They'll get all my larger jobs and my recommendations. I needed a single piece embroidered and called a number of companies to ask if they'd take such a small job. I was met by a range of responses, with some rudely telling me it wasn't worth their time. When I called All-Color they were pleasant, professional, and helpful. They were honest, saying they'd have to work it in, but they were happy to do the work. It was a simple job, so I expected the drop off to be quick. Instead, I was welcomed into the facility and someone was brought from the back to talk about my job. They flipped out a book of fonts, asking my opinion and offering advice. They took the same amount of time advising the best thread color. Again, they promised they'd work it in when possible. Other companies spoke of six week turnarounds for a small job, so I prepared for a long wait. Instead, I received a call about a week later. All-Color is great and I couldn't be happier!
