The only thing it needed was 6 inches of box tape to close the lid. I was informed that I would be charged next time to tape the box. I asked if this was UPS policy or specific to this store. The employee said it was this stores policy to charge for tape. Never has this been an issue. After 1 minute of research and I find out that a UPS store gets 1-2 dollars for packages that have been just dropped off. So these people make money off your box and still charge for tape. 0 is their true score.

At one point, the server shared personal issues that were affecting her ability to complete the job, which should NOT impact a client's case. I have documentation where she told me she would send service via social media, however, when I confirmed if it was done, as stated, it was not. I was told that multiple service attempts had been made; however, when I asked a simple question about whether the residence had a Ring camera, which would confirm those attempts), there was hesitation and an incorrect response. I knew they had a ring doorbell; and, 3 Police Officers who were attempting service also confirmed they had a ring doorbell camera. This raised serious concerns and validated my suspicions whether service attempts were actually being made; they weren't. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency when her contact information changed (her number charged) and I was not informed. Required service updates were also not filed with the court in a timely manner. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary ADDITIONAL stress and delays in a time-sensitive legal matter. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring. I have a lot of documentation and instead of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau, I'm starting with a review through Yelp. Given the lack of timely service, communication issues, and overall experience, I believe a refund is warranted.

There are some people you encounter during incredibly difficult moments who make things just a…read morelittle easier simply by being kind, and Leah was absolutely one of those people for me. I was trying to get last-minute end-of-life paperwork and deeds completed for my dad while he was in the hospital. Leah met me there after 10 p.m. and patiently waited while I woke him so we could get everything signed. He was in considerable pain, couldn't sit up, and was understandably frustrated and not particularly happy about having to deal with paperwork at that moment. Leah never seemed bothered or impatient. She treated him with kindness and dignity, worked with him while he signed lying down, and remained compassionate and professional through the entire process. I thought I had everything taken care of, only to find out a couple of days later that there were additional documents I needed. My dad was about to undergo a high-risk surgery, so I was terrified of running out of time. Without hesitation, Leah met me again at 7 a.m. so I could get everything completed and filed before his surgery. At that point I was exhausted, emotional, and functioning on almost no sleep. Leah was patient with me too. She understood that I wasn't at my best and never made me feel rushed, scattered, or like I was inconveniencing her. I don't think she realizes how much her kindness and flexibility meant to me during those few days. When you're dealing with the possibility of losing someone you love while simultaneously trying to make sure all of the important things are taken care of, even a little compassion makes an enormous difference. Leah gave us much more than a notary service. She gave us patience, understanding, flexibility, and kindness during a really difficult moment in our lives. I will genuinely remember that.
