This location is central with good access to the parking lot from all sides of the building in a strip mall setting. The store was very busy when I arrived with the line making a U from the counter through the small store and back to the front door. But I was in and out in a quick amount of time. Recently I had a package that needed to get rerouted to a ups store for pick up, this is the store that was closest for me. I called to see if they had received the package due to the website not being updated. A Sam answered the phone and was prompt with the info he had on file and waived the fee as this was out of my control and the books were needed asap. I went to pick them up and he went as far to document our conversation so no matter what staff member helped they would know what is going on. Again in a lacking customer service world people such as Sam need to be highlighted and recognized. Thank you for all you're help today it really doesn't go unnoticed! read more

shipment of... Paid $150.00 for overnight shipment of a important package, dropping it off at 10:45 am the day prior. Today, the day it was to be dropped off UPS tracking says delay. Contacted the store with little help. Manager said she would call UPS and call me with a update. 1.5 hrs later I called her back to find out per her the driver did not drop it off in time. After HOURS oh hold and going around and around with UPS corporate requesting a refund of $100 and to only pay for the service we are receiving which is subpar we got no where. We paid $150 for 2 day service that is only $45. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. I personally do not have $100 to waste, there was importance behind the shipment. Because of their actions I flushed $100 down the toilet. Horrible customer service. read more

12/29/17 Visited with my Sister in law. We sent a package overseas to Guam. The Rep was nice, provided great customer service & was very informative. He showed he "cared". You rarely see this character in Sales Reps. He took care of us swiftly and we were on our way. I would return and do future business at this location. read more

Shipped an insured package to a family member. Hadn't heard that it had been received and found UPS (said they were waiting for package to be picked up), family member said nothing was ever left on their door. Another week went by and still no response that package had been received, It was a gift, so checked the tracking again and found out it was being returned to me. Spoke with UPS store and she told me she would track and get back with me (this was a Wednesday), Friday the package was delivered back to me, never did hear from the UPS store. Went there and all they could do is give excuses. Would never use this store or UPS again. USPS is a better option. read more

I've now been here twice. Both times were just to drop off a package that already had a UPS lable. The first time I was pretty frustrated as it was busy and I had to wait a while. I debated ever going back but I tried it again. The second time it wasn't as busy but when while I was standing in line I tried to make my visit noticeable by showing the package with the label. Lucky one of the workers asked me if I was just dropping off and I happily said yes and he said he would be right with me. I know they don't make any money off situations like this but I would be nice if they would take notice to those as I would be a return customer that would be paying for shipping the next time. read more

I am glad there's one here close by, not to mention ... they are recently open now on Sunday's till 3 pm. This is the only UPS I know open on Sundays and that's good for me. Very convenient. They go above and beyond to help me with all my shipping, printing and copying needs. Notary services are convenient. This is a great alternative to the competition and I appreciate our friends at this location! Highly recommended. I can even drop off items and they will pack and ship. A much better alternative to having things shipped to my house where packages are stolen. They sign for me and receive all my packages and registered mail. read more

I recently opened up a personal mailbox here and I couldn't be happier with the service. It's convenient for me and I all I have to do is call to check if I have any mail so I don't waste a trip to the location. I also received 2 keys, one for the store itself so I can come in after hours if I need to and of course the other is my mailbox key. The staff is very friendly and they really cater to the customer and make you feel welcome. They are on Meridian which is a very busy road, but I come up from Orting, so I come the back way up Military and come out right next to the store. It's a nice ride on my Harley to pick up any mail or packages. Pricing is reasonable and paid $72 for 3 months of service. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for... great service! read more

I really got to give major points to UPS !My car was hit in parking lot . I did not see it happen , however, fedx, ups, Costco all made deliveries which put them in position to have done it. Only UPS took my concern with care and concern. Only UPS made contact with me and investigated. Katie from US really impressed me!!# she and the driver met at the scene the next day. Reinacting the events showed that they were not involved in my car damages at all. I am so grateful for the fact that I was shown respect and even given helpful ideas for fixing car. Horrible customer service!!! I opened a mail box here, had to close it after 2 months due to moving out of state. They issue u no refund and can't transfer it to another location. They have a personality of a dish rag! I asked for proof that I closed it and they said they don't supply a receipt of closing it. I insisted as I am moving hundreds of miles away! I want proof! Not only did she start taking care if another customer in line while assisting me, but after making a copy of the form I signed she says to me, "that will have to work because we don't normal do this!" this is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. I was standing in line waiting when an older lady walked in with an open package. They told her she had to pay $0.50 cents to use the tape!!! this was just after xmas, these people are dispicable!!!. I left the store and went to the one by Fred Myer Store #6202, the service is excellent there and the tape is free, not that I needed it but made a point to ask, they even seemed suprised when I said this other pathetic store charged for tape... "its just tape", they said. Oh by the way that old lady had to go back to her car in pouring rain and cold to get 50 cents!!! I hope you ran out of business soon!! read more

I use their box services and ship all my packages there. The folks are great, friendly and go way above the top to service you. They have gotten to know me so well they pull my mail and packages and have them on the counter as I walk through the door, The only negative is the drive down Meridian thru traffic. read more
