I was literally treated like crap because my daughter was sitting on a counter while we waited for our clothes to dry. An employee named KRYSTAL yelled rudely for me to get her off the counter. I told her not to speak to me like that and she told me to get out. i told her I will absolutely leave when my clothes are finished, and she unplugged my machine And called police. I was so in shock by this entire thing, so I started recording her while we waited for police to show up, and she literally tried to assault me, I have the video. When I contacted the manager, LINDSEY, She responded extremely rude as well, and told me not to come back. I am absolutely blown away by this establishments unprofessionalism. read more

This is the newest laundry facility I have visited. Very High Tec and efficient. I love that they have different size washers so you can do as much or as little as you want in one load. The dryers work really well and the place is really clean. The staff working there are really nice and helpful. Definitely the best laundry facility I have been to. read more

I've been here twice now - the first time was the first time I'd ever used a laundromat at all, but decided to try it since I had to wash bedding and our apartment dryer never seems to get it dry. The employee at the front was very helpful and walked me through the process of getting a payment card, loading money on it and choosing the right (and lease expensive) machines for what I needed washed. It was nearly $18 to wash and dry the bedding and other items from home (a week's worth of clothes) that needed it (two loads), which is definitely more expensive than the machines at my apartment complex, but worth it in my opinion, as their machines are newer, hold more and left my laundry smelling so fresh and clean. The second time I brought a week's worth of clothes and some pet laundry (since their website says they welcome pet laundry) and it was around the same $18. They have so many machines I've never had to wait for one and it takes less than an hour to wash and dry all my laundry (around 25 min for washing and 20 min for drying). I noticed the employees regularly cleaning around the laundromat and it was spotless. There are detergents and dryer sheets available for purchase if you need though I brought my own. They have free wi-fi and a vending machine for snack and drink options if you're so inclined. I also noticed a sign that they have prizes for well-behaved children. (I don't have kids, but figured parents may want to know!) I can't afford to go here every week but definitely will visit when my bedding and other large items need washing! read more

So my boyfriend made the mistake of putting our california king quilt into our teeny tiny washer. The blanket was completely saturated and our washer was unable to handle it. Little bit of a crisis. Thankfully, I pass this place every day on my way to work so I knew where the nearest laundry mat was. I walked it and noticed that it is very clean and modern. They have a preloaded card that you can swipe at the machines and can use at a later date. The associate who was working was named Amber and she was just a delight! She was able to answer all of my questions and she ever carried my laundry! This lady went above and beyond! I absolutely would come back again. Thanks for your help Amber!!! You rock! read more

I rarely use laundromat services, but my comforter is far too large for my washer/dryer at home. I had a wonderful experience at Pur! It is super clean, upscale-feeling, and has high-tech machines with card and text capabilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely use again and recommend to others. read more

I've been going to this laundromat once a week for well over a year. They have wednesday specials and so I'm usually there, then. The ENTIRE TIME I've left my delicate clothes in a basket while the rest of my laundry has been drying. Today, the attendant pulled it out while I was waiting in my mom's car eating lunch, and dried them, ruining the clothes. She said the luandry was in the basket for more than an hour! I was barely in the business myself for an hour, let alone leaving the laundry for 20 minutes in a basket. I was very upset since I've been doing this for a year and she was incredibly rude when I asked to leave a complaint for the manager, would not give me her name, and threatened to kick me out! She said I was making the other guests uncomfortable and management has had problems with me before! She was rude to my mom, too! I have not, whatsoever and this is the first time I've seen her. This was the only place I could leave any comment so here I am. I spend a lot here, now I'm not coming back! read more

Cleanest and nicest laundromat I've ever been to. And I've been to a few during my travels. Tons of machines and they are very clean. The whole place is very clean and open. They use a prepay card system so try to calculate the cost of your wash first before loading the card. I definitely loaded a few dollars too many. No big deal. Just so "enjoy" doing laundry here, (as much as one can enjoy doing a domestic chore) Autumn (Laundry attendant) is lovely! This hands down is our favorite laundromat (helps that we won $20 gift card! ) All staff is doing a fantastic job of keeping the facility extra clean (during Covid 19)& being very diligent on wiping all machines, carts between uses! We're in the middle of a remodel with our house and our washer and dryer won't be delivered for two weeks. So in the absence of a washer and dryer we visited Pur laundromat. Modern, high-tech,large capacity new machines. Bryce is the attendant and was very helpful and patient with showing us operation of all the new machines. I didn't realize the modern technology could do laundry that fast washing and drying. Great experience and will be back with large items in the future. read more

Choosing to come to this laundromat was a big mistake. I am shocked to see that nobody else has left a negative review of this laundromat because the experience we had with the manager of this business was one of the worst encounters I have had with any other exsisting human being. To the manager of this laundry mat named Lindsey (thanks Yelp because she sure didn't bother providing us with her name) I dont know if we caught you on a bad day or something lady but the way you acted towards us was horrendous. We were customers not causing any issues and spending good money and you treated us the worst I have ever been treated by any other human being. Not only did this woman address me by walking up and putting her hand on my shoulder as she began to scold me for taking up too many machines (ridiculous they were being paid for regardless) but she then opened up one of the washing machines before I started it and started grabbing my clothing lifting up pieces of my clothing with no gloves as I was literally standing right there. I asked her to stop touching my clothes 1) not really the right time to be touching other people's clothing like that with no gloves dont you think? 2) I have bras and underwear in those loads and just do I even need to explain myself on this one JUST NO. I dont care if you work there like you explained there is absolutely no reason why you can't tell me what you are wanting me to change about how I put my laundry in and I can adjust my own clothing accordingly you didn't even give me that chance. When I asked you to stop touching my clothes you kicked me out I bagged up all of my wet clothes which I had alot of wet clothes I just spent over $40 to not be able to finish and when I asked for your name on the way out you just kept saying "you can leave and go wash your clothes somewhere else." I was very bummed about this experience because when I first walked into this laundromat I thought wow this business really is putting alot of effort into making a laundromat trip seem like an easy and almost fun time! I mean the inside of this place was amazing I really am shocked that this Lindsey woman really ruined this day for me all the undeserved stress she has caused and really nobody deserves to be treated like that at all. I hope I was maybe just an unlucky customer that caught this woman at a bad time because I dont wish this treatment on anybody!! read more
