    If you need face to face service with Verizon DO NOT GO to this store. The manager is rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help customers. Our daughter after being told by Verizon Corporate to go to this corporate store and return her iphone (it had to be replaced because the battery was superheating after she received her replacement phone overnight delivery). was left standing in the store for over two hours. At first he refused to even look at the phone even with a confirmation # from corporate because she's a user on our account not a manager. We had to call corporate back (we're in a different state) to do it as the website kept saying try later...... They fixed that, we gave him the information he looked at the phone for 2 seconds, said there was no visiable damage and refused to take the phone as corporate had instructed, he said she had to mail it back personally anywayseriously . We explained to him that corporate did not send a mailing label as it was superheating, too hot to even touch. They wanted it turned off as soon as the new phone arrived and requested she take it to this corporate store. She was there for over two hours, we were on the phone with corporate for just about the same amount of time trying to get this guy to take the phone as that was what corporate was saying even on the phone today. He refused even with their request via email to take the phone and ship it. Corporate even emailed him a shipping label to return it for her. He printed it, handed it to her told her to buy something as she'd been taking up his time or leave the store and take the phone to UPS. Two or three times, he left her standing at the counter and walked off even left the store while this was going on for a break. Corporate apologized profusely, gave us credit on our account and reimbursed the additional shipping charges to our account. The manager gave her the shipping label Corporate sent to the store so they could return the phone. With that label UPS refused to ship because it showed the pick up location as that store. The whole situation was insane! She could have been out of there in 20 minutes max. There is another store not far away. I'd highly recommend you go there. Verizon overall is a GREAT Company. We've had service with them for over 20 years, we have multiple lines and customer service is normally above par. This guy should not be managing anything.

    Service is trash asf...would not recommend for anyone trying to be in and out. I went inside and the store smelled like piss.

    I've been waiting for a bit to write this review. I can not even start to express how disappointed…read moreI was in my visit weeks ago. If I could I would give a rating of 0. It was a weekday and I decided to stop by T-mobile to see if someone could upgrade my phone because I was due for one. I walk into the store and noticed that both employees were busy, so I understood that no one could get to me. So I walked around the store browsing around for a couple of minutes. Then I decided to walk around the mall to waste some time and come back. Maybe 10 mins later I come back in the store, they were again both still occupied, no one ever acknowledged me again. One of the employees was getting ready to be done. A man walks in and is greeted right away. 'Okay, maybe he didn't see me.' That's fine, I can wait. So he helps out that customer and a girl comes in, just as another woman comes in. She goes straight to the employee and he helps her right away. It sounded like he was helping her early, 'okay, that's cool, I can wait.' Another woman walks up to him and starts talking to him. Then another woman comes in and looks at me and waits around since both employees were currently busy. It's been 30 mins of me standing around. Now I'm getting annoyed. My partner comes in and asks me, 'What's up what's going on?' I reply a little louder than normal, 'Nothing is up because no one has even talked to me.' Finally the guy acknowledges me and the woman who came after me. He then points at us who came first and I replied I did. So he says to the woman let me take down your name first just in case a list grows after you. So I tell him I wanted to see if I could get my phone upgraded to an iPhone 13. He replied well, idk if we have what you want. Idk if we have the iPhone 13 you want. My partner speaks up and says well can you at least check?? So he goes oh ya okay I will go check. At this point I am even more annoyed inside, it honestly did not feel like he wanted to help me at all. He came back and said we only have a white is that okay? I said yes that's fine I just wanted a 13. And I asked will it take a long time. And he replied ya it might take a while do you mind coming back, maybe go shopping for an hour or so and come back? I have a list that I need to go through. Then I can help you. I am now fuming inside!!!! First off the only person on that list was the lady. Second I was there already for one whole hour. At this point I didn't want to give this guy my money. I replied No thanks! I'll just go to another T-Mobile. He then replied well other the other shop is swamped by 2 hours (he's saying this without even checking anything). Thanks for ruining my day and wasting my time Big Guy!!! I didn't get his name, but he was a bigger guy with little to no hair. I went to the other T-mobile I mentioned and was helped out by very nice people who were 10x's more busy!!!

    Look I had an emergency with my phone yesterday (3/15/23). My screen on my phone stopped working…read morecompletely and because of that I couldn't do anything even shut off my phone. I didn't know what to do and was super lost. Cue Andrea Being available and eager to help. We talked about what my options were from low cost to high cost, what would happen with my phone and wether or not I uploaded everything to my iCloud. I was stuck there for a while as I tried to remember my apple password, and Andrea gave some advice and motivation in my personal journey for figuring it out. It was truly an amazingly helpful experience and I now have a new phone! Which is so nice as my last one was older... So even if you're not looking for a new phone I highly recommend this establishment and I will be going back for all my future iPhone needs.

One of the frustrating things about getting into something beyond Home Theater in a Box is the barrier to entry. Burt at Seattle Hi-Fi can help you demystify any questions you might have whether you are a novice or interested in bi-amping into a stereo amp bridge to a mono-block. Burt can hang with just about anyone and has the same positive attitude no matter the conversation. One of the key differentiators with Seattle Hi-Fi vs every other company I have done business with is how welcoming they are to your needs AND budget! Any AV shop will cater to your needs if your budget is right. All AV shops can make you feel welcomed if you are spending a huge amount of money. Burt has helped me when I was spending a single digit % of his suggested budget on an item the exact same as when I was spending more than what he suggested! I have felt like an extremely valued customer through every interaction with Burt, regardless of what I needed or what I was spending. Burt has spent time helping me debug problems AFTER the purchase was complete on a new use case I had and just generally is fantastic. Seattle Hi-Fi is my favorite store in the greater Seattle area, and my favorite AV store I have ever been to! Cannot recommend Seattle Hi-Fi enough.

    Update - came back after the first great experience to investigate a power filter. I've not had…read moregreat luck with power conditioners - they are expensive and don't seem to do much. If anything, they've limited sound quality. Seattle HiFi recommended the Niagara 1200, and phoned me when one became available. I was open to looking at the more expensive versions but was persuaded that I really just needed the basic 1200 model. With low expectations, I plugged my gear in. Wow. Immediately heard improvements. Cleaner top end, more detail, better bass definition, and less ear fatigue when listening to digital gear. Color me highly impressed again.
