Suds Eez Cleaners & Laundry - Duh. Pretty typical of the machines here too

I came here to do my over sized blankets. 2 stars because I got what I needed done. I hope the…read moreowner of the place will have more love for the place in the future. 75% of the machines are broken. The little washers most of them don't work at all. The bigger washers were $7 per wash. You can pay with credit/debit, but not navy federal bank card. There are also options with paying with quarters. The dryers a lot of them were broken or had a sign that said doesn't dry well. It took me $2 to dry my blanket. One quarter for 6 mins per dry. Funny thing is everything is outdated besides the credit card machine. Poor elderly people standing around to wait for a washer to open up to wash their clothes. I hope they tend to their machines or upgrade for all big ones. I would rather pay $7 per wash than have to wait forever for a machine to open up. Dryers need an upgrade to dry faster and if not faster more efficient. All in all I got what I needed done! Also tip for anyone that is a clean freak bring sanitizing wipes to wipe the counters to fold your clothes. Or even the handles of the machines!

Unfortunately, I spent almost $70 and some of my clothes are not clean. We just moved here and…read morehaven't purchased a washer or dryer yet, so I decided to run to a laundromat to try to quickly get it all done at once. I have quite a bit of laundry, two weeks for a family of three plus sheets, towels, one large blanket, the normal stuff. Too many of the dryers do not work (about half) and those that do are inconsistent. One of the large $9 washers left a crusty residue all over a blanket that I can only assume is left over powered soap from a previous user (I use liquid). This tells me that it didn't fully rinse. The blanket was the only item in the wash due it's size, so it should have been just fine. The large washers also left the clothes more damp than normal, so those loads took longer in the very slow dryers. I was there for just over 3 hours on a Tuesday afternoon and never saw any employee. I have called several times and no one answers the phone. I attempted to resolve my concerns directly with management, but that's impossible if they never answer the phone. I will never need to go there again, but I feel really bad for anyone who doesn't have a choice. I do not like companies that take advantage of their customers. I feel this company doesn't maintain their equipment, which costs their consumers more money. Shameful.

I do laundry at home; however, I need to use a laundry mat to wash my king-sized comforter…read more I decided to try Laundry Genius since they have more free parking than my usual laundry mat has. Laundry Genius is modern compared to the surrounding laundry mats. Coins are not used at all. Cash and/or credit/EBT cards are transferred to a Laundry Genius laundry card (think grocery store savings cards). There is a $1 service charge applied to the first transaction. Be sure to save this card for future uses to avoid the $ service charge each time. Pricing is clearly listed at the card terminal area. Laundry Genius doesn't open as early as other mats do; opening is at 9am. Last wash is at 7:30pm. Indoors is spacious and bright. Washing and dryer machines are plentiful. Several rolling basket carts are available to assist with laundry transportation. There is a good deal of seats for those who wish to stay on-site while doing their laundry. Vending machines are on site providing laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. I spend around $18 to wash my comforter and around $3.50 to dry it. At first, I was shocked at the price difference from surrounding mats; however, you get what you pay for. Increased pricing saves me time by not having to search high and low for quarters. Quality and the quantity of machines ensures that I do not have to wait for availability or continue to add time and money to drying times. I appreciate that the staff are constantly walking around wiping down machines, sweeping and replacing laundry carts to their correct location making my entire experience feel clean and efficient.
