Honestly just not a very friendly location. Charges $7 for a dime's worth of tape. Choose another location.

Bad business. They declined shipping a magazine that they claimed was a weapon. Ignorance at its best. Will never go here again.

They are a small publishing…read morehouse producing books and other works of interest to those concerned with the Arts and Crafts movement. All the publications of The Arts and Crafts Press are letterpress printed and bound by hand. The Press also produces greeting cards and artworks that are letterpress printed from hand cut blocks inspired by the turn-of-the-century movement. I have met Bruce and Yoshiko and have been a fan (and an occasional customer) of their work for years. They make beautiful cards, prints, etc. that never cease to draw me in. To raise funds needed for sending urgent medical care and other supplies to the Japanese victims, Yoshiko has decided to donate a new block print for the relief effort. It's a seascape of "Matsushima Bay," just northeast of Sendai along the coastline hit by the tsunami. ALL of the proceed from this Matsushima print ($30/print) will go towards a volunteer organization called Empact Northwest (www.empactnorthwest.org) that is at this moment in Japan working to provide medical relief in the Sendai area. In addition, if you frame your Matsushima Bay print at The Framer's Workshop, they will donate 20% of the framing price to Empact Northwest. And let us all hope that the Tohoku region will again become safe, vibrant and beautiful, as conveyed within this small print that I just purchased.

Yoshiko has amazing art work. Her business was next door to ours for a number of years and I had…read morethe opportunity to see a number of her Art pieces. She has now moved her office to Tacoma and we miss seeing her here. I truly love her work she is truly gifted. She showed me how with a lot of her pieces she has to hand carve very intricate designs. She also makes hand made cards. I had a few tours over the years and it's been awesome to see her shop and how her presses all work etc. Thank you for being an amazing neighboring business and we Miss you! :)

Don't ship ship ANYTHING using FedEx EVER!!!!!!…read more This company is a DISGRACE to the service industry and is totally spineless!!! My wife cooked a special meal for our daughter and requested NEXT DAY delivery on two separate occasions and both deliveries FAILED!!! Here are the details: Attempt #1 - Dropped off the package on Friday 3/20/26 and paid for Saturday delivery. Package was not delivered until the following WEDNESDAY!!! My wife lost the receipt so we were unable to make a claim. Attempt #2 - Cooked another meal and tried again. This time dropping off early Thursday and paid for next day delivery for Friday. We paid $135 for the delivery and this time saved our receipt. When the package was not delivered Saturday we went to the store and complained. We asked for a refund. The store has NO POWER to offer refunds!!!! They make you call the 800 number!!! Well, it was the weekend and no one was available. We called on Monday and were told it has not yet been delivered and we have to call AFTER the delivery is made. I called The next day (after it was delivered) and was told you have to file a claim ONLINE - they won't do it over the phone!!!! I went online to file a claim, guess what? You have to have an account to file a claim!!! So I created an account and even gave them my credit card number to be able to open an account! Tried to file a claim and kept getting error messages!!! Called back and told them the issue. I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I was transferred to 3 different people (including online support where they couldn't help me file online). The third person refused to give me a refund!!!! Her reasoning: "I see the driver attempted to make the delivery on Friday and was unable to access the building!" I explained I was not requiring a SIGNATURE and they should have just left it at the door. I also explained they had the phone number of our daughter, why didn't they call her??? I explained she was home!!! They didn't care!!! No refund!!!

I highly recommend the UPS Store on Point Fosdick for your shipping, printing and graphic design…read moredesign needs. Their customer service is top notch. I have had a mailbox at this location for years and they treat me like a VIP when I stop in there a couple of times per week. Their pricing is on par with other stores but it's their people, knowledge and location that standout most to me. Just off Point Fosdick across the street from Uptown Gig Harbor. They really are experts in the industry. Thank you Janes, Morgan, Brandon and the rest of the team at the UPS Store! We are blessed to have you all here in the Gig Harbor community.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store…read more I went there because my passport application had been rejected by the U.S. Passport Agency due to the passport photo being taken incorrectly. The notice specifically stated that my face was too small within the frame. Since this store took the original passport photo, I returned expecting they would acknowledge the mistake and help resolve the issue. Instead, the employee immediately became defensive. She told me they "only take the photos" and that they have nothing to do with the Passport Agency. While I understand they don't process passport applications, they are responsible for taking passport photos that meet the required specifications. At no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge that the photo had been taken incorrectly. A simple, "I'm so sorry this happened. Let's get you a new photo right away," would have completely changed the experience. Instead, the employee was dismissive throughout the interaction. When I asked whether there was anything they could do to help expedite my passport after their mistake, I was told it would cost $167 to overnight the application. She then said she "wouldn't charge" me for the replacement photo, as though that was a generous gesture, even though the original photo was unusable because it did not meet passport requirements. In the end, I simply asked them to mail my application using the prepaid envelope I had already provided. What upset me most was not the mistake itself--mistakes happen. It was the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and customer service. A sincere apology and acknowledgment that the photo had been taken incorrectly would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and dismissed. I hope the store will train its employees that when a mistake occurs, showing empathy and taking ownership of the customer's experience is just as important as fixing the problem.
