And before anything said because there's signs all over that says they're not responsible for if your things get ruined because you overpacked the washer or so on and so forth. I didn't overpack the washer. Their dryer turned my stuff black. Worst laundromat I've ever been to in my life. Half of the equipment doesn't even work. It smells like mold. read more

This is my first time coming because my pet peed all over my bedding while I was gone from the home. King size topper, duvet, huge pillows etc.. This laundromat is ridiculous that its doors are open for business! Literally more than half of ALL machines, coin and detergent dispensers are out of order! No signage, very dirty, run down, no humans, no bathroom! How is it possible this owner is making $, providing a service, giving to the community that NEEDS a laundromat for basic cleanliness?!?! Im here for the summer and this is the closest laundry to me. Its very convenient because its next to a car wash, a restaurant, hair salon and safeway .so you can run in between loads. I have never had a problem with getting a washer or dyer here when needed. Except that one time when a woman brought her entire house to wash. The place is clean and lots of super healthy plants all around. There are 5 folding tables and 5 -6 rolling baskets. There is a phone number to text if the coin machine runs out of quarters. Only draw back is that half the machines takes only money cards which they stopped producing new ones. So if you have one, great, you have your choice of more washers and dryers. The owner of this business is scamming its customers! I spent $ 35 to do 3 loads of laundry!! Why you ask, because her machines require a card she makes you buy for 5 and then load it with money for the machines. What she doesn't tell you is that her machines are broken and just take money off your card every time you insert it into the slot. Let's talk about the machines. Make sure you look inside the dryers to ensure that the plastic dividers inside are intact. I found two dryers with broken plastic dividers and only screws were left ready to start ripping your clothes. Back to her scam. I was lucky enough to be accosted verbally by her when she came in the establishment to collect money from the card machines. When I told her about my experience, she told me to leave or she would call the police. I told her I would call the police for her because then I would have a better chance of getting my money back. She is a classic business scammer. She comes in screaming and yelling about how bad things are, blaming it on others, and taking no responsibility for the problems, she only comes in for the cash from the machines. She sent her employee, whom she pays cash for to remedy the problems I had. I told him which machines took my money and how. He told me he couldn't give me money, and she refused to do so. I think we should look her up and post her address online so that we can go to her house to do our laundry. I'm sure her machines are nice at her residence. First of all, it looks like the majority of reviews here are from 4, 5, 6 years ago. That was a previous owner. I met the current owner for the first time today and she is a sweetheart. Very attentive and polite. I had four loads of laundry today and made it out of there spending less than $20. I used the coin-op machines because there were no pre-paid cards to use, however that is an old system that would have cost me more money. The machines on that system are 25 yrs old and are a product of the previous owner. And from a business standpoint, they cost more than they are worth to the customer. The place could use some cleaning, but is not filthy as some people have posted (4 years ago). Give this place a try. I will be back. read more

8/1/2023 The place was very clean and the management personnel was constantly cleaning while we were there. Very helpful in showing us the washer that we needed to use for our huge comforter. After the comforter was dry she even helped us fold it. I definitely would recommend this laundry. read more

We went here on 8/31 as we were hoping this would be our answer to a decent Laundromat. Word to the wise...absolutely do not go here. It's filthy and has a sour stench in the air. But more importantly more than half the machines weren't working. I was impressed with this place when I first visited a few weeks ago, but this evening it looked as thought it hadn't been cleaned since my last trip -- especially nasty during a pandemic. I have never seen so many broken machines, including no working quarter machine!! I came here because the Port Orchard one on Mile Hill was full .I walked in and was horrified! Dirty. Dusty. Nasty.. Nothing was clean. Floors were sticky. Chairs full of stains. No attendant.. Some machines took coins some had a card option . Many of them were out of order . It wasn't clear what time they closed or when the last load could be done... I finally left. This business does a horrible job of keeping it clean. It smelled like rotting sewage I kid you not. Not only that but the biggest disappointed is that there isn't a sign saying masks required and there isn't strict enforcement of customers needing to wear masks while inside. When we talked to the attendant all she could say was "it's not our fault, you must have overloaded the machine." Really, a giant front load washer was overloaded with 3 pillows?! Its all AWASH......The place has water all over the floors and they are the old marmoleum floors from the 50's....The extra large wash machines against the wall do not spin you laundries water out well so you spend a ton on dryers. The oil change place came in with greasy towels to wash and I not knowing put in a load and whites turned greasy. Also a lot of the machines smell mildewy.The black girl in the office told me that good luck on getting my $$ back from the owner for the machine I loaded up that didnt work after I inserted my $ card..she says hes cheap.....The owner also owns the car wash which doesn't get your car clean..hit and miss, charges 8-12.00 and also owns the new restaurant Burger claim, it has had bad reviews from day 1 !!!!!!! Wow, this place is pretty dirty. I made the mistake of checking the lint traps on the dryer on the smaller machine. I can't imagine what the large machine that require a key look like. When I asked the attendant about it she said people don't clean them out. I said don't the attendants check them? She said no. Not only is it disgusting it's also a fire hazard. read more

My dryer broke so I brought in two loads of clothes to be dried. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Belfair Laundry. I had to "knock really hard" to even get inside the place because the doors don't work properly. The floors were dirty, floor tiles were broken, and the few working dryers were labeled with masking tape if they worked. I got to listen to my "working" dryer squeal for 20 minutes. The attendant walked to the front and back of the laundry mat a few times, then sat in the office engrossed with his iPad. 15 dollars later ( $5 for the card, $10 for two dryers to run two 20 minute cycles) I left feeling happy that I will never go there again, and sad for the people who need to use this local laundry mat. read more

This laundromat is open long hours but only manned from 9-5. It uses a card you have to purchase ($4). They can run the machines for Yoon their cards if you don't plan to use it for an extended period of time. Signs tell you not to leave laundry unattended, and I have seen signs stating that they have a high theft problem. I usually hang out and read, but sometimes run short errands and return before my loads are done. Several sizes washers and two dryer options, cheap or fast. read more

I made the mistake of leaving to go across the street to get my mail and some lunch because when I came back my double load of laundry in the washer was gone. I asked the attendant but she looked at me like I broke into a foreign language she didn't understand. I call this my mistake because my father in law had had a siliar experience here. He had linens stolen and whoever was on duty referred to the ol' reliable, liability limiting sign that says 'not responsible for lost or stolen items.' In my experience this means that they WON'T see anything that happens to your stuff. So while you shop for a laundromat, keep in mind that sticky fingers are even likely for your partially clean underwear here in Belfair. read more

The place seems to be going downhill. It used to be squeaky clean and the washers and dryers were well-maintained. It was open earlier. Now the floors are stained and gray, and it seems as if at least 4-7 machines are out of order every time I come in. You'll have to clean the dryer lint traps yourself since thecstaff don't seem to do this anymore - and often there is gross hair and stuff inside the washers as well as pools of standing water. Staff that are "supposed" to be there 9-5 seem to come in whenever and often aren't there until late morning. It's the only game in town - so there's literally nowhere else within a 30 minute drive. read more
