This was our first time using a mobile notary service. Gennell was quick to respond from our first communication through yelp. She's a busy gal but was able to meet with us on the same day we inquired about her services, and was able to get our document notarized in a timely manner. Pricing was also very fair! Gennell was very professional and easy going with a great sense of humor. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Would HIGHLY recommend!! We will 100% be using her services again with no hesitation. Thanks Gennell! read more

Gennell was a life savior which I'm sure she hears all the time. I am overdue for this review, but I needed a form signed and notarized ASAP after hours to get my daughter's passport application completed. She showed up within literally minutes, was a great communicator, and plus a great sense of humor which never hurts. I totally recommend her 100%, I couldn't believe how quickly this was done. And the bonus is that I received my daughter's passport in time for our trip, so thank you Gennell again!! read more

Very responsive. Easy to schedule an appointment. She was on time and friendly. I will use Gennell again!

Claudette is a pro. Responsive, communicative, thorough, detailed oriented, friendly and professional. Highly recommend her.

Stop looking! Gennell is your notary (Claudette is her middle name). She answered my inquiry call on the second ring, had straightforward answers on cost and availability to get a power of attorney notarized. We set a time, and Gennell arrived right on time. She was professional, and very kind with my 80 year old mother. She leaves through the documents to grab the signature pages which sped up the process. We were done in 15 enjoyable minutes. My mother came back to it throughout the day saying how lovely Gennell had been. For me, having the power of attorney done without having to take mom somewhere, and done with such professionalism and kindness was a real gift. Hire Gennell and get your stuff done. Another benefit--you'll be supporting a strong, Black and woman-owned business as it kicks butt. Thanks Gennell! read more

Very easy same-day scheduling and a breeze to work with. Very professional and respectful with my elderly family member. We will recommend to anyone needing a notary! Thank you very much! read more

Gennell was fantastic. She communicates clearly and timely, is professional and accommodating. My dad got a bloody nose that wouldn't stop so I asked Gennell if she could give us more time before our appointment. She said she could go run an errand first since her next client wasn't until much later. We had to postpone 30 min but we were able to get the document notorized. Yes, mobile notary is significantly more expensive than going to the notary at a bank but it's worth paying them for their time coming to you. I would definitely use her notary service again. Thx Gennell! read more
