It turned out there was a separate, correct link -- but once I got it, the site kept asking me for a password. Aaron told me I didn't need one, but the prompt kept appearing anyway. Throughout the email exchange, I didn't feel like Aaron was trying to actually help or understand what was going wrong on my end. It felt like he just wanted payment and to move on. That left me feeling deceived and stressed -- and wondering whether the bad link was intentional so he could keep the $90 charge. I was never able to access the service, and he refused to refund me despite that. I've since reported the charge to my credit card company as fraudulent. I'd caution anyone with a disability who needs clear, accommodating communication against using this company.

When he asked for my information, I very clearly provided both my first and last name, with special emphasis on my last name because it is commonly misspelled. On the day of our meeting, while reviewing the documents, I noticed he had still spelled my name incorrectly. When I pointed this out, he immediately became defensive and stated that he "needed better clarification" on my last name and that he was going through too many emails so he didn't see it. I'm confused as to how I could have been any clearer when I literally spelled it out for him beforehand. He then proceeded to cancel our appointment and asked to move it to a later date because he didn't have time to revise the documents at that time. Complete waste of time.
