When we arrived, we assumed it would be like normal--use the app, pay, and wash our laundry. However, now you can ONLY use the app while connected to their Wi-Fi. When we asked if they could produce a card from our app, they told us no. We tried using their kiosk to get a new card, but that didn't work either. So we ended up uploading a lot of money onto a card, with no way to get it back because they don't allow any refunds. Eventually, we connected to their Wi-Fi, and only then did the app start working. This has never been the case before, and there was no clear indication of this change. I should be able to use my cellular data--which works perfectly fine--to access an app without errors or being told there's no connection. We will not be coming back.

My first impression of Laundry Day was that it was clean and had new machines. I like it's location because it is close to Grocery Outlet and Geens on Your Way, in case you need a snack. There are lots of parking spaces available and I was able to park right by the front door. I came on a Sunday morning and basically had the place to myself. I've used laundrymats like this before, so I knew how to load the card with money and how to get the machines going. The gentleman who was working was friendly to the other patrons who came in and needed assistance using the washing machines. I overheard him patiently explain the process to a few people. The washers are different sizes and prices. I probably could have consolidated my clothes to save money. My advice is to walk around and look at all the sizes before you start, so you aren't using too many small loads. The dryers work freaky good. I put my clothes in on medium for 15 mins and they were overly dry. I'd start at 5 or 10 mins and check to see if you need more time. This wasn't cheap, but it was effective. The laundrymat was clean and the machines were well maintained. There is a small bar area for you to ready, draw, or do computer work. They do not have complimentary wifi though, so make sure to prepare for that ahead of time.

The business looks run down and the facility is dirty. They did get a new change machine which is nice although a method to process debit or credit cards for change would be nice. I'll probably continue to come here when I absolutely have to considering it's the best choice in Bremerton - but I would never recommend it. Washing clothes on Sunset Strip in West Hollywood would probably be better than this place. If you come here don't expect much.

The bigger washers were $7 per wash. You can pay with credit/debit, but not navy federal bank card. There are also options with paying with quarters. The dryers a lot of them were broken or had a sign that said doesn't dry well. It took me $2 to dry my blanket. One quarter for 6 mins per dry. Funny thing is everything is outdated besides the credit card machine. Poor elderly people standing around to wait for a washer to open up to wash their clothes. I hope they tend to their machines or upgrade for all big ones. I would rather pay $7 per wash than have to wait forever for a machine to open up. Dryers need an upgrade to dry faster and if not faster more efficient. All in all I got what I needed done! Also tip for anyone that is a clean freak bring sanitizing wipes to wipe the counters to fold your clothes. Or even the handles of the machines!

I have quite a bit of laundry, two weeks for a family of three plus sheets, towels, one large blanket, the normal stuff. Too many of the dryers do not work (about half) and those that do are inconsistent. One of the large $9 washers left a crusty residue all over a blanket that I can only assume is left over powered soap from a previous user (I use liquid). This tells me that it didn't fully rinse. The blanket was the only item in the wash due it's size, so it should have been just fine. The large washers also left the clothes more damp than normal, so those loads took longer in the very slow dryers. I was there for just over 3 hours on a Tuesday afternoon and never saw any employee. I have called several times and no one answers the phone. I attempted to resolve my concerns directly with management, but that's impossible if they never answer the phone. I will never need to go there again, but I feel really bad for anyone who doesn't have a choice. I do not like companies that take advantage of their customers. I feel this company doesn't maintain their equipment, which costs their consumers more money. Shameful.
