When I reminded him that the posted sign on the door also states the last load is at 7:30 PM, he threatened to make me leave. I also observed him treating two other women the same way before the 7:30 PM last-load cutoff. When I told him I would be contacting the owner regarding his behavior, he responded that he didn't care and told me I could leave. His behavior was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when they are arriving before the posted last-load time.

Lots of tables for folding and space so that you're not bumping into others. There's an attendant with a snack bar so you can have a treat while you wait. I only saw four 8-load machines for $12, so you might have to wait if you have something large to wash. The machines take credit cards so no worries if you don't have quarters but they also still have a change machine if you need it. They also have a restroom, so ask the attendant for the door code. Lots of salon, Asian grocery, restaurant businesses here so you'll have something to do if you don't want to sit around and wait for your load to process. I went to the Korean bbq place next door, then put those clothes in the laundry to get the Smokey smell off too, so the convenience is awesome.

They have nice vending machines with plenty of selection for detergent and fabric softener. There is also a small arcade for while you wait, as well as multiple large tables to fold your clothes on. I feel the price per load is a little high, and the machines could use some more load cycle selections as the only option is water temp, but overall this is the best laundry shop in the area. Be sure to bring a debit or credit card, as the machines all have card readers rather than taking coins or cash. There is a machine you can use to add coins or cash to a debit card that is accepted on the machines, including the vending machines and video games. That is a nice convenience. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.
