Rob and Jeremy did a fantastic job hauling away a full load of demo materials and general "junk" yesterday. Such professional, polite and happy guys! This is the 3rd time we've used them and will again. They truly enjoy their jobs and give high praise to the owner Joel, they even like his Dad jokes . Liz made scheduling a breeze. Highly recommend! read more

Amazing service and pricing. The friendly crew were quick and left the place spotless after a difficult hot tub removal. And when it came to paying, it was exactly the quoted price. No extra tax, no credit card charge. What a great service! read more

On time with good communication by text and email. Quickly, picked up items, and took them apart. Moved them out without any damage to my home. Price reasonable with no surprise extra charges. They swept the room leaving little if no mess to clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend this business and will use them in the future. read more

I hired this crew to remove about 150 fence boards. Initially, I was quoted $165, which seemed low to me, so I expected the total to be around $300. In the end, I paid $500, and not all the wood was removed. That said, the crew was very kind and worked within my budget as best they could. While I'm a bit disappointed with the overall outcome, I appreciate their effort and professionalism. read more

Very professional and prompt service. They had no problems removing my heavy items and gave a very fair price to haul all the items I requested. I would defiantly recommend this business for all Junk removal needs. I'm so grateful to be rid of all the clutter!! read more

We had a great experience with Kitsap Junk Removal today. We recently purchased a 3 level townhouse that had a good deal of heavy furniture and several old appliances that needed to be removed. We hoped to find a solution that would recycle and keep as many items as possible out of the landfill. This business works with a number of reputable charities and makes sure things like appliances get recycled. Also, each and every person we dealt with were friendly, positive and professional. The team arrived right on time. On top of which, it was a very hot day, but the job was done efficiently and cheerfully regardless! We were so pleased with this service and highly recommend. read more

this is just my experience, they seemed really nice on the phone, there before they got to my residence to do a quote, upon arrival they saw what I was trying to get rid of and quoted me $887 or $885 to remove what I had, told them that I would get back to him because I want to do some comparison shopping. The people I went with ended up doing it just barely over what it would've actually cost me to do my own. And saved me over $600. I'm a firm believer that people need to make a living and I'm not mad about that but at the same point in time don't boast about giving honest quotes and then overcharge people that is just profoundly uncalled for especially in this day and time when things are so freaking expensive already.. Everything that was being dumped was not electronic refrigerator washer dryer anything like that some couches a bedframe, some dressers that was generally it, I don't mind people making a living, but it's not cool to price gouge people. It took two guys 40 minutes to load up their truck and take it all at once, and I just found out that the dump fee was $87. All I'm gonna say is make sure you shop around before you go quote from anybody who does junk because you never know when they're looking to get over on you. Almost $900 down to just under $200. read more

Stop looking around and use this company. Seriously! this company was amazing! We had such a huge project of cleaning out a house and I was in tears at the volume of what needed to be gone. After talking with the very nice Jamie at the office over the phone, we had Joel, Alex, and Rob come out promptly and start. They were so efficient, it almost made my head swim, and they did it with humor and levity. Rob's jokes were great dad-jokes. We had a piano gone! 8 beds gone! 4 couches gone! bags of clutter gone! 7 dressers and broken tables gone! 12 broken lamps gone! They hauled away the equivalent of 15 pickup truck loads/ 30 cubic yards of waste in under 2 hours. Unreal! our property is located such that we cannot get a dumpster delivered there, so this was our only option, and I'm so glad we did! they were so fast and friendly and really strong! I didn't want to figure out how to break down a piano! and the pricing was WAAAAYYY better than I expected so I did tip them handsomely. We will have more junk to get rid of in a few months and we will 100% call them again. thank you!! you made a stressful and emotional situation a million times easier to handle. thank you! i'm starting to feel hope about this project! read more

Our crew was amazing! Good communication throughout, were able to get their truck into our vacation cabin's awkwardly narrow gravel drive, cheerful and making jokes as they carried endless pieces of heavy stuff out of the house, got it all done fast, and made the clean-out day far easier for us. We will use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much to Joel, Rob, Alex, and Jamie. read more

Kitsap Junk removal was fantastic! When we first called, Jaimie answered our questions and got us set up for multiple trucks of junk! Alex, Joel, and Rob were very professional, easy-going, and so efficient. They helped clear out 50 years of old mattresses and couches from our beach cabin. We had a large leather couch with mice. No problem! 2 men, Sam & Isaac, come in and removed it. Did not touch one wall. Very professional! On time! Took a love seat also. Was worth every bit it cost! I would recommend %! Will surely be calling them again. What a back and wall saver! Sorry I have no photos. It was the dogs bedding. Never thought about taking a picture of the scruffy couches. They belonged to 2 great danes. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Joel and the crew from Kitsap Junk Removal were so helpful with a large residential removal job that involved junk both inside and outside a house. The crew was energetic, courteous, and cheerful -- and they got the job done well. We are very pleased with them and give them our highest recommendation. read more

Impressive from first contact to departure. Rare experience to find a company which is this attuned to customer needs, communicates very effectively, is priced reasonably and whose representatives far exceed expectations. In my case had a treadmill which needed to be removed from a second floor and replaced with a new exercise machine. I tentatively had asked whether they might get the crate to the 2nd floor after the removal and they offered not only to do that but put it together for me--and did perfectly. As another reviewer stated. Look no farther. These folks run their business in a best practices way and it seems to be at the heart of what they do. Really positive demeanor as well. Wow! Why can't more businesses learn from them. So difficult to get this kind of service anywhere else. Recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks enormously, Kitsap Junk Removal. read more

I had Kitsap Junk removal come out yesterday and they were WONDERFUL! They worked fast and efficient and where friendly! They even removed an old chain link fence for us. I called to schedule on a Sunday- and they answered the phone! They gave me very accurate pricing information, and there were no hidden fees or adjustments on the day of service. They say "Junk Removal", but they are really stress removal! We did not know how we would get rid of this junk until they came! I recommend them with NO hesitation. read more
