John lived up to his greeting on the phone and to quality carpet cleaning and friendly service combined. He gave me an estimate on my information over the phone and beat the price after finishing the job. It is refreshing to have a quality cleaning service here in Bremerton along with an honest person who owns the company. I highly recommend Centurion Carpet Cleaning. Jim M read more

John is nothing short of phenomenal. I have never had my carpets so clean. They look better than when I moved into this rental. And they're WHITE. John and his crew are miracle workers. They also repair and install carpet. My kids had royally jacked up their room with toothpaste making potions and you would never know. Miracle. Workers. read more

I give five stars very rarely, but if these guys didn't earn one, I don't know who would. Easy to schedule, showed up on time. Worked quickly. Great results. Inexpensive (I even tipped them about 30%). What else could you ask for? read more

Totally awesome; they have a portable unit and work very quickly. Kind staff, great outcome, fair price.

Puddle of blood on tan carpet! We tried to clean it ourselves which only spread it around and thinned it out. Centurion heard the frustration and fear in my voice and was able to get out to help me right away. They have amazing product and are so professional! They really take pride in their work. Couldn't be more relieved and impressed! read more

So I had a house fire and my new couches came way before the house was finished being rebuilt. Unfortunately a family of mice decided to give birth on my couches. centurion got me an appointment within 3 days. The whole crew is super professional and great at their job! My couches look great and are Black Plague free. I got 1 large couch, 1 love seat, and 1 recliner cleaned for less than $250. I definitely will be calling them again. I have a rug that definitely needs to be de-dog smelled. I really suggest you give them a call, I don't think you will be disappointed. I definitely wasn't. read more

AMAZING! I was very impressed with the service from Centurion, they were quick with reaching out after I left my initial request for service voicemail and then flexible with scheduling and did the job quickly and was very affordable. I will definitely use this company for any of my carpet needs and strongly recommend. Context: I had a closet that my dog decided to make their personal potty spot and despite multiple treatments that I used my personal carpet cleaner to try to pull the smell I could not. I dealt with it for over a month and finally I had time to reach out for a company to professionally deal with it. I called another local company a couple times that stated they dealt with this type of situation but they never called back (one with a pink logo) and finally I moved on and tried this company. I thought my closet was a lost cause and even started to look for new carpet as I thought it would have to be trashed. The guys came in pulled back my existing carpet, pulled/replaced the affected underpadding, treated the floor board and laid back the existing carpet that they also treated and everything feels and smells like new and it wasn't painful on the wallet. I was so surprised as I was already thinking all was lost to include all my money but it wasn't! Not to mention paying was soo simple as they utilize a digital platform and I was able to use my digital wallet/apple pay and paid at my convenience on my phone. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Centurion! read more

YES, YOU WANT TO CALL JOHN FOR YOUR CARPETS! The end of my lease coincided with a military assignment -- meaning, I had about zero time available to clean my place in time for turning over the keys. I may or may not have called John in a full panic about this. Thankfully, the man is not new to panicky, last-minute requests. Not only did he manage to squeeze me in for an estimate ASAP, but he was in the house working on those carpets in no time. In the running for full sainthood, he even gave me a military discount while he was at it. And the quality of that "emergency" work? The carpets looked like something out of a magazine. Got my full deposit back, AND the landlords were in love with the final look. Seriously. (Did I mention I have a dog?!) Thank you for being you, John! read more

My 15-year-old carpet looks brand new. They removed stains, stretched the carpet where it bulged in spots, and were in and out in an hour. Excellent service and attention to detail. Unlike other carpet cleaners I've used in the past, John comes with all his own professional equipment. And it's impressive - this is not a bissel carpet cleaning job! I was told they do expensive rugs and furniture stains. Professional, fast and an excellent value! read more

We have off-white carpets, two pets and entertain often. We usually get the carpets cleaned once a year. This was the first time I tried Centurion. They were punctual, polite, professional, accommodating, enthusiastic, worked really hard, did a great job at a fair price. read more

Called them early Friday morning to set up an appointment to get my carpet looked at for a estimate to clean it. Was told I'd be contacted that day when they are on their way to my apartment. Needless to say I never received that call. Then when I called them back a few hours before closing his attitude about it seemed like an"o well maybe next time" type of demeanor, which seemed very unprofessional. read more

John was great. My dog got sick on a wool rug, on a Saturday. I called in the AM, and he said he'd come by as soon as he was done with his other clients. He told me what to do before he got there, once he got to my house, was in and out, and the rug looked brand new. I definitely lucked out getting a hold of him. read more
