We had a 'full truck' worth of stuff that was loaded incredibly quickly; the two gentleman who showed up were: on time, called ahead to give us an eta, worked incredibly hard, and left nothing behind. We couldn't believe how hard they worked - loading the 'Green Machine' in about an hour completely full. They hauled old appliances, tools, scrap metal, decking, and general garbage. We just moved to the area and in remodeling our home we created an enormous trash pile of used boxes, replaced fixtures, toilets, lighting, etc. In addition the previous owners had left the old kitchen cabinets in the garage and other miscellaneous stuff which we did not need around. Ahhhh! So very happy that my faith in good customer service has been restored. My husband and I just bought an older house and we knew we'd be doing some remodeling. So, we piled up all the garbage out by our 2nd garage until we were done. Then we'd figure out what to do with it. I called about 4 different places (including our local garbage company) and got some pricing and ideas of what might be necessary to do on our part. All but Trash Transporter seemed to require some work on our part. The local garbage company offered a dumpster to be dropped off etc and picked up. But we'd do all the work and pay rental fees. All sound reasonable and fair - except we'd have to do the work. :-) I called the owner of Trash Transporter and he was extremely professional. He described who he was, what their company does and his pricing structure. He advised that they will come out, look at what we'd amassed and give us a quote. If we liked the quote, they'd be ready to remove everything immediately. Sounds good huh? Well, these things always sound good until it actually happens. Unfortunately, more times than not, you get substandard service, or what actually happens is very different from what they told you. Not in this case. These folks were amazing. Worth every penny - if not more. They even offered a discount if we wrote a review. They didn't even ask us to write a GOOD review - but just to write one period. Everyone recognizes these days that reviews can make or break a company. We were so happy with their service, we declined the discount and here I am writing a good review - unsolicited. They were on time, courteous, speedy and holy moly - even raked the soil underneath the garbage pile. We had some old kitchen cabinets that we had planned to break down for them to save them time, (and we thought - save us money), and they said they don't have a surcharge for labor. Really????? So, they came in, piled all the garbage in their truck, broke everything down for us, charged us a pittance (compared to what the other companies had quoted us) and cleaned the area up!!!! Who does that!!!!! They do. The clean up and the labor was worth the price they charged us alone. Let alone the actual fees from the dump. I love being able to say how great a job someone did. And I have absolutely no reservation whatsoever in recommending these folks - again - unsolicited. I did not take their discount - their price was far less than I was anticipating. I would have complimented them anyway - but if you are looking for someone to do the work for you, clean up after themselves and charge you a very reasonable rate for getting rid of all that stuff - Please, do yourself a favor and call these guys. After making several phone calls and asking for referrals for help with removing junk, I turned to Yelp in search of a removal junk company. I placed a call to Trash Transporter and spoke to Ryan D. to get details. I was quickly put at ease with his patience in answering all of my questions. We had a lot of junk accumulated over many years that we wanted to get rid of quickly and easily. Ryan came over to give us a quote to clean it all out. We were able to negotiate a very reasonable price. He and Joe exhibited such professional mannerism and were courteous. They were able to clean out the house very efficiently with two truck loads taken to the dump, and on top of it they tried to recycle where they could.
