The large washers are great for doing multiple loads in one. The coin machine takes $1-$20 bills, and there is a dispensary for detergents and softener if you run out. Most if not all the washing machines have been updated. Cons: Plan your trip accordingly. I just so happen to walk in on the perfect time, and 10 min later two ladies walked in and put a load in every single washing machine. I could sense the frustration from the others as they had to wait to use a washer. Since all 15 of them had been occupied in all of a couple minutes. Next up, the dryers. They dry efficiently. However there is no temperature setting. While this may be fine, they get REALLY hot. To the point where half of my sweatshirts I was were rough on the inside from the fabric basically being burnt. Also, as I said the two woman who came in and took over the washers, ALSO took over every single dryer. As soon as you started to load your clothes from the washer into a roller cart and walk over they were already stealing the machine and shoving it full of coins and clothes. Now let's talk about bathrooms. Well there aren't any so that's cool. Not really though, especially when you have a tiny human with you. All in all it's a laundromat. So I didn't expect excellence, but it would be nice if there was at least a working bathroom and vending machine.

However, on my most recent trip I had what I consider to be a large number of garments to drop off. This included seven two-piece suits (pants/jacket), and a larger 3/4 length Calvin Klien overcoat. The service I requested was to have everything cleaned and pressed. I dropped them off on a Saturday and they were promised to be ready by the following Thursday. My clothes were cleaned well, including some very difficult stains on the overcoat, and they were ready on time. The employee offered to help carry the items to my car, without being asked. Every time I have used them, it has been zero hassle, excellent results, and great service.

It had some ice cream spilled on the outside and inside of a lapel causing more of a saturation and less of a stain. Nothing complicated. I'm not sure what they did but the mark of the ice cream was still there when I went to pick it up. When I tried to show it to the lady, she just brushed it with her hand and said "it OK". It cost me a little over $17 for not getting a jacket cleaned. Considering that they spoke English very poorly (it took me about 15 minutes to repeatedly spell my name and phone number), I decided to forget about my loss. I figured if I had insisted on them actually cleaning my jacket, it may have come back with some actual stains, with a "it ok" as an explanation. I've used laundrymats like this before, so I knew how to load the card with money and how to get the machines going. The gentleman who was working was friendly to the other patrons who came in and needed assistance using the washing machines. I overheard him patiently explain the process to a few people. The washers are different sizes and prices. I probably could have consolidated my clothes to save money. My advice is to walk around and look at all the sizes before you start, so you aren't using too many small loads. The dryers work freaky good. I put my clothes in on medium for 15 mins and they were overly dry. I'd start at 5 or 10 mins and check to see if you need more time. This wasn't cheap, but it was effective. The laundrymat was clean and the machines were well maintained. There is a small bar area for you to ready, draw, or do computer work. They do not have complimentary wifi though, so make sure to prepare for that ahead of time.
