My wife cooked a special meal for our daughter and requested NEXT DAY delivery on two separate occasions and both deliveries FAILED!!! Here are the details: Attempt #1 - Dropped off the package on Friday 3/20/26 and paid for Saturday delivery. Package was not delivered until the following WEDNESDAY!!! My wife lost the receipt so we were unable to make a claim. Attempt #2 - Cooked another meal and tried again. This time dropping off early Thursday and paid for next day delivery for Friday. We paid $135 for the delivery and this time saved our receipt. When the package was not delivered Saturday we went to the store and complained. We asked for a refund. The store has NO POWER to offer refunds!!!! They make you call the 800 number!!! Well, it was the weekend and no one was available. We called on Monday and were told it has not yet been delivered and we have to call AFTER the delivery is made. I called The next day (after it was delivered) and was told you have to file a claim ONLINE - they won't do it over the phone!!!! I went online to file a claim, guess what? You have to have an account to file a claim!!! So I created an account and even gave them my credit card number to be able to open an account! Tried to file a claim and kept getting error messages!!! Called back and told them the issue. I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I was transferred to 3 different people (including online support where they couldn't help me file online). The third person refused to give me a refund!!!! Her reasoning: "I see the driver attempted to make the delivery on Friday and was unable to access the building!" I explained I was not requiring a SIGNATURE and they should have just left it at the door. I also explained they had the phone number of our daughter, why didn't they call her??? I explained she was home!!! They didn't care!!! No refund!!!

As I entered the store she was just finishing up with another customer and put the stuff down without finishing it to address me. While dealing with me another customer came it and dropped off a package and handled both of us very well. The store is very clean and they have a variety of packaging as well as delivery options. Typical shipping prices, which couldn't be helped -it is what it is. Great customer service. There was only one person working when I went in so there was a bit of a wait as the employee was assisting another customer with what appeared to be finger printing and another customer ahead of me in line. It was only around 10:30AM on a Friday so I assume more workers come in for the afternoon shift when there tends to be more customers. I would definitely come back in the future when I need to ship something. Very convenient location and they get the job done.

Calling around, I found three challenges: 1) The wedding was in Tacoma, and we were in Washington D.C. until just the week before...so not able to go into a shop to make the order, 2) We were on a budget, but still wanted full color printing and on a dark color shirt, and 3) A lot of shops wouldn't agree to such a small order and wanted us to at least double its size. I found Mark at H&S calling around and must now give him one of the most full throated positive recommendations I could ever possibly do on Yelp. Him and H&S: 1) Worked through what we wanted on the phone and email, even over the weekend given the tight timelines; 2) Ordered the 25 shirts we requested, and another 3 that were different from the rest without any surcharge for not meeting a minimum; 3) Did an amazing job in the print (much better than some tests I had ordered through the larger online sites earlier); and 4) Not only gave me a great price, but recommended other vendors in the area to whom I could compare the pricing with -- his was the best. As the wedding approached, there was a problem in the printing that delayed the completion. I had wanted to pick up the shirts the 2 days and kind of panicked since I wasn't sure if I would have time just the day before. So Mark drove from Puyallup to Tacoma and delivered this relatively small order to me during our rehearsal in the morning rather than my having to make time to pick it up.
