Even when you do that, they will not do anything to service the customer aside from giving them a $200 bill to print certificates on cardstock along with a $35 dollar "rush fee." All they had to do was hit print. This is the worse business I have ever used and would not have if I didn't need them the next day.

Box and often sending packages out as well. I understand why many other reviewers are frustrated as a lot of the time I come in the wait times to be helped at the counter are ridiculous and I'll admit in the past I've had postal workers misplace packages of mine and accidentally give me other customers packages which is very concerning but eventually everything gets worked out when that has happened and I haven't had either of those issues lately. I definitely can understand why their lines are so backed up considering they've been short staffed for quite some time which is common in most businesses right now. You'd be lucky to see two people working at the counter and one helping with the package pickup door on a good day but most of the time I've been in the past couple months it's only been one very hardworking lady holding it down and she is the reason I'm writing this review today. Her name is Lisa and I for one really applaud her hard work and dedication! I know she must really be exhausted by the end of the work day since she seems to be doing 90% of the work herself! Weather or not you guys get more workers in to help her soon, I'm telling you she needs a damn raise ASAP !! Being in line with others at the post office I've seen how so many of the other people are in pissy moods as they are very vocal about that but they're not empathetic to the work situation here ... I'd be losing my damn mind if I had to do everything she does with long ass lines. At one point I considered working for USPS as a delivery driver but did lots of research and I can understand why they may not be getting many applications for any of the positions because they're standards are very high... they may give you a day off but even on "days off" now, don't really consider them days off because you're basically on stand by and they can call you any moment and you'd have to go in if you want to keep your job. A lot of us have tough, physically and/or mentally demanding jobs at this time but after researching what it's like for USPS workers I'm extremely grateful for the service job I have. I know it's easier said than done but try to be patient and understanding as workers like Lisa are human beings like you just trying to make it through the work week, working their butt off trying to provide you with the best possible service they can. Take that into consideration next time you're waiting in line instead of making angry faces and whispering (not so softly) to the person next to you in line about how "BS" the wait time or service is.. who knows, you might just get some good karma come your way if you do ;) Love and light x

You see, my friend passed away, leaving her two young adult sons to plan her Catholic funeral, and they hadn't ordered any prayer cards. The Rosary service was that evening, and the funeral in less than 24 hours. I still had to arrange the flowers for the funeral, among other things you do for dear friends, but this was essential. Dan took my call and kindly said they could help. I sent over the art files I'd created with some difficulty -- which needed a bit of adjusting, and he said he could format them. He suggested I come in and select the card stock. Here's when Dan became exactly the professional I needed. "Dan, can you please do this for me. I have no time. Pretend my friend is your sister, and make the most beautiful, most perfect prayer cards you can." And he did. He chose an elegant white woven card stock which printed beautifully. The image and text on the front lined up well with the prayer on the back, and they cut them all to size for me. I picked them up on my way to church. The 100 people who picked up the cards will place them in their bibles, or with other keepsakes, and remember my friend for many years to come. I would have gladly paid twice what Business Solutions Center charged. Service, quality, and kindness are a winning combination, at any price, and I wish this company all the success they desire.

We were corresponding in the morning, About details of the load and the trailer in a quick pay and stuff. Then all of a sudden they did not respond., several hours later, I seen the load was booked. I sent an email to them asking about the load, I had no response from her/them. Any kind of response or letting me know that they booked the Load with someone else beforehand, as to not have my time wasted. Calling around, I found three challenges: 1) The wedding was in Tacoma, and we were in Washington D.C. until just the week before...so not able to go into a shop to make the order, 2) We were on a budget, but still wanted full color printing and on a dark color shirt, and 3) A lot of shops wouldn't agree to such a small order and wanted us to at least double its size. I found Mark at H&S calling around and must now give him one of the most full throated positive recommendations I could ever possibly do on Yelp. Him and H&S: 1) Worked through what we wanted on the phone and email, even over the weekend given the tight timelines; 2) Ordered the 25 shirts we requested, and another 3 that were different from the rest without any surcharge for not meeting a minimum; 3) Did an amazing job in the print (much better than some tests I had ordered through the larger online sites earlier); and 4) Not only gave me a great price, but recommended other vendors in the area to whom I could compare the pricing with -- his was the best. As the wedding approached, there was a problem in the printing that delayed the completion. I had wanted to pick up the shirts the 2 days and kind of panicked since I wasn't sure if I would have time just the day before. So Mark drove from Puyallup to Tacoma and delivered this relatively small order to me during our rehearsal in the morning rather than my having to make time to pick it up. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE is an understatement. I don't know if any of the above is a big deal to them at H&S, but it meant the world to me.
