When I made a comment during the pricing phase, the customer service assistant told me she could read. Not necessary to be rude to the customer. Proctor location is friendly. read more

The delivery service is Trash, there's always an issue when UPS is utilized. FedEx no issues, USPS as slow as they are no issues. I literally wasted 20 minutes on the phone explaining to someone my address was correct after they verified it told me they will call me tomorrow and I have to wait to get my package until than. read more

Came in to do a fast Amazon refund. This particular store was open 30 minutes later than the others which was nice. The worker didn't know an answer to a question I had but, they redirected me to the number I needed to find out instead of telling me to go online and find it. Don't ship USPS through here. It's more convenient than the post office because lines are shorter usually, BUT, they do a terrible job insuring that the package gets registered with USPS for tracking. As an ETSY seller I've shipped multiple things through here. They held a package for 10 days before getting it to USPS. Other packages have been completely shipped without ever getting tracked. Just really sloppy for shipping. I'm posting photos that shows exactly what I'm talking about. Only AFTER I went back to UPS store to tell them that the order should have arrived did they eventually get the package to USPS. Like I said this has happened to me MULTIPLE times. As a shop owner, this is honestly terrible for me and my customer. I eventually had to issue a refund for this order - costing me time and money. I was offered no compensation from UPS as they've blamed this on USPS. However, now that I ship directly through USPS, I have had ZERO problems. Issue is you guys UPS store. Save a dollar and go to the post office. Packages are tracked better and shipped faster. The extra 5 minutes in line is worth it. read more

ok-I am a fool for instruments. I bought a gong set at the Tacoma, WA Goodwill on the internet. Quotes for shipping and pick up ran from $675 down to about $325. And lots of well-it could really be more. They responded quickly to emails. Their pick up fee was only $40 (vs 60-80 for the other ups stores) and they packed and shipped everything for $135. This store could have really take me for a lot of cash, but they were honest and didn't. Wonderful experience and totally recommended! read more

On Thursday morning, I shipped a package 2-day air to SF and was told it would was guaranteed for delivery on Saturday. Later, I learned UPS doesn't even deliver on Saturday, and that the package wouldn't be delivered until the following week - the same day it would have been delivered via ground shipping. If I had known that, I would have just sent it via ground and wouldn't have paid the premium for air shipping. I was told there was nothing they could do and they couldn't give a refund. Worst customer service ever. Person behind the counter. Rude. And, to print off a USB thumb drive you must pay $.30 a minute on top of paying per sheet. His response, you have to use the computer to print so therefor you have to pay. Hmmm.... too bad... I'd rather drive a few extra miles to FedEx kinkos and use the printer/copier for as long as I need too without paying computer time. I won't be using your print services... ever!!! read more

I went into the UPS store on 3/30 to have a very important document shipped. The guy behind the counter asked when I needed the package to arrive by and I told him 4/2. He said that my package would arrive by 4/1, 4/2 at the latest. By the time 4/3 rolls around my package still has not arrived at its destination, not only that but my tracking number was invalid so I had to call the store and the unprofessional owner/manager who answered couldn't find my package for 5 minutes until I told him every single bit of information on the receipt. Come to find out the package was still in Seattle and hadn't even left the carrier facility. I told him that my receipt said the package was supposed to arrive by 4/1, and he said "The shipment you chose was a normal shipment time and it takes 3-5 days minimum" I told him "I have the receipt that says otherwise and it was the only shipment option I was offered when I told him I needed it to arrive by 4/2. I would have gladly paid any amount of money to have my business properly handled and to arrive on time." I told him that he cost me a big opportunity and major inconvenience due to his store's error and he LAUGHED at me. I was on the verge of tears because he cost me a huge opportunity and he LAUGHS AT ME and then HANGS UP ON ME. I was able to record on video the entire interaction in the store so luckily I have video evidence of the owner lying to me and being a bad business manager. I end up going to the store to talk to him so he can't hang up on me and if he wanted to laugh at my misfortune then he could laugh in my face instead of over the phone. I talk to the employee on duty and they verified for me that the person who shipped my package messed up and the owner had my receipt already printed out and used as an ERROR EXAMPLE of what not to do and told his employees that very morning "Be careful to listen to what the customer wants because she was give the wrong thing". As I'm talking to this guy who said his name is "Gay" he doesn't even once acknowledge that he messed up but tries to tell me that it was "my fault because it's what I picked when I should have picked first class delivery" and I told him "I wasn't offered it and I would have gladly paid any amount extra to have my business professionally handled". I have him on camera saying that even if I paid 6, 17 or 50 dollars that my package would not have arrived in the allotted time and there was no guarantee in any situation that my package would arrive on time and there was nothing he was going to do to remedy the situation because I signed a waiver. The only business acumen Gay possesses is lying to his customers to gaslight them into thinking they messed up when in reality he is the one screwing them over. If you MUST visit this store, make sure you're getting what you need. I had a huge opportunity stripped away from me due to Gay's negligence, poor business acumen, and inability to train his employees properly. It's April 4th and my package has still not arrived at its destination, but it doesn't matter anymore because the opportunity is gone and Gay thinks that's SO FUNNY! read more

Bad Customer Service. I use this UPS store often usually happy with service. Today I had 3 packages to return with the new Amazon return service where the UPS store packs prints label for you. One of my boxes I thought was "pack by UPS" store was only print label. Had it in a box it was and just needed tape they wanted to charge me for one piece of tape. Even though my other packages I packaged myself and saved them the box and tape they would have had to use. Owner there and instead of just taping the box and making a customer happy she let me leave frustrated and lost a customer. All over a piece of tape. read more

So this place charges a UP CHARGE to do the same thing as the United States postal does for a smaller fee! I wanted to do a if it fits in the box it can be shipped, at the USP it is 785 for a env, 2 to 3 days to get there. AT this store its OVER 10$! lost my business!! and the gentleman that was there was NO help, 8 people in line one man working while the other was in back doing NOTHING!! This store was so helpful and friendly. The sweet lady helping me this evening helped me 5min before closing because the one on Proctor closed at 6:43. 17 min before they were suppose to. Wonderful customer service at this location. I love that UPS lets users of their mailboxes call in to see if they have mail. Every time I call this location they are friendly and personable.
