I'm not sure what they did but the mark of the ice cream was still there when I went to pick it up. When I tried to show it to the lady, she just brushed it with her hand and said "it OK". It cost me a little over $17 for not getting a jacket cleaned. Considering that they spoke English very poorly (it took me about 15 minutes to repeatedly spell my name and phone number), I decided to forget about my loss. I figured if I had insisted on them actually cleaning my jacket, it may have come back with some actual stains, with a "it ok" as an explanation.
