Through Fed Ex a Sunday delivery by noon 111.44 and through Pack and pay a lot, it would have been in excess of $300. Pack a Pay a lot charged us 102.85 for a Monday by 8pm which is Standard Overnight and Fed Ex would have charged 98.14, which isn't much of a price difference.

I received notification from UPS that my package had been delivered to this location and was available for pickup through September 15, 2026. Because I am currently unable to physically go into the location due to a foot injury, I sent my sister to retrieve the package on my behalf. She followed the instructions provided by UPS and brought the necessary information/identification. My sister was treated rudely by the manager from the beginning of the interaction. The manager ultimately refused to release the package to her and instead gave her the UPS customer service number and told her to contact UPS. When my sister returned home and explained what had happened, I called the business because I was genuinely trying to understand what the issue was and what I needed to do to obtain my package. Rather than allowing me to explain the situation or ask questions, the manager immediately began yelling at me and repeatedly interrupted me. I explained that I was not physically present at the location and was trying to understand what had happened. He continued yelling and told me that he had already provided solutions. I acknowledged that I understood the solutions he was referring to, but told him that I did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me and that his behavior was unprofessional and completely unprovoked. The interaction became so aggressive that I became extremely upset and felt unsafe and scared during the conversation. I was attempting to resolve a legitimate issue concerning a package that UPS had directed me to this location to retrieve. I did not call to argue with or disrespect anyone. I understand that a business may have identification or authorization requirements for releasing packages to someone other than the named recipient. My concern is that those requirements were not communicated to my sister in a professional or respectful manner, and that when I called to clarify the situation, I was yelled at rather than being given an opportunity to understand what was required. My wife cooked a special meal for our daughter and requested NEXT DAY delivery on two separate occasions and both deliveries FAILED!!! Here are the details: Attempt #1 - Dropped off the package on Friday 3/20/26 and paid for Saturday delivery. Package was not delivered until the following WEDNESDAY!!! My wife lost the receipt so we were unable to make a claim. Attempt #2 - Cooked another meal and tried again. This time dropping off early Thursday and paid for next day delivery for Friday. We paid $135 for the delivery and this time saved our receipt. When the package was not delivered Saturday we went to the store and complained. We asked for a refund. The store has NO POWER to offer refunds!!!! They make you call the 800 number!!! Well, it was the weekend and no one was available. We called on Monday and were told it has not yet been delivered and we have to call AFTER the delivery is made. I called The next day (after it was delivered) and was told you have to file a claim ONLINE - they won't do it over the phone!!!! I went online to file a claim, guess what? You have to have an account to file a claim!!! So I created an account and even gave them my credit card number to be able to open an account! Tried to file a claim and kept getting error messages!!! Called back and told them the issue. I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I was transferred to 3 different people (including online support where they couldn't help me file online). The third person refused to give me a refund!!!! Her reasoning: "I see the driver attempted to make the delivery on Friday and was unable to access the building!" I explained I was not requiring a SIGNATURE and they should have just left it at the door. I also explained they had the phone number of our daughter, why didn't they call her??? I explained she was home!!! They didn't care!!! No refund!!!

As I entered the store she was just finishing up with another customer and put the stuff down without finishing it to address me. While dealing with me another customer came it and dropped off a package and handled both of us very well. I highly recommend this FedEx, just because I saw how well Shay dealt with everybody and helped me out where others couldn't. Thanks Shay!!
