I used to go here quite often however recently I had a package sent out with ALL of my personal information in it that is showing it hasn't left their location. They insisted it did, and the manager told me that she recently sent a letter to the same location that I was, and it took two weeks to show any movement with the tracking and I should just be patient. I have never had the items I ship not be scanned at the initial location. It has now been almost three weeks, and my tracking has not been scanned at all. I sent it certified, and the party has no record of receiving. In the background I heard another saying, maybe once the post office finds it under one of their tables it will start moving. The manager also said that the U.S. Post office does not use airplanes any more to move mail across the country. What? I thought it was a ridiculous thing to say, and verified with the post office that yes, if fact they do. They also told me that I couldn't print on their printer from a USB, and I had to correct them and tell them I printed many times from a USB on their printer. Not very educated in the postal service they serve or with their own equipment. I would go directly to the post office/FedEx/ups offices for future business if you would like to be assured that your packages and mail are delivered. read more

I know a few people who worked there for a short amount of time, and near the end they told me all about how one of the managers were bullying some of them, being homophobic and unkind. One day I was told by one of my friends that their coworker was asked by the manager what they are. She said, "What are you?" Which was an unkind way of asking how they identified. After the constant bullying and the surplice of angry customers of what was beyond their control due to the postal systems, they finally left as it was only hurting them to stay. They stayed together because if one was being treated unkind, none of them were going to tolerate it. A friend of a friend stated that they were FIRED for sitting down at the end of the day when there was nobody in there, and they needed a break. My friends also did not get any breaks whatsoever, unless they were working with one another, and even then they sometimes would be told that wasn't ok. If one was working, they couldn't close the store or say they would "be right back" to have their break that is LEGAL according to L&I. Standing for 5-8 hours and constantly doing work, with no breaks can cause harm to some. I was incredibly disappointed to hear this and while I support local businesses, I will never be supporting this business. Not to mention - the prices are WAY too much. You could buy boxes from anywhere else cheaper. read more

I've been here twice and every time the staff has been absolutely amazing to me. I've also called via phone and the customer service is amazing. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. The location is also very convenient for me. The prices are very reasonable as well. read more

Five stars for the staff here. They are amazingly helpful, happily pack your box or envelope for you, and they are very sweet. They try their best to get you a good shipping rate despite the store's fees (that other reviewers have mentioned but I didn't notice) and they are super friendly. The prices might be higher but I think they deserve my stars for always giving me a positive experience. read more

As noted by other post, this place rips you off when it comes to mailing USPS! I wanted to avoid the lines at the regular Post Office so I went to this place. The actual postage on the envelope I was mailing was $3.75 and the "fee" was $4.00... Wow, over 100% increase! The woman ringing the sale took about 3 min to log-on to computer, could not make it work so switched computers and took another 4 minutes on the other computer. The price actually went up from 6.50 to 7.50 on the second computer, also, they did not tell me about the $4.00 gouging fee. Their mail had already went out (it was 3:30 PM) so I was in a hurry to get out the door because I still ended up having to drive to the Post Office... I did not notice the discrepancy until I arrived at the post office. complete waste of time and money. Stay away from this rip off business. read more

I am giving it 2 stars due to its convenience and its staff, like Betsy, who remembers your face and is always in a great mood. Although, this place deserves no stars for its pricing and ownership. Unfortunately, the owner is terribly greedy and continues to increase prices. Just to ship out a Medium... yes only Medium Priority Flate Rate box (as of 9/13/17) it costs $31!! Yes, that is correct... and absurd. On top of that, tracking is included when you ship with Priority Flate Rate boxes, yet they charged an additional 35¢. At the good old normal Government Post Office, where I will be going for future mailings, it only costs $13.60. Nearly x3 the difference. Lesson learned...You do the math... pay at your own risk. read more

They are very helpful. The line at the post office was out the door so I went to Mail Plus. Best decision ever. Now I go there all the time. They keep my info on the computer so I just tell them who I am and they pull up past addresses that I've shipped to. They make a label and mail it off for me. I lost my reciept and I called and it took her 2 seconds to give me the tracking number and what the status of my package was. Now I send stuff to out to family all the time because they make it a easy/fun experience for me. It might cost a little more but its worth it. Ive never had to wait more than 1 minute in line and the process is quick. read more

If you hate driving on Meridian as much as I do then this place will be your best friend when it comes to mail supplies. They are a little but more pricey, but if you live in the area it's worth paying an extra few bucks to avoid traffic and long lines at the post office. You can also drop off mail and or packages here. I haven't used it but I saw they have copying services and they have a bunch of different sized boxes for sale. read more

I paid $298 to ship a package valued at $1500 via fed ex overnight containing a chilled specimen vial that was garunteed to be good for 3-5 days. When my package was received it was completely opened. The box inside of the box was opened as well. I contacted Betsy (Store Mgr) immediately to inform her of the issue and *she informed me it was between FedEx and myself and that she could not help me*. Upon investing by the claims department FedEx immediately admitted they were at fault and issued my refund to Mail Plus and advised me that that have had my refund for 2 whole weeks already. Nobody at mail plus bothered to inform me either. Once I made contact with Betsy she said "I was wondering when you were going to come get it, but I have to contact the owner, a school teacher to get him to issue the refund. I'll call you back this afternoon:" I never heard from her. A couple of days go by and I called Betsy at mail plus again. And she informed me that Mail Plus would be keeping 50% of my refund!!!!!! Because it wasn't their fault....... NO IM THE CUSTOMER IT WAS NOT MY FAULT!!!!!!!! Betsy has continued to cuss and yell at me even with how patient AND POLITE I have been with her refusing to help me in any shape form or fashion. IT IS NOW THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER AND I SHIPPED THIS PACKAGE ON JUNE 2, 2017. I am appalled on how unprofessional Betsy has been and how foul she has talked to me. It doesn't take a rocket scientist her appearance and demeanor scream Scum and a very "HARD" life if you understand what I'm saying. I have made a complaint with the better business bureau which is still active and will be contacting the attorney generals office today. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SHIP ANYTHING FOR YOU. Do not trust them to value you as their customer! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! AND I CAN ONLY HOPE THE OWNER ISNT ACTUALLY IN ON THIS DISGUSTING TREATMENT OF HIS CUSTOMERS. Friendly staff, terrible prices...had to re-ship one photograph in a lightweight box that cost me $5.00 to have it shipped to Puyallup from Brooklyn, NY. Mail Plus in Puyallup then charged me $16.55 to ship the exact same photo in the exact same box to Los Angeles. Certainly won't be using them again to ship anything, anywhere... read more
