Shelton laundry has friendly staff. The Facility is clean, and there are plenty of machines. The nice thing is that unlike other local laundry shops, this location lets you wash rugs, dog beds, and other large format items. They have nice vending machines with plenty of selection for detergent and fabric softener. There is also a small arcade for while you wait, as well as multiple large tables to fold your clothes on. I feel the price per load is a little high, and the machines could use some more load cycle selections as the only option is water temp, but overall this is the best laundry shop in the area. Be sure to bring a debit or credit card, as the machines all have card readers rather than taking coins or cash. There is a machine you can use to add coins or cash to a debit card that is accepted on the machines, including the vending machines and video games. That is a nice convenience. This is definitely the cleanest Laundromat ive ever been to , even the restroom is always clean. Wonderful group of ladies working & ready to assist you whenever you need them. While I have my own washer/dryer at home, there's no way I can get my huge blankets and pillows in without doing 731 loads, and ruining 14 pillows. The attendant was super friendly and helpful, and the large machines made a huge difference. Very clean, and lots of machines to get things done. Definitely will be back for blanket and pillow washing. read more

This place is massive. There are always open units to wash and dry, and plenty of tables to fold. The lobby is perfect to sit down and pass the time with snacks, drinks and TV. There is also free wifi to work while doing laundry! read more

Have used their services for washing my feather comforter and for washing my husband's greasy clothes when our washer and dryer broke. We highly recommend thus professional, knowledgeable and friendly business. I won't take my clothes anywhere else. What do you call a laundromat that is clean, well maintained and staffed by a real person? Shelton Laundry, of course. Reasonable priced washers? Double load washer $2, Triple load $3, Quad load $4, Mega load $5. Seven minutes of dryer time $0.25. Sure you have to preload a payment card but you are not going to go broke doing your laundry here. There is also an area in the back with coffee and snacks for purchase - the coffee is free, the snacks are reasonably priced. They also have laundry soap and softener for sale too. The clerk working the place was friendly and helpful - she must not have attended the surly attendant class yet. Nice to know that until I get a washer and dryer delivered it won't be a chore if I have to do laundry again. read more

This was my first time ever coming to a laundromat to do laundry, my washer stopped draining. I was clueless and the ladies here were nice and helped me right away. No quarters needed, they have a card that you use so that makes it easier. They have 3 different size washers. Smallest is $3 a load, medium $5 a load and the huge one is $6 a load. Dryers are .25 for 4 minutes. It's not very busy in here compaired to Olympic laundry down the road which I like. Nice warm waiting area. read more

Parking is limited but the facility is clean. I used the mega-machine to clean my huge King-sized comforter. It cost $5 for a 25 min wash cycle. The machine was clean and in working order. My comforter came out clean though it seemed more wet than it should have been. My machine at home spins out the water in my comforter better. Even so I'll come back here when I need to wash large items. I am glad I can take them home to dry though. read more

This is the best laundry mat I've ever been to. It's really easy peezy. You go to the machine and select a card then put cash on it. Cash only though. I spend $35.00-$40.00 to wash and dry 8 loads of laundry. Melissa & Lori are complete Rock Stars of the place. Their customer service is Great! Both laundry attendants are Awesome! The place is clean and I love the Mega washers and dryers! There is wifi & TV. To the left of the place there's a place to eat your food that you purchase from the laundry attendant. Also, if you need any coffee there's a coffee bar back there as well. If you need to buy any laundry items such as detergent, fabric softener, or laundry bags you can purchase them as well. read more

I've been spending an inordinate amount of time at laundromats lately.... You might think, standing outside this place, that you just don't want to go in. Because who wants to do laundry, and maybe not....here? But go! They've got brand new washers of all sizes and dryers that actually work in 28 minutes and it's the cheapest I've seen. I wish there were more comfortable chairs, but alas. FYI they use the Easy Card system. And there's a coffee counter/cafe in the back with a tv. read more

Although it is advertised as a dry cleaners on yelp sadly it is no longer. I was told I had to go to Olympia to have my formal dress and husbands suit cleaned. read more

Terrible! Bought card for $20, used $9. Tried to use it again, but card was "invalid". The employee remembered us and showed us how to use, when she showed us how to buy it with cash. Her "hands were tied" to make it right. "Some People steal". So scammed and insulted! No way would I give them another dime which was my alternative. Buy another card? Really? read more

I've used this laundromat off and on for the past seven years. I've only had one bad experience there, and it was bad enough that they almost lost my business for good. To their credit, once the owner found out how we were treated, he went out of his way to find us and make things right. read more
