My wife cooked a special meal for our daughter and requested NEXT DAY delivery on two separate occasions and both deliveries FAILED!!! Here are the details: Attempt #1 - Dropped off the package on Friday 3/20/26 and paid for Saturday delivery. Package was not delivered until the following WEDNESDAY!!! My wife lost the receipt so we were unable to make a claim. Attempt #2 - Cooked another meal and tried again. This time dropping off early Thursday and paid for next day delivery for Friday. We paid $135 for the delivery and this time saved our receipt. When the package was not delivered Saturday we went to the store and complained. We asked for a refund. The store has NO POWER to offer refunds!!!! They make you call the 800 number!!! Well, it was the weekend and no one was available. We called on Monday and were told it has not yet been delivered and we have to call AFTER the delivery is made. I called The next day (after it was delivered) and was told you have to file a claim ONLINE - they won't do it over the phone!!!! I went online to file a claim, guess what? You have to have an account to file a claim!!! So I created an account and even gave them my credit card number to be able to open an account! Tried to file a claim and kept getting error messages!!! Called back and told them the issue. I was on the phone for 45 minutes. I was transferred to 3 different people (including online support where they couldn't help me file online). The third person refused to give me a refund!!!! Her reasoning: "I see the driver attempted to make the delivery on Friday and was unable to access the building!" I explained I was not requiring a SIGNATURE and they should have just left it at the door. I also explained they had the phone number of our daughter, why didn't they call her??? I explained she was home!!! They didn't care!!! No refund!!!

As I entered the store she was just finishing up with another customer and put the stuff down without finishing it to address me. While dealing with me another customer came it and dropped off a package and handled both of us very well. This location provides all that you need, whether it's just dropping outgoing mail, priority envelopes or boxes, last minute gift cards, rentable PO boxes, and so much more. I've been to this location a few times already, and each time was a pleasant visit. Their staff is always smiling and just so friendly. I used up a whole book and a half of stamps for holiday cards, and was short 4. I asked if they just sold stamps by the singles, and they sure do. Most places make you buy the whole book of them. It really made my day. Service is quick here, and that's what most of us inquire about. We all dread the long lines at most post offices. Next time you need to just go to the Post office, take a friend or out of town visitor here. It is definitely tourist friendly. The elevator was photo worthy but due to a time restraint I could not go picture crazy. The coffee shop was worthy to visit and grab a donut or cup of coffee but poor barista was doing a couple of jobs at one time. He was struggling to help 3 customers and my watch was ticking so maybe next time our family will come have a coffee and donuts. The post office had the beautiful historic touch and my son adds it even have a smell of history. The store is very clean and they have a variety of packaging as well as delivery options. Typical shipping prices, which couldn't be helped -it is what it is. Great customer service. There was only one person working when I went in so there was a bit of a wait as the employee was assisting another customer with what appeared to be finger printing and another customer ahead of me in line. It was only around 10:30AM on a Friday so I assume more workers come in for the afternoon shift when there tends to be more customers.
