I emailed them with a list of estate and POA docs for which I needed my and my witnesses' signatures notarized. I gave them my approx address (cross streets) and asked for availability and cost. In their lingo I needed 27 signatures. 24 hours later I had no response, so I called them up. The receptionist said she had no way to look up my email (with all the detailed information). Instead she wanted to take all the info again by phone and have someone call me. I gave her just the basics including my phone # but said I would like somebody to find and respond to my email.
