I came here to do my over sized blankets. 2 stars because I got what I needed done. I hope the owner of the place will have more love for the place in the future. 75% of the machines are broken. The little washers most of them don't work at all. The bigger washers were $7 per wash. You can pay with credit/debit, but not navy federal bank card. There are also options with paying with quarters. The dryers a lot of them were broken or had a sign that said doesn't dry well. It took me $2 to dry my blanket. One quarter for 6 mins per dry. Funny thing is everything is outdated besides the credit card machine. Poor elderly people standing around to wait for a washer to open up to wash their clothes. I hope they tend to their machines or upgrade for all big ones. I would rather pay $7 per wash than have to wait forever for a machine to open up. Dryers need an upgrade to dry faster and if not faster more efficient. All in all I got what I needed done! Also tip for anyone that is a clean freak bring sanitizing wipes to wipe the counters to fold your clothes. Or even the handles of the machines! read more

Unfortunately, I spent almost $70 and some of my clothes are not clean. We just moved here and haven't purchased a washer or dryer yet, so I decided to run to a laundromat to try to quickly get it all done at once. I have quite a bit of laundry, two weeks for a family of three plus sheets, towels, one large blanket, the normal stuff. Too many of the dryers do not work (about half) and those that do are inconsistent. One of the large $9 washers left a crusty residue all over a blanket that I can only assume is left over powered soap from a previous user (I use liquid). This tells me that it didn't fully rinse. The blanket was the only item in the wash due it's size, so it should have been just fine. The large washers also left the clothes more damp than normal, so those loads took longer in the very slow dryers. I was there for just over 3 hours on a Tuesday afternoon and never saw any employee. I have called several times and no one answers the phone. I attempted to resolve my concerns directly with management, but that's impossible if they never answer the phone. I will never need to go there again, but I feel really bad for anyone who doesn't have a choice. I do not like companies that take advantage of their customers. I feel this company doesn't maintain their equipment, which costs their consumers more money. Shameful. read more

This laundromat is filthy! The machines are old and disgusting with caked on detergent and softener. There is only 4 large washers, 2 of which were out of order and looked to have been for awhile. This facility charges the same amount as a clean and efficient facility does. I had no choice, however I will drive to poulsbo or back to port orchard for cleanliness. I thought for Silverdale they would have more up to date and at least clean facilities. read more

One star is generous on this particular day. Of the four large capacity washers on the premises two are out of order. I can only hope that the replacement part for my washing machine at home gets here quickly. On a positive note a much higher percentage of the dryers appeared to be in functional order. read more

Well most of the machines were working, but the place could use a good cleaning. I needed a big machine to wash my king size comforter. Inside the machine was clean, so in went big comforter,soap, and a bunch of quarters into the coin slot, 30 mins later I was able to take my clean comforter home where I dried it in my dryer. Cost $5.50 Not to shabby for what I was looking for. read more

Worst laundry ever. Machines are expensive and half are broken. Gobbled all my quarters and then refused to start. No one is there to assist me in getting my money back and I'm off on a hunt to get more quarters for the dryer. Save yourself extreme frustration and annoyance. Do not go here. Yes, it's not the most maintained laundromat. But it does everything that I need it to do. It does have change machines and you can use your card on the industrial sized washers. You probably can with the others but that's the one I used today. The attendant is very nice. She tries her best with what's she's given. read more

This is the most disgusting, overpriced laundromat I've ever been to. Most machines are broken, pay slots have been removed for half the dryers. It is dirty and run down. It costs 3.75 for a single load washer, and even with a lightly filled load the machines didn't fully rinse out all of the soap from our clothes. The dryers are hit and miss as far as what heats and drys. You'd be better off taking your laundry to the lake and air drying your clothes behind a local fast food restaurant over a dumpster. Do not go here. Go anywhere else. Take a ferry to Seattle if you have to and do your laundry over there. read more

One star is overstating how I feel about this place! My first and only visit to this place ever. I started my laundry at 5 and it didn't come out of the wash until 8; the machine was stuck in a rinse cycle from hell! I called the number posted on the wall (about 20-30 times) until someone finally answered (the owner.) she kept promising to get someone there to fix the problem but it never happened. Finally the cycle ended on its own but by that time the guy that locks the place up at night was there and he was asking stupid questions like, "why did you use that machine, it's broken?" Of course I responded, "there's not an out of order sign on it!" We went round and round. I stayed until my clothes were mostly dry but the owner never showed up and she never sent the refund that she promised. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! read more

Filthy, rundown. Black mold in soap dispenser on multiple machines. I would go to another laundromat but the other two in the area are owned by the same people. The top of the machines are not wiped down regularly so they are scummy. This is not a new situation since I have been hoping they would improve for the last 15 years. When did it become ok to have to wash your clothes in a sewer. read more
