The whole establishment looks old outdated and unkept. I thought being in Poulsbo such a cute area that this laundromat would be decent. To wash and dry is extremely expensive as well. There's no bathroom or sink to wash your hands and for the price the owners should care more about the clients that come here. I feel sorry for the clients that have no choice but to wash here. It had some ice cream spilled on the outside and inside of a lapel causing more of a saturation and less of a stain. Nothing complicated. I'm not sure what they did but the mark of the ice cream was still there when I went to pick it up. When I tried to show it to the lady, she just brushed it with her hand and said "it OK". It cost me a little over $17 for not getting a jacket cleaned. Considering that they spoke English very poorly (it took me about 15 minutes to repeatedly spell my name and phone number), I decided to forget about my loss. I figured if I had insisted on them actually cleaning my jacket, it may have come back with some actual stains, with a "it ok" as an explanation. Needless to say, if I ever need to have anything dry cleaned, Bella's is not where I go. I hope that this helps others.

I haven't been to a laundromat since I was a child and I was dreading washing my king size comforter here. But to my surprise, this is not the laundromat for my youth. The laundromat is extremely clean and bright and the appliances were all new, well at least seem to be new and clean. Even the floors were shiny inside this place. The laundry baskets all worked and moved and were clean. I would definitely be back. Oh even the tops of the machines were shiny.

My first impression of Laundry Day was that it was clean and had new machines. I like it's location because it is close to Grocery Outlet and Geens on Your Way, in case you need a snack. There are lots of parking spaces available and I was able to park right by the front door. I came on a Sunday morning and basically had the place to myself. I've used laundrymats like this before, so I knew how to load the card with money and how to get the machines going. The gentleman who was working was friendly to the other patrons who came in and needed assistance using the washing machines. I overheard him patiently explain the process to a few people. The washers are different sizes and prices. I probably could have consolidated my clothes to save money. My advice is to walk around and look at all the sizes before you start, so you aren't using too many small loads. The dryers work freaky good. I put my clothes in on medium for 15 mins and they were overly dry. I'd start at 5 or 10 mins and check to see if you need more time. This wasn't cheap, but it was effective. The laundrymat was clean and the machines were well maintained. There is a small bar area for you to ready, draw, or do computer work. They do not have complimentary wifi though, so make sure to prepare for that ahead of time.
