First, I would like to apologize for it taking me so long to write about the experience I had at your Verizon store. When I walked into your store, just as a little background information, I was completely ready to leave Verizon as a carrier after being a loyal customer for over 15 years. I had been to the Verizon store in Silverdale for a combined two days where the customer service (if you even want to call it that) was so terrible and not helpful it almost seemed to be a joke. I won't go into all the details that happened at that store, but again I was ready to leave Verizon as a carrier. After my experience in Silverdale it was clear Verizon had lost the focus of good customer service. That their customers are inevitably the reason they are the number one carrier in the US. On my way home from Silverdale, I decided to stop into your Verizon store to see what changes had been made (as they never told me) and to see what I have to do to cancel the contract. When I walked in, there was a young man standing at the counter. I am sure he saw the frustration in my face as he asked if there was anything he could help me with. Being I have worked in customer service my entire working career, I understand the people you have working in your stores do not make the rules, they are the middle men who have to implement all these rules your company sets. So I looked at him and first apologized that I was terribly frustrated and explained I knew it was not his fault for my frustration and then explained the situation. I explained all I wanted to do was combine two contracts into one, get the upgrades we were both due for without spending $600. I explained the non-sense I went through in Silverdale and that I was ready to leave this company due to their lack of customer service and help. This is when Phillip Price took charge. He was not only understanding, he was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help my Fiance and I. He made multiple phone calls to try and figure out the best solution for us and our budget. He was not putting on the whole "fake customer service face" (anyone who has worked customer service jobs knows exactly what I am talking about), but was very genuine in his attempt to keep us as customers and do the very best he could as he saw what we were asking and trying to do was not unreasonable. It is times like this where I really think Verizon's Corporate ladder should take notes from this young man. I am not dumb and know that Verizon losing two customers is not going to bankrupt the company, but if Verizon keeps going down the track of only having one person in their company, Phillip Price, who understands the importance of customer service and interaction with customers. Maybe Verizon shouldn't put so much emphasis on commission and all customers who come through any stores they have will be treated with equal respect even if you are not purchasing the newest and latest IPhone. Phillip Price did just that and for that reason we are still customers with Verizon. He should be rewarded for his will power to help every customer who comes through his door. He took the time to actually listen to what we needed, our budget, and then used his knowledge of the company to come up with the best solution. To say the least, he nailed it! It was simply refreshing as my last encounters with Verizon whether via phone or in store were not good. Maybe Phillip Price should become someone who trains your employees and maybe Verizon will be a carrier people want to use. This would ensure you keep your number 1 stop as a wireless dealer. Again, I have been with Verizon for over 15 years and it is sad to watch what used to be a helpful good company get money, grow, and then lose all focus on what is important- the customers. Otherwise, with the way things are going and stories I hear and I myself have experienced, you may be number 1 now, but people can only put up with so much before they decide to look somewhere else. I will end this by again thanking Phillip Price. You were incredibly helpful, sincere, and understanding. Again, Verizon should take some notes from him on what running a business is all about. Wonderful customer service. I mean, honestly. It's a small store but these employees really do care about helping you and making you feel welcomed. I came here with my husband after the Best Buy in Silverdale turned us away, because they dropped my protection plan on my broken phone due to the fact they had an old card on file, but never reached out to us to update the account and refused to let us pay off the late fees- plus the geek squad was rude and unprofessional, and had us actually fuming. We came to the store and sweet blondish lady (I'm sorry I forget your name I'm really bad at names, but you know who you are, you're a rockstar) helped us by giving us better options and even was patient with us considering my phone screen was so broken you couldn't see anything on it. It really fixed up our bad moods- I hardly leave reviews, but I have to for this experience (with my new phone I might add)- and I swear to never go through Best Buy for a phone again, anything I need I will go to this Verizon store. Verizon buyers, avoid that Blue and Yellow building of hot garbage, mosey over to the Fred Meyer parking lot instead (even though that lot is always busy and has bad drivers in it), there's a little gem filled with great service there! read more

Thanks to Molly and Donnie for being OUTSTANDING associates! Last week Molly helped me figure out how to fix my camera on my i5. She even hand wrote instructions for me without me asking! SHe made me feel comfortable and not like I was a bother. She didn't make me feel dumb, which I will admit I am technologically impaired. LOL I had to go back yesterday with the same issue with my camera and Molly already had a customer she was working with, but Donnie came out from behind the desk and asked if he could help me. He was just as helpful as Molly and pleasant. I was pleased with my service and now know that if I continue to have problems, these two will be more then willing to help me! Thanks guys! read more

This store has consistently provided the best customer service I have ever had at any cell phone store. I happened to be in Bremerton one evening and encountered a problem with one of our phones. The phone was fixed promptly and every question answered quickly and intelligently. I have been back to this location several times since and have had the same experience each time. Exceptional customer service provided by every employee I have encountered. I now drive over an hour from my home to this particular location as I know I will leave satisfied with my problem or question resolved every time. Today I went in asking questions about possibly upgrading my phone and changing my plan. There was nice young man by the name of Donnie who was very knowledgable and helpful. I was a bit concerned because he was the only one helping the customers and I who were waiting. He did acknowledge us and apologized for the wait. I appreciated it. Although there was a lady who came out of the back room and didn't bother to greet the customers who were waiting to be helped and shortly after went back into the room. That was a bit odd to me. I want to thank Donnie once again and I'll surely request him anytime I do visit here. read more

To whom it may concern, This Gowireless location is fantastic! In particular two associates by the names of Kathryn and Sammee. They are energetic, knowledgeable and very patient with even the worst of customers (my problem was not easy and took several hours). The management seems a bit off, and more focused on the dollar than the truth, but if you talk to the associates directly they are far more honest and the only reason I stayed with the company. I am a fairly low tech cell phone customer. I do not like gadgets or anything so complicated that I cannot use it quickly and easily. It was refreshing to find a Verizon store staffed with a variety of people who did not cater exclusively to the young customer desirous of the latest technology and gadgetry. Every question I had was answered even when it led to several other questions. We recently went into the Verizon store in Poulsbo. Chris Lee helped us in the most knowledgeable, professional, and positive way I have ever experienced from a customer service rep. in ANY business! She was an incredibly persistent and creative problem solver. She did this with patience, kindness, and a sense of humor. I haven't always been the Verizon fan that I am now. We had to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon due to the lack of signal in this area. Vernon is the wireless consultant that assisted us in our change over. This staff is the most knowledgeable person we have ever come across & very patient with the customers. Vernon, thanks a bunch for all your help! I want to commend the service from Phil, Dillon, and Molly at the Bremerton "go wireless" service center on hwy 303. They helped me when I thought my phone had been stolen and again when it was returned. They were knowledgeable and efficient of course. I went into this store today and had a great experience with Phillip P. He was able to get me a brand new phone, tablet, & case for a bundle deal. He had a great personality and was more than willing to help and had knowledgeable answers to all my questions.
