I've had to print here a few times for work and personal projects, and everything has always come out great and priced affordably. And, things are usually done same or next day which is a huge bonus because I always seem to leave printing to the last minute... Whoops! There was one particular project I was having an issue figuring out, so I ended up calling in for help and so glad I did! Not only did she help me figure out how to format the print job correctly, but had I printed the way that I thought was correct, I would've paid $120 as opposed to the $30 it was supposed to be. Thankful for her!! Every time I've come in I've dealt with the same staff and they've always been really nice. I've also used the self-print station here and it's always been easy and quick to navigate. Also, as someone who is 8.5 months pregnant... I so appreciate that they have a clean customer accessible restroom here. All in all, a great FedEx Print & Ship location that I'll continue to use.

I was feeling stressed out after cleaning my storage unit all afternoon but they were so kind and helped me unpack my boxes into less shipments. Also, they didn't make me feel rushed even when they had a line of people. They helped me condense my shipments and made sure that I had enough air pack bubbles so that my glassware wouldn't break during transit. The UPS store staff here is very courteous, friendly and professional, especially Ashley. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience!!! I'll never forget it. A gut intercepted me at the door and said that "we don't accept FedX packages depending on their size". I explained that when I went to the FedX website, it said that I could drop off a package, any package, for FedX. He said that unless they initiated the shipping, they could not ship from there. I again explained that the FedX website said that I could drop off any FedX package there and it would be picked up by FedX. He finally relented and then I got to experience, one of the rudest check-out cashiers I've ever encountered when I went to purchase a mailing tube (for $19.95 no less). A few days later, I got a massage from FedX saying that they had re-scanned the package and had charged me another $20 for the package. So I guess they were happy that they finally added a surcharge to my package, but in the end they lose because I will never step foot in another Office Depot for the rest of my natural lifetime. Mark could do nothing for me except his response being "google it". Really?
