The only reason I'm here is because the laundromat I usually use for dog beds (the business on Martin just north of Kinwood -- they take credit cards right at the washing machines) lost power last night. So now I'm stuck with a "credit" at a store I never want to return to. Total ripoff operation.

Lots of tables for folding and space so that you're not bumping into others. There's an attendant with a snack bar so you can have a treat while you wait. I only saw four 8-load machines for $12, so you might have to wait if you have something large to wash. The machines take credit cards so no worries if you don't have quarters but they also still have a change machine if you need it. They also have a restroom, so ask the attendant for the door code. Lots of salon, Asian grocery, restaurant businesses here so you'll have something to do if you don't want to sit around and wait for your load to process. I went to the Korean bbq place next door, then put those clothes in the laundry to get the Smokey smell off too, so the convenience is awesome.

I have had many alterations for my jeans, my husband, and my children's jeans and it comes out perfect every time. I take the shoes I plan to wear, change, and they pin them, and it's perfect. I always explain how I like my jeans, and they are great. They've removed many stains (wine) flawlessly and they use high quality organic products which I like (being in Olympia and all). I've tried other cleaners in the area and this one is close to my work and I go to the west side location for close to my home. It's hard to find good help and people who know what they are doing. I came back 30 minutes later and there was poop all over the floor in the waiting area. My laundry came out of the machine dripping wet and still dirty. There is no person working at this laundry, no-one to sort out problems. I had to take the whole load over to another laundry and pay again for a re-wash. Never will I return there!
