It's a UPS store. They ship stuff right? Why would someone bother taking the time to write a review about one of these places? Well, my wife came home from this store quietly sobbing last night because of these people! My wife is a saint and is a very young and beautiful 52, but the young woman at the UPS Store counter asked my wife "if she had her AARP card with her to get the discount". I'm sorry, but that is totally out of line! If it were up to me, this would be a zero star review, but my wife begged me not to do that because she's that nice and was afraid of hurting *their* feelings! So, five stars it is I guess, but please - do better! Women can be very sensitive about this stuff. read more

HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Every single time I am in this store it is to drop off an Amazon return. A 30 second process at max, and it takes me 10 minutes waiting in line because they rarely have more than one person working. Have a dedicated person for returns/drop offs. There's absolutely zero cellular reception at this location. Yes, they have Wi-Fi but they keep the password guarded like a crown jewel and change it every day apparently. Just post it on the wall and keep it simple please. We don't need passwords like "@816!UPSPO80". It makes pulling up a return QR code very difficult Lastly, this place is always a total disaster. Trash on the floor, boxes everywhere, just completely disorganized and terrible. The one redeeming quality of this place is that the workers (Christopher is always there) are knowledgeable when you finally get to the front of the line. Once again, hire more people. PLEASE. I just had the most unpleasant experience at this store. The young lady at the front desk was dismissive and rude. She did not know how to print my online print order and became belligerent. After she said we would have to wait for a partner store to email the print order to her and charge $5 to tape my two packages together, I asked her name and to speak with a manager. She refused to provide her name and said to call back tomorrow. I left without receiving my print order or shipping my packages. It was not necessary for her to behave in such an unhelpful manner. I will never return to this store. I see why it has 2.5 stars. read more

One employee working who let people stand in line over 15 minutes and never acknowledged them. That is when I walked out and I wasn't even next! Get that woman some help in there and teach her how to talk to customers when they're busy-we're a lot more understanding when acknowledged. read more

I just had the most rudest interaction with an mid 50 lady behind the Counter . She was far from pleasant at all . I had a few packages to return and she saw that I was struggling to carry them all yet she looked at me and pointed at the self machine and said you could do it over there and I said politely , no thanks I'd rather wait , and she said , "don't you see I'm packing... "so .. and I looked at her and she looked at me and sighted and started scanning my packages in the most grotesque way possible , throwing stuff around and then slamming her machine gun down many times , then a gentleman came inside after me and she sounded nicer and she was more polite . I believe she was being discriminatory against me, she was obviously being racist , acting one way with me and another way with a white person . I would like to speak with the manager regarding this incident . I was mortified receiving sigh a bad customer experience . I have never been treated this way . Austin was the most helpful and friendliest postal employee I have ever encountered. I came in trying to find the cheapest way to mail a large package. He went through my options and encouraged me to find or make a smaller box. Even though there was a big line behind me, he did not ever make me feel rushed nor unimportant. I came back an hour later with a newly designed box for my Christmas gift I was sending. He remembered me even with our masks on! He strived to make sure that my package made it into the truck that night. I was happy so happy and I honestly hope to see him again some day. He had an excellent soul. I sent a print job here on Friday morning, called repeatedly to see if it was done. No answer. I decided to go there and pick it up, arrived to it not being done ( 4 hours later). I called the next day, it still was not started. I will go somewhere else as I don't have time to wait days for a simple 30 copies. So frustrating! read more

I do a lot of shipping back-and-forth with Amazon. There is always a line because they're understaffed with untrained workers. if you do need any additional packing or tape, their prices are outrageous. It's a shame we can't return to Kohl's anymore. read more

This UPS store is hit an miss, sometimes you can get right in and take care of whatever it is you're to do (ship, print, etc.), but often you'll find only one or two people behind the counter and every transaction is painfully slow so you could stand in line for long periods of time. Definitely have to plan ahead for the extended wait times. read more

Love the convenience of staying in your car to drop off your mail! It is located right behind Walgreens in Covington. Weekday last pick up time is at 5:30pm, so if you want your local mail delivered by the next day, hit it up before 5:30pm!! read more

Wonderful cute staff. They seemed a little bored with nothing to do. Soon as I walked in and said I had a product to return to Walmart which was defective, they perked right up and helped me with my package to be sent right away. The shipping was inexpensive. I highly recommend this store for fast and friendly service. Will be using again, even for the great smiles and cute women working here. read more

This is by far the best UPS store out there, and I use about 3 on a regular basis and frequent a couple more from time to time. Pros: unless it's Christmas madhouse time, this is one of the most efficient stores. You can also pull right up to the store and there's plenty of parking. Not much car traffic at the end of a strip mall. Best of all, the employees here always greet you with a smile and they learn your names. Kudos to the franchise owner and his wife. It all starts from the top and these folks really go out of their way to help everyone. read more

Tried to return a firearm holster and employee said it was illegal. Tried multiple times to tell them it was not a firearm or parts or anything related but rather a retention device or security equipment. They still said it was illegal. They are either very undertrained or this employee was plain incompetent. The franchise owner should probably invest in educating staff or hire ones with better skills to train correctly. read more

This store location is great for me. I had an issue with my packaging of the item I wanted to ship after I had paid for the shipping cost and Alyssa graciously refunded my shipping cost. So I went home and I corrected my packaging mistake returned the same day and Alyssa was still working and was able to ship my item with no problem.. Friendly, courteous and respectful. I actually look forward to using this store for my shipping needs. read more

Horrible customer service, complete rip-off. I was immediately accosted by a negative employee who stated she would not assist me with sealing the cardboard box my parcel was already packed in. Then she stated UPS could not ship the box, even though it had originally been sent to me via UPS. When I pointed this out she repeatedly asked where it was going in a snarky tone. Since she would not listen to my reply, I finally handed her a paper with the address. Next she asked the weight. When I told her the weight she insisted the box be placed on her scale. This was a large box and she offered no assistance. Next she measured the box and stated the cost would be $300. I was stunned as it cost only $150 to ship the parcel to me. When I asked for a better rate, her partner retorted with "We are a UPS STORE, we don't offer a better rate. Go to a UPS station." Don't waste you time with this place. read more

I came all the way out of my way to this UPS store because I will never use the Auburn UPS store again after a very bad experience. I am so glad I came to Covington. The female employee with dark hair was absolutely swamped with customers and yet she was able to greet everyone and multi task in a very gracious and professional manner. This is not a professional place of business. I had an item shipped for an agreed upon price that I paid for with a credit card. 30 min laterI received a call that it was $20 more. An hour later I received a call that that it would cost $40 more. I had to pay it or forfeit what I paid them for their packing. Yhey really stung me good. I found out that each store is a franchise and UPS corporate does not stand behind their own name. I am reporting this just to save others the hassle of dealing with them. I will never use UPS again. I don't get it: they spend all that money on advertising and don't care about their customers . read more

I went into this store to ship a package. There was only one person there, dealing with what sounded like a pretty unhappy person on the phone. She did apoligize when she got off the phone and was very helpful. She even mailed my post for me as it hadn't been picked up yet. read more
