I had an Apple SSD out of a waterlogged Mac which a friend owns, which had priceless family photos on it, and I tried and tried to open using various tools, but I couldn't get into it. Online forums said it couldn't be done, and one private lab said they thought they could get into it for around $600-800. I took it to Sang and I have no clue how he was able to do it, but he retrieved the data in a day. For $100. I can't tell you how excited my friend was to get these pictures recovered. 5 stars isn't enough.

I had my iPhone 7 screen repaired here. The first one glitched out a week after I got it fixed (I…read morethink they didn't waterproof it, because it happened after I went for a jog and had it in a sweaty pocket). I took it back to them and they fixed it for free. However, when I got home I noticed that the start button and the camera weren't working. I think this is probably due to damage from being exposed to water when they didn't waterproof it. When I took it back to them, I left it with them thinking it would be free since they had caused the damage, but they charged me $75 to repair the camera and start button. Also, the new screen is noticeably poor quality. The whites are half as bright as my friend's iPhones, and the screen doesn't go full black - when it's off you can see the rectangle of the screen in a lighter black than the black of the phone. Also now I'm afraid of getting it wet.

At 430pm or so on a Friday afternoon I booked an appointment for 6pm and messaged Cooper asking if there was anyway he could come sooner...sure enough he arrived 30 minutes later in his mobile repair truck and knocked on my door and was super professional. Less than 30 minutes later he returned and was super thorough with me reviewing all functionalities and making sure all was in tact. With the check in offer this was less expensive than the competition AND he came to my house which was super convenient. The whole process was smooth like butter and painless.

First of all, the AT&T personnel were very nice and as helpful as their store return policies…read morepermit. I was trying to return an All-Fi-Hub modem/router combo that I ordered through this AT&T store. I decided to cancel due to the AT&T signal strength at my house. I told the AT&T store that I changed my mine. It was at the store waiting for me to pick up (I never hooked it up). The AT&T store couldn't return it for me, so I was instructed to take it to the local UPS store. This was on July 1st, 2025. Since then, I have received four e-mails (that I can't reply to), stating that AT&T never received it and I will be charged $200 + sales tax next month. The UPS store said it left their store on or about July 7th. I have a UPS issued "AT&T Equipment Return Receipt" with date, UPS store info, return ref number and equipment serial number and model. But no tracking info. I was told this was all I needed by the UPS store. In the meantime, I can't get this $200 charged reversed. I've call four times to three different AT&T customer service numbers. They all say they can't locate the All-Fi-Hub, but not to worry, as I will be reimbursed if I get charged. Well, if no one knows where it is, how am I going to be reimbursed? It's been 2-1/2 months. I think it's' either lost or stolen from the shipment. At this point, I'm disappointed by the lack of information from AT&T. I've been with AT&T for over 25 years. I hope I don't have to leave. Sincerely, Brian S.

I don't trust these people at all. I came in to transfer my phone from a joint account I had with a…read moreformer business associate on another carrier to a joint account with my girlfriend, a long-established customer with AT&T. The problem is that this store won't do the transfer without the personal social security number of my former business associate. There is no reason for this whatsoever except their mining people's identity info for whatever purpose. I've spoken with AT&T corporate and they don't require that information. The former carrier does not require that information to transfer the account. The only ones that say they require the information are the people in the store, and they cannot give me a good reason why that information is required. They just say they do require it. When I protested that this information was not necessary, they were short with me and dismissive. I don't post many reviews unless service is truly exceptional or if I feel a business is truly questionable. I put these people in the questionable category. I simply do not trust them and they do not give me a feeling that they are legitimate. I suggest you find another place.
