I've shopped here several times. I had purchased two 27" monitors at a good sale price of $89.99 each. This was to upgrade my work monitors at home which were 19" size. What a tremendous difference the 27" monitors had made. Viewing all the miscellaneous applications on the monitors made my work life so comfortable. I was happy and satisfied. I've purchased other office supplies and packing supplies. I have received great customer service here. No complaints. This store is always clean and well stocked. I am a regular here. I come here at least 2 times weekly for printing. I had the best service here under ChyAnne And Viola! They are so warm, friendly, inviting and so helpful. They are also great at managing whenever it gets busy. My prints were always done correctly and were always ready for pick up. Unfortunately, whenever I get service from Dustin it's not the best experience. He comes off cold and he speaks under his breath about the people he is servicing. You can tell he does not enjoy working there. In the past two weeks he's been suddenly better at speaking nicely to me and other customers, but We've had to come in many times because our prints were done wrong. Today I came to pick up my prints which were paid yesterday and guaranteed to be ready by today. When I came in it was no where to be found and the workers could not give me a reason why it is missing. It was very frustrating. And I'm so sad that I have to make this review. And it's only because it's been trending to not have the best service anymore. read more

SYLVIA was extremely rude. She was the first person I saw when walking to the printing section and instead of a welcome in or hi how can I help she looked up at me in the rudest way possible and said "I don't work in this section today" then proceeded to mention she was the assistant manager after I asked for her name. Then the other employee there laughed at me when I asked if they did 4X4 pictures. Ridiculous. I work in costumer service myself and would never treat a costumer this way. read more

Stopped in to have a poster sized map reduced in size and laminated for a trip. For the most part the service was really good and they handled my original poster with care. As far as I'm concerned this was quality work for a fair price and now I know where to go in the future when I need larger sized print jobs done. While they were working on my project I saw a few other really cool posters come out of the printer and the quality is darn good. read more

I had some wedding flyers that I ordered through the online service and had someone else pick them up for me. After seeing them I realized the sizing on the picture was wrong. I took the flyers back in hoping to get them reprinted. There was no issues, as soon as we walked in the staff was very helpful and offered reprinting for free. The staff printed them on the spot for us which took about 20 Minutes to get the 400 pages reprinted. We were even able to keep the old ones. This could have been a hassle but they made it super easy to get the problem fixed! read more

Probably the worst Office Depot in the district. Went in 6/1/2022 wednesday, 3:45pm Was looking for sticky post it easels. Whole time in the store I couldn't find anyone to help. When I finally found a group of children who worked there (literally high school kids) they were gathered in the back in bulk, discussing how they're going to "Bonus" out. I finally got attention of a stock boy that was stocking in the shelves and asked if they had any around. He sighed and said what's out is out on the floor. I again rephrased my question to "can you point me to the aisle where they are at?" Smarty pant literally said "You have two legs, two arms and two eyes. Go walk and find it yourself." Yeah no, I'm done! Walked out and definitely will not be helping you "bonus" out this month. Advice to corporate, you need to visit the store do an audit. horrible service read more

I was quoted an engineering print price of $3.59, over the phone After the clerk saw the image he asked me what kind of paper I wanted. He went to print and without consulting anyone increases the price to $15.00. I give this company a lot of business however standing here at Staples getting what I want makes me rethink my patronage of Office Depot. read more

They did the work fair enough, it's not perfect they have extra margins and didn't cut it cleanly. When I arrived to pick it up they said the printing was a one time exception because of copyright. What rest printed was summarized information from D&D 5e handbook with references to page numbers. This is not against copyright law and paraphrasing had never been illegal. If it were against copyright law's there would be takedown notices all over the web. A company as big as WoTC wouldn't let one of their major IPs get plagerized so easily. So advice, do better work and learn copyright law before you alienate clients more clients giving you business. read more

I have decided to stop shopping at Office Depot just because of the experience I had with this staff. I politely told the cashier after I had already waited a ridiculous amount of time while she was helping the other cashier do something that I was in a hurry and I needed to leave. She rudely answered that so rudely in fact that I left all of the purchases that I was going to make right there at the counter and had to walk out. I cannot believe how rude this staff is! Do not shop here! Do not support this new wave of shitty customer service that's happening everywhere. read more

