I haven't been to a laundromat since I was a child and I was dreading washing my king size comforter here. But to my surprise, this is not the laundromat for my youth. I was greeted by a lady here named Sophia, which is everything you would want in an employee. She was kind, walked me through all the steps and didn't make me feel awkward. The laundromat is extremely clean and bright and the appliances were all new, well at least seem to be new and clean. Even the floors were shiny inside this place. The laundry baskets all worked and moved and were clean. I would definitely be back. Oh even the tops of the machines were shiny.

My first impression of Laundry Day was that it was clean and had new machines. I like it's location because it is close to Grocery Outlet and Geens on Your Way, in case you need a snack. There are lots of parking spaces available and I was able to park right by the front door. I came on a Sunday morning and basically had the place to myself. I've used laundrymats like this before, so I knew how to load the card with money and how to get the machines going. The gentleman who was working was friendly to the other patrons who came in and needed assistance using the washing machines. I overheard him patiently explain the process to a few people. The washers are different sizes and prices. I probably could have consolidated my clothes to save money. My advice is to walk around and look at all the sizes before you start, so you aren't using too many small loads. The dryers work freaky good. I put my clothes in on medium for 15 mins and they were overly dry. I'd start at 5 or 10 mins and check to see if you need more time. This wasn't cheap, but it was effective. The laundrymat was clean and the machines were well maintained. There is a small bar area for you to ready, draw, or do computer work. They do not have complimentary wifi though, so make sure to prepare for that ahead of time.

I had a great experience at Society Cleaners. The same friendly woman was working the three days…read morethat I went in this week. The first day (Monday) I took in a pair of my baby's jeans, which the snap had come off of, and a dress of mine that needed to be taken in. She said that they would be ready on Thursday and gave me a quote of I think $4 for my baby's pants and $6 for my dress (A great deal!!!). Then, my husband had ripped a hole in the knee of his uniform pants that same day, so I took them in on Tuesday. She already had the dress and pants finished and let me take them. They look great!!! She charged $6 for the pants as well. She had them ready on Wednesday! She produces great quality and charges a really great price! I haven't had anything cleaned by them, but a lady was picking up some things one day that I was there and she looked at a tablecloth she was picking up and it was obvious that a stain had been removed. She said, "You guys are amazing!" Therefore, I think their cleaning would be good as well.

I believe this may be run by a family, and I love supporting small businesses. This is definitely a business that provides quality services and deserves all the support they get. The service I requested was to have everything cleaned and pressed. I dropped them off on a Saturday and they were promised to be ready by the following Thursday. My clothes were cleaned well, including some very difficult stains on the overcoat, and they were ready on time. The employee offered to help carry the items to my car, without being asked.
