My girlfriend and myself were both very impressed with Newsome Mobile Notary. We had a document we needed to get signed, and needed it sooner rather than later, and Newsome Mobile Notary was on it! Jessica (one of the owners) came to sign our document and was absolutely one of the kindest people I have met. We related to each other a lot. She was very quick to give me a call, very punctual, and was even able to come the same day, and had great customer service. We really liked the personal touch that Jessica gave us, and it was nice getting to know her a little as well. If I ever need a notary service again, I will DEFINITLEY be using Newsome Mobile Notary! read more

Ms. Newsome was a professional, helpful person who was able to get my documents notarized quickly. I love that she offers mobile services as I am disabled and getting to an office could be very difficult for me depending on location. Thank you again Newsome Notary! read more

Efficient professional service. Getting things notarized isn't an everyday occurrence for most people and searching around at the local bank for a notary is not a pleasant expereince. Pierre responded promptly, scheduled an appointment (after asking if we wanted to arrange for a virtual notary), was on time, concerned about safety, and completed the task quickly. I highly recommend him. read more

I rarely need to use notary service. However, had to get one done during this challenging time. I requested a quote via, Yelp - and received a quick response from Pierre. Due to this time of CovID, and to exercising due diligence. Pierre, defined how a virtual mobile notary would be done. This means, he won't even have to show up at my property or, having to meet somewhere. Long story short, we had a virtual notary done with Docsigning. It was reasonably smooth and easy. Pierre, was friendly to work with and made the process rather smooth! If you are looking for a mobile notary service. I would recommend Pierre Newsome Mobile Notary! read more

Newsome Mobile Notary is outstanding. My client was very impressed with their sophisticated remote notarization services, texting me "Nice work - that was pretty slick and easy. Way better way to notarize going forward." I do a lot of business deals and it's great to know I can count on them for timely, professional, and competent notary services. Just like other reviewers noted- I needed a whole package of docs signed, notarized, witnessed, and was too last minute about it. Pierre replied to a request within less than 30 minutes, and was able to get to me in less than 3 hours- he personally came out on a Tuesday night at 8:30pm to get the job done. He wore a mask, socially distanced during the process, was quick and efficient, polite and pleasant. Super great guy and incredible service. Highly recommended. read more

I emailed them with a list of estate and POA docs for which I needed my and my witnesses' signatures notarized. I gave them my approx address (cross streets) and asked for availability and cost. In their lingo I needed 27 signatures. 24 hours later I had no response, so I called them up. The receptionist said she had no way to look up my email (with all the detailed information). Instead she wanted to take all the info again by phone and have someone call me. I gave her just the basics including my phone # but said I would like somebody to find and respond to my email. I haven't heard back. read more

Like most folks who used Newsome Mobile Notary, I too was in panic for some same day expediated notary and apostille services. Thanks to Yelp, I quickly found Newsome Mobile Notary rank #1 with spotless 5 star reviews. Thus, I called and spoke with an appointment setter and met with Pierre in the next hour. And long story short, got my documents notarized and apostille certified by the same day in the afternoon. Other thoughts... It is 2018 and I find business that deliver this type of white glove service is next to none these days. It's all machine or young folks who appear to be helping you while staring at their phones. So I also asked Pierre about his background as he was so dynamic and he comes from a finance management background and now on a path to building a tech company related to notary services. From my quick Q & A session Pierre and his company in the making is very real! An impeccable person who is passionate about problem solving and dedicated service, often makes the best world class CEOs. Thank you for being YOU Pierre. It was an honor shaking your hand yesterday. read more

I reached out the day before thanksgiving asking if I could get a mobile notary the day after thanksgiving to help sign and close on a house. Was more than accommodating with the short notice and the holiday! Most people said no. If it wasn't for these guys, I wouldn't have closed until a week later. Thanks! read more

We used Newsome Mobile Notary to notarize critical legal documents, and were more than happy with the service. Pierre, the owner, was very responsive to our inquiries and flexible in picking a time and location to meet. He met us at a location that was chosen for the convenience of our witnesses, and then provided a witness when one of ours forgot her ID. The service itself was prompt and thorough and more than reasonably priced for what was being provided. This is a vital service in this day and age. Thank you, NMN!!! read more

Excellent service. He was thorough, quick, and friendly. Worth every penny. After a bad experience at a cheap notary at ups it is nice to know our application will actually be accepted this time. You get what you pay for. I loved that we did the process fully online, the SAME DAY I requested it. I was able to get my documents in the mail before the postal service came for their pickup. I am very pleased. read more

The Pierres are absolutely amazing. I received my closing document in the evenings and need it notarized and sent out first thing the second morning. In despair, I called every number I can find online hoping to make an early appointment the second morning. Kid you not, John-Pierre answered and showed up shortly after receiving my message late at night, with no extra charges. My document type actually required another witness, so he brought his wife Jean, who is also a notary. I hope I got their name right because they are so efficiently fast and everything happened in a blur! I'm honestly surprised they can respond this quickly. Speed, courtesy, and professionalism, what else can you ask for a notary service? They are the best. read more

We moved down to Seattle after selling our condo in Vancouver and needed a notary to help finalize all the documentation. Newsome Mobile Notary was fantastic right from the start: he was great at communicating, very flexibile in his schedule and best of all came to our house so I didn't have to take time off work.
