We moved to the area recently and I chose this cleaner as it was closest and the reviews were neither good or bad. I had a corduroy jacket with instructions for dry cleaning only. It had some ice cream spilled on the outside and inside of a lapel causing more of a saturation and less of a stain. Nothing complicated. I'm not sure what they did but the mark of the ice cream was still there when I went to pick it up. When I tried to show it to the lady, she just brushed it with her hand and said "it OK". It cost me a little over $17 for not getting a jacket cleaned. Considering that they spoke English very poorly (it took me about 15 minutes to repeatedly spell my name and phone number), I decided to forget about my loss. I figured if I had insisted on them actually cleaning my jacket, it may have come back with some actual stains, with a "it ok" as an explanation. Needless to say, if I ever need to have anything dry cleaned, Bella's is not where I go. I hope that this helps others. read more

Hemmed my curtains 2" shorter than the measurement I gave her. They came back wrinkly even though they were pressed and brand new when I dropped them off. They also have holes in the vertical seams now because they weren't sewn with good technique. I know this sounds unbelievable because so many things were wrong, but every part is true. She didn't apologize and refused to give me my money back; forget about compensating for the ruined curtains. She didn't care at all nor does she speak English so it's extremely difficult to communicate. read more

I will start this review by saying I do not use dry cleaning services very often, or at least I have not in the past. Recently I had a drum case that needed to be deep cleaned. It was covered in a light mold and was very dirty from sitting in storage. We stopped by this cleaner as it is the closest dry cleaner to my new house. The lady working the counter (who I now know is the owner) was curt, but seemed to be about business and not necessary rude. She looked at he drum and asked what we wanted done. We told her we wanted it deep cleaned. She quoted us $18 and told us to come back on Tuesday. We returned the following Wednesday and the drum case was ready to go and thoroughly cleaned. It was also the quoted price, which was nice. I am not sure how much those types of items normally cost, but we thought $18 was totally fair to save our loved possession. I will definitely try this place again when I need something cleaned. There is a little bit of a language barrier, but you just need to be open minded and remember your manners. read more

So disappointed. They completely ruined a cocktail dress of mine. Even though I can't replace the dress (it was a few years old but still in perfect condition) a reimbursement of some kind would have been appropriate. The only offer made was to not charge me for the cleaning. (How gracious) They were even going to charge me for the 2nd dress I brought in! At least that concession was made, but hardly a dent in the cost of a ruined party dress. read more

Zero stars really but post requires you select a star! Brought in 8 fake velvet pillowcases; charged $80 - more than the pillowcases cost! Also dropped off a pair of pants and they lost them when I returned on date they were scheduled to be done. No reimbursement as the owner does not speak English and continues to talk to clients in her language instead - not understanding what client is asking for (or really caring). When I spelled my name; she twice wrote it down as a completely different name altogether despite spelling it out and speaking clearly (language again) and so this must be why the pants are completely lost. DO NOT DROP OFF ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT AT THIS CLEANERS; very disorganized and haphazard approach with clients stuff. As she was searching for pants - she tried several times to give me pants with someone else's name on them because they were the same size. When I didn't accept them she threw them aside without the wrapping and name of client. Just abysmal service. read more

I took a $20 down blanket to be dry cleaned and failed to ask how much the dry cleaning would cost. The lady was having troubles understanding and communicating in English, so I left the blanket to be dry cleaned with fingers crossed. I went back to pick it up and it was $50.67!!! I couldn't understand her and thought she said $15, so I laid down $15 and she shook the money at me and said no $50...I couldn't believe my ears. I pointed out the that the tag she gave me didn't have the price listed and she just shrugged. I will NEVER use them again. A complete rip-off!! read more

This cleaner absolutely ruined my $400 Brooks Brothers uniform jacket and would not compensate me for the damage, or even refund the cost of the cleaning! The woman who owns the place, and who others here have complained about, kept rudely repeating "no problem, no problem," which I finally realized meant "not HER problem." There is a clear burn mark in the wool from the pressing machine! She kept waving her hands and stated "you no customer," which apparently was her solution to damaging my jacket. I'm all for the American Dream and immigrants making their way in the U.S., but screwing over your customers, not standing behind your work, and not learning a bit of English in the six+ years she's been in business is not the way to do it. Do not use this cleaner--your things may be fine this time or the next, but eventually she'll ruin something and claim no responsibility. read more

I dropped my dress off for my sister's wedding and told them I needed it by next day. They told it would be ready after 3pm and then call me the next day to let me know they haven't done it yet so they asked if we could come the morning of my sisters wedding. They promised it would be done by 9am and it still wasn't done. They asked if they could have an hour to do it. Don't go here if you have an important occasion. Terrible service. read more

It's just to much on the pricy side and they are rude. They aren't very friendly or helpful. I wanted a zipper repaired and after she measured my coat at quoted $60. I left and went to my car and called ETC in Silverdale they were much more helpful so I returned and cancelled my order at Bella and she threw my coat back at me across the counter and gestured me leave without a word. read more

I've used them forever and they do a great job but they aren't cheap. Just paid 70 dollars to have two blankets washed, not dry cleaned, just washed. Seemed expensive. I've used others in town but none seemed to do nearly as good a job as Bella, I just wish they were cheaper. read more

So I had gotten my wife a Seahawks blanket and seam on the edge was coming undone. She really loved the blanket so we decided to get it repaired. We dropped it off on a Wednesday and was informed it would be about 5-10 dollars for the repair and it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Seemed like a long time but we were okay with it. we picked it up the following Wednesday and to our surprise it was $13 but they did redo the seem around the whole blanket. So it cost a little more but they did a lot more work and it was done well. We will be using them for all of dry cleaning/alteration/repair needs. read more

Horrible. I brought in a shirt for a funeral and she promised me it would be done in time. It wasn't and she didn't care at all. Just kept telling me "tomorrow" "tomorrow" which wasn't possible because I was flying out of the state in a couple of hours. When I came back a week later she charged me full price AND the shirt was ruined. It has a tear down the center and the color bled. She could care less. She just ignored me and there was no possible way of having a reasonable conversation with her. Will never go back read more

These people are horrible! They don't speak a lick of english. You tell them what you want and they just nod their head and smile and don't do it! My shirts were less wrinkled when I brought them in than when I picked them up. When I complained, they just smiled and nodded and kept repeating the price for the service. I brought in a high quality, designer wool/cashmere blend coat to be cleaned and have a 1" tear in the lining repaired. The repair was very visible, I thought they would have tried to match the current stitching. They gouged the coat with something, it looks like it got caught on something and it scraped the wool off in a couple of small spots. The whole coat shrunk, so now the lining is larger than the coat and it doesn't drape well at the bottom seam. To top it off, it looks like the iron was too hot when they ironed the lining and there are spots all over it. It looks almost like oil stains. None of this was present when I took the coat in, but she said spots they couldn't get out. Communication was next to impossible. I am pretty good with understanding accents and even lived in the far east for a period of time, but I could only pick out a few words at a time to piece together what she was saying and it was clear she didn't completely understand me.
