Like I shouldn't be returning a package that doesn't belong to me. It's been decades since I've worked in shipping - I'm not doing FedEx's work for them. I was unable to get something in writing that I no longer posses the package...and I'm not going to worry about it anymore. My Brother printer makes good copies. It has worked for several years and I've have no complaints about it's reliability. But Brother has evidently decided that I have had an easy life and now I should pay extra. The printer has shut down. The Brother company wants me to buy 4 new drums (hundreds of $$$) even though the print quality is still VERY acceptable as is. The machine will not work until I knuckle under and pay the $200+ for the four unnecessary drums. Well, I say 'Millions for defense but not one cent in tribute.' I WILL NOT be bullied! The company's bot tells me a human will call me if I just give my credit card number and pay $1. My credit card # ? Really? "Stupid is as stupid does."
