They explained their 120 days same as cash option, and let me know that if i cannot pay off in that time frame i was going to pay a lot more for the merchandise, over the length of the lease if i just made the base monthly payment. He was very upfront about the procedures for leasing with them, and explained everything in the lease agreement till i was satisfied that i understood everything that i was signing. We laughed about how the reviews i read were saying the company over charges for merchandise. They are a bit more expensive, but Best Buy wont give you a loaner TV if yours goes out. I would rather pay a little extra and have service options, than buy something outright from a company and have to do everything myself if something does break. I read over the lease agreement they had me sign and everything is in there in black and white, no hidden fees. Im not sure why people cant understand that when you make a monthly payment on something, you arent putting all of the money on principle.. All in all, Im glad i was able to do business with Steve and his crew. They let me wander around the store and promo soundbars and TVs without hovering over me making me feel like i was pressured into a purchase. I have an older desktop computer with a Windows 10 operating system that got corrupted when I tried to restore an image backup to it. Greg with the assistance of Lenny spent considerable time somehow getting the image restored having to wipe the hard drive. There were other tweaks that Greg made to the OS but what would've been unusable junk is now a computer that's faster and better than the one I brought into the store. Before Greg opened Apex I used to drive out to Bremerton for computer repairs. I feel truly fortunate to have such a great computer repair shop here in town. Greg's also repaired my laptops with the same great work and quick turnaround. He's also a great guy who's just fun to talk to.

The owner of this business was incarcerated in April 2023 for killing two people in Tacoma in a DUI collision. His business partner (employee?) is keeping the business going but can not keep up with the volume of work by himself. He's trying hard, but he doesn't provide updates on product status, and you can't reach him via the listed business phone number (it's the owner's cell phone, and he's in jail). I brought in a laptop for a diagnostic and was told it would take a week. Three weeks later, it still wasn't done, and I had to go there twice to check on it. Finally, I asked for my laptop back without the diagnostic and am out $100. Time will tell if they can stabilize the business and return to providing good service. In the meantime, you're better off using a different repair provider.
