I CANNOT day enough nice things about Mail Plus and owner Muhammad. I've been serving for a cost effective place to get my home school curriculum printed, double-sided, and hole-punched. Other places were surprisingly expensive with long turnaround times. Muhammad got all 1000 pages printed and back to me in 2 HOURS! $.10 per page after tax. Incredible. He even went above and beyond to put slip sheets between each "book" so I could quickly organize them. We will definitely be back when we need large projects printed again. read more

Maybe Mohammed was having an off day, but...My first time in Mail Plus was Saturday, December 5th. I was dropping off a package for return to Amazon. The woman that took my package said she'd "tape it up and get it returned". She did not give me a receipt for this transaction and I forgot to ask for one (item being returned was worth $150). I waited to see if I got a confirmation from Amazon that it had shipped and when I did not get a confirmation on December 9, I decided to reprint the UPS packing slip and go into Mail Plus to see if it had shipped. After waiting in line, I let Mohammed know why I was there. Mohammed tersely replied (paraphrase) that I must check the tracking with UPS first before coming in. But he'd do it this time. He entered the tracking number and showed me that the package was in transit. He also explained that both UPS and Amazon were busy this time of year. He said all this in a very harsh manner. Look, I know that things are stressful these days, but with many businesses suffering as a result of COVID-19 it would seem that those still in business would treat their customers with a bit more kindness. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to the real UPS store in the future. read more

Ok I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, in case they are having a bad day. But the guy who owns this store is just having a bad life. When I go there the owner (?) is rude. Maybe that's just his culture? I asked to have an amazon rental return shipped which needed packing. The guy gave me an empty box and a tape dispenser. Didn't even ask if I needed help. Heart of ice. Stopped in yesterday to ship a lost item back to an Airbnb guest I had a couple weeks ago. The clerk was great, very quick and informative. Did his best to try to find the quickest route and cheapest way to ship. $12 and about seven minutes later, I was out the door texting the guest pictures of the receipt and shipping label used. I love these guys! They have boxes, envelopes, and nice professional labels all to meet my needs !!!!! And, unlike the post office, I've never had to wait. They fill my boxes with stuffings ( usually re-cycled and free to me) and they tape them up and send them out the door! They offer amazing, quick, efficient service and they have everything I need to send the most simple of packages to the most complex! One stop, no lines, please tell service-- it's win/win! I have been a customer at Mail Plus in Covington for years and years. I believe in supporting small, locally owned businesses when warranted, and the folks at Mail Plus have earned a five star review! They bend over backwards to help their customers with anything at all and to provide the fastest service possible, even during busy times. Years ago during the Christmas rush, the power was out throughout the area. No cash registers and all systems down! I watched the owner take people's packages, write down their instructions, and allow them to leave without payment, telling them to come back next week and settle up, but that their package would go out as soon as the power was back, and arrive at the destinations in time for holiday delivery! It was amazing and something you just don't see much of anymore! I have emailed last minute printing projects to them and without fail they have been completed for delivery to my clients. They have never let me down. You won't go wrong letting them take care of your printing and postal needs. read more
