Also, with the company the fix, make sure you ,give out receipts, write up what you're doing and hand it to the customer, just don't take their iPhone , iPad, whatever you're fixing for the customer And not give them proof that you took it from them, and you ask for money upfront for something you haven't even done.

I was in a queue and waiting my turn. There were only 2 clerks. One of the clerks was transferring data from one phone to a new phone. Which to me is an opportunity to multi-task. The clerk did multi-task with someone who came in more that 45 minutes after me and then finally after another 20 minutes asked if he could help.
