But anyway. I've thought for a long time that the interior of any Office Depot was a bit dusty and empty looking - in spite of being full! And this location is no different. The furniture in the back especially looks kind of haphazardly arranged. Not very appealing if you are hunting for office furniture. I had fun browsing the school supplies, though, and picked up some cute items, including a fuzzy pencil holder, for a friend. Staff. Must note that the staff here is great. Very helpful, friendly, ready to answer questions, always with a smile. Keep up the great work!

I wanted to send them a guide print to serve as a reference but they would not let me do it and no proofing available. It was a large Giclee so I was a little concerned as I have not ever worked with a lab that refused both guide print and proof. It was a reproduction of my wife's oil painting so color matching is important to us. Communication was over the phone and email so I might have gotten better service in person. A bit defensive when answering questions. Maybe it was me? or they are just too busy because they do good work at reasonable prices.

Last year I purchased stickers from Diecutstickers because they were reasonably priced and…read moreproduced high-quality stickers. I ordered 12 different designs, and was so impressed with the thickness and overall color and quality of the stickers. HOWEVER!!!!!! when I ordered another new batch of 5 designs the next year they looked different. The stickers weren't as thick, they didn't have the same gloss, they were curled, and they had these weird bubble like indentations on the stickers. I immediately called to ask about these differences. They informed me they changed their lamination and if I wanted to reprint the stickers I could place a new order using their more expensive gloss lamination. I expected the same quality sticker, and I would have never ordered new stickers if I knew the quality would not be the same. Update: 02/24/23: I spoke with Keith the Marketing Coordinator, and they determined that some of the lamination rolls were defective, which is why the stickers were not the same high-quality. DCS reprinted my order free of charge, and the new order of stickers were beautiful! Thank you!

I messaged asking if it was something I did or if they did it on accident and how could we prevent my further orders from being so dark. Crickets. Not a single response. (I had a very small project) For the fact that they took the time to speak with me and give me advice shows their great level of customer service.