My wife came in to this Office Depot to conduct business that we have done several times a week over the last 4 years: utilizing the store's Document Printing service. When she pulled up the document in question on her email, the female clerk stated that they could not print the item (a coloring page from a website) because they were copyrighted. When my wife pointed out that there was no copyright notification on the document, just a web address that indicated these were designed solely for print reproduction, the clerk still stated they were copywritten. When my wife explained and demonstrated she had a paid membership to this site to allow her unlimited printing and saving privileges, the clerk looked confuses and just repeated the same non-applicable policy. My wife then demonstrated and showed the clerk how the entire purpose of the website is to offer free color pages for user reproduction and printing for parents and educators, the clerk then said "But that is okay because it is for personal use." When confronted about this statement not making any sense, as this is exactly what getting two copies of the coloring pages for two children was, the clerk just blankly repeated the same line again. So not only was the clerk completely uninformed about a law that has no applicability in this situation, the clerk also refused to look at facts and/or utilize common sense. After four years of business, the level of vapid customer service and total lack of help and/or common sense has made me resolve to NEVER frequent this business or any other Office Depot again. read more

The signs overhead are in the complete wrong spots. Employees had no idea where basic mailing items were and the stock on hand was extremely limited. Zero help with using rewards points. One employee said he would go ask to find a type of envelope and just never came back. When I asked him why he never came back he said "oh I never heard of those." read more

The holiday season is upon us! I work for a dental office that gives our business solely to Office Depot. For the last 5 or 6 years myself and other upper management purchase our gift cards for team members in Office Depot. I haven't ever had a problem but I also never purchased them here. I have purchased the last few months in this location solely out of convenience. I am a Hispanic women and I have never felt so discriminated against until I started purchasing in this location. Yesterday I went in and purchased some gift cards. We had a bit of a bump on the road after speaking to the manager he took care of me which I was pleasantly surprised. Then I come in tonight the cashier was the same cashier that rang my purchases yesterday. She was aware of the process and what could be done which I thought great. Apparently the evening manager tonight was not aware of the transaction policy. She chose to speak to me in a very aggressive and demeaning manner. No apologies, no empathy for the inconvenience it would cause me to come back. In other words, these are the set rules so deal with it. I felt belittled for the last time! On our next Regional meeting we will definitely have to speak about considering Staples online versus the convenience of in-store. read more

The guy didn't know any answers to my questions and he kept saying " I think" which I then asked " do you know for sure or are you guessing ". He proceeded to look for a magical book with all the answers to no avail. He then turns his monitor around and shows me the website where I might be able to order them. Came here today to get a specific product. Was greeted when I walked in and went to the area I know I'd find the product. I only found 1, I wanted 15, so I found someone near by if they had more in the back. He let me know he got an order in and would check for me. Turns out they did not, but I appreciated his time in looked. Went to check out with the 1 product. Greeted by the cashier who struck up a conversation about our day and was friendly and relatable. Asked if I needed stamps or other products (that you wouldn't know they sold otherwise). Asked how I wanted my receipt (printed, e-mailed, or both) and was on my way. read more

While seemingly adequately staffed, there is rarely ever anybody to assist customers with anything from finding products to checking out. Mismanagement is obvious, and fir being the only office supply store for miles, it is really missing its mark. Heaven forbid you come here in a hurry to accomplish something. One time I came here with my spouse and we witnessed one of the managers verbally berating and mocking a female employee. I've been coming here several years, out of pure geographic convenience, and the turnover rate for employees is staggering, but not surprising. Absolutely horrible customer service. A young lady by the name of Natalie claims to of been the customer service manager read below from my experience at this location it seems to be a trend in pattern with the store. I emailed their print center a Microsoft publisher file to be able to open and tell me if they would be able to print this on hard laminated paper it started off with the lady saying that she is not able to download a file to the computer from an email. Then it transitions into her computer Will not open the file and then it turned into me asking if they had a flash drive that we could just plug into my computer and transfer the document to them that way since their computer did not want to cooperate with downloading the file or opening the file. Then when I told her that I would just take my business to Staples she started getting an attitude with me that she was trying to help me but the computer won't cooperate and she told me that they do not have flash drives I would have to purchase one in order to use their print service center. When I asked for her manager she said I am the manager when her title on her name tag clearly says sales consultant and she tries to say that she is the customer service manager when I asked to speak with her boss and then a Nother gentleman walks up with the same title is sales consultant and seems to try and want to help me she starts over talking me trying to explain her side of the story this is not customer service and if you are the customer service manager Natalie then you need some serious retraining. I work in customer service every single day of the week and I am the customer service manager for my company and when a customer try to explain what is happening to me or to my boss I certainly do not over talk them. Office Depot has lost my business forever as well as my company. I will be making sure that I am form every buddy that I talk to do not shop at Office Depot because of this experience. read more
