They are always so nice and patient with their customers. And if you've been to a post office environment that's not always easy. They do amazing packing services. I've brought big large items, extremely fragile, and honestly high maintenance things that I needed help with. And I've got nothing but rave reviews from customers on well the items are packed. Unbelievably rude Indian notary. Called to ask if there was a notary available. She picked up the phone with no greeting. I asked if there was a notary available and if I could come now she said "yes, until 6pm". I said "ok I'm on my way I'll be there in 15 mins". If there is less than zero to this place I could give. Very rude and disrespectful lady in the front desk. I went to pickup my two packages, on my paper it say two she told me no there is only one. She didn't even look for it. I took my package to the car and opened it, there is only one item, I went back and had to wait in the line long line. Why go to a postoffice when they are rude? I like doing my mail services at Mail Boxes of Kent because they are so friendly. I bring in what I need to mail and they take care of it. Unlike the postoffice, they make you buy your own tape and package it yourself and THEN make you get back in line after you have waited hours just to reach the front of the line again. read more
