The motor went out on my dryer. Husband ordered a new one, but meanwhile I had two loads of wet Landry that needed to be dried, so I headed out. Facility was extremely clean, and although busy was not over crowded. Took just a couple of minutes to sign up for a card and preload my payment to use the dryers. Sat in a nearby chair and read for a bit. Clothes weee done and I was quickly on my way home! Fingers crossed that husbands gets mine fixed before next weekend, but if not, I know just where to come! read more

Tracy is by far the best manager. I've watched her with different customers, and she is always kind and considerate. She is very conscientious of the way the laundromat looks and keeps it clean. This is the newest and cleanest laundromat I have ever visited AND it is in Bremerton. The laundry is very new, and you cannot use cash or coins. You use a machine on the wall to fill up your card and then use the card to wash and dry clothes. You can check out the website and they have a live feed that will show you how busy they are. Too buys? You can leave your laundry with the attendant for a fee and they will wash, dry and fold your clothes for you! No need to sit at the laundry matt. They have free WIFI, nice vending machines, air conditioning and enough room to lounge about. They sell soap and dryer sheets, but don't forget these from home. You will save quite a bit of money using your own soap, as the soap you purchase there can be expensive. I felt really safe doing laundry here, even with it being in a more urban area in Bremerton. The attendants were nice, and they lock the bathroom, so it is available for customers only, which means it was SUPER clean. Another bonus when you have to spend 1.5 hours doing laundry. The washers were fast also, and washed my clothes in under 40 minutes. Got huge loads? They have HUGE washer and dryers! Not sure which ones to use? Ask the attendants. They are there to help! I just bought a washer and dryer for my new house, but in the event I need to do laundry without one again... this is the place! Totally worth the driver from my house in north Kitsap. read more

this place is CHAMP! It's always super clean, including the bathrooms and is staffed with friendly employees, especially Tracy. Machines are never out of service, they work well and they offer a a variety of modern washers and dryer sizes to choose from. Another thing i love is that if you register the card you use to pay with at the kiosk, it'll text you when you washer or dryer is finished It can get busy on weekends but they do have a live webcam you can check on the Pur laundry website before going which is super cool. It might cost a tiny bit more than some laundromats but totally worth it. I always want to use the drop off service, but don't have the 48 hours because i work out of town and am only home like a weekend every month or so. I wish the Bremerton location offered the expedited/same day service on drop off like the Pur laundry in Spokane has for an extra $10. read more

Just wow. I am amazed by this place. I am doing a renovation on my house and my laundry room is currently gutted. Looking online for laundromats, I decided to drive to Bremerton from Poulsbo JUST to check this place out. Again, wow. It's beyond clean, well staffed, I don't need to bring quarters (or cash at all) and the machine texts my phone when the cycles are done. Clean bathrooms, free WiFi and plugs to charge your phone. I was in and out in 1 hour, 8 minutes with two loads of laundry. The dryers are amazingly quick. Small load dried in 18 minutes, large in 27. Highly recommended if you have to go to a laundromat or if you have large items that don't fit in your washing machine. read more

I have unfortunately had to use laundromat services recently and this place has is the best. I have visited the other laundry facilities in the area and this one is superior than the competition by far. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is always very clean and well maintained. The machines have a good water level and are in good condition. Clean bathrooms, not smelly, did I mention friendly staff? Flat out the best fluff and fold laundry service I have ever used. I live between Los Angeles and Bremerton - and I wish we had PUR in L.A. The difference begins from the moment you walk in the door. The self service laundry facility is bright and clean, all machines in good repair, and the staff are fantastic...super friendly pleasant people genuinely happy at their workplace! You are given a choice on water temperature, detergent, bleach, softener, fragrance addition, and dryer temperature! Cost is comparable - but the job done is light years beyond the competition! Get one or two...genius in design and well made. Our washer at home is broken and I needed to wash my clothes. I was hesitant to go to a laundromat to wash my clothes at first because I have tried washing my clothes at a laundromat before and my experience was horrible. Plus with the COVID-19 pandemic, I was a bit worried. But then my roommate recommended PUR Laundry Laundromat and told me that it was worth it. I am happy to say that this laundromat is clean and organize. The staff cleans and disinfect the equipments after each use. The washers and dryers are very easy to use. I admit that I have a bit of laundry fetish and finding Pur made my heart sing! It's fantastically clean and has attendants in store at all times. There are 3 different sizes of washer and best of all...there are no coins involved!!! You load a cash card and use the card on all machines. And the dryers...amazing. I find that driving 1 hour from my house to get to this fabulous laundromat is well worth my time. read more

I don't get a chance to come and do laundry very often but when I do do laundry you can guarantee I drop anywhere from 100 to $200 I just got here and it's 7:00 and I come in with my second card and the gentleman behind the counter has already rolled his eyes at me gabod and when I asked him where I put the bills in the machine he got up tight with me and said right here can't you read on the screen you know I think it's really very poor customer relations and customer service there was a guy that used to work here she was wonderful I don't know who this gentleman is but he has a very poor attitude it makes me want to take all my laundry and go somewhere else right now read more

The reviews are almost true - I left super disappointed. I chose Pur because of the fabulous reviews and everything was going great - friendly staff, awesome machines that wash/ dry very efficiently and clean facility/ restrooms. Then after taking my laundry out of the dryer to fold, I noticed orange sticky spots on my laundry. Yup, I was the lucky one that chose the dryer with gum/candy stuck on the drum and did not notice until afterwards. I informed the attendant who promptly scraped it off the machine. However, I just spent $17.00 and leaving with dirty laundry. Right now, because the attendant was prompt, got a 3 star instead of a 2. Just a friendly reminder to pay attention to the equipment before using, even if it looks brand new. read more

Get set to be over charged. First time there, no signs tell the price for a particular machine, no signs telling you the machines will not accept cash or your CREDIT CARD. There another machine that allows you purchase a card that has a dollar amount encode on it you specify to be charged to your credit card. But there's a catch, you have add a dollar fee to your charged amount for use of the charging machine. The best part is the max washer, eight loader, cost 12.99, per load, because I requested warm water. That's 50% more than a similar machine at another laundromat. Yes I plan to find another laundromat, but I'll check prices before I load any machine. read more

We went to the laundromat in Belfair to do our laundry and it was an absolute nightmare. Barely any machines were working and there was a line out the door. We yelped laundromats and Pur Laundry came up and was the only one with such amazing reviews and ratings. When we arrived we were greeted by Tracy. She is an absolute gem. She explained how everything worked, load capacity, where the detergents went and how to acquire the card that makes it easier to work the machines. We were in and out of there in about 65 minutes with 4 loads of laundry. Tracy was kind enough to check on us a few times and we saw her interact with every person that came in. I don't know what she gets paid, but she deserves a raise. We don't live anywhere near this business, it takes us 40 minutes to get there. But we will 10/10 make the drive again if we need to do laundry at a laundromat. The place was so clean, smelled clean and all the machines were clean. Of course I checked the inside of every washer and dryer we used, the public uses them and it's good to be cautious. All it needs is a little beverage and snack bar. read more

I was in you're laundry on sunday March 28th between about 1pm to 2 pm the lady working got short with me. I had one of the rolling baskets by my side she abruptly approached me and tore it out of my hand and said you can't save you're cart were to busy. What struck me interesting is several others doing the same thing but I'm the only one aproached. I feel like it's pretty expensive for a wash but the fact it's also pretty cheap to dry your clothes after kinda compensates. I like that the place is clean and always kept in top shape. I also like that on their website, you can see their live camera. It helps me know if it's busy or not when I need to go do a washing. read more
