    I love the curbside pickup. They have it down to a science. Always the friendliest younger people serving, and they provide good customer service. My orders have been accurate. And they've offered quick and efficient back up solutions to things they didn't have in stock.

    What a horrible Experience! Don't ever try to return anything to this store! Don't believe anything…read morethe sales people tell you. This is a very dishonorable business. I purchased a King size bed and power bases on 1/2/26. I had them delivered to my home on 1/9/26. They were not set up or even taken out of their boxes or packaging. On 1/11/26 I called Ashley to arrange a return of the items. The office manager, Linda said I can not return them because I signed the digital tablet that I accepted the delivery. Ashley's policy is no exchange and no returns. (I was not told about this policy by Reed (The Tie Guy) who sold me the complete bed, and did not receive a document saying anything about this policy.) The delivery people don't even leave you a slip of paper so you know what you signed! "It will come by email." NOPE. I am foolish for believing people and businesses at their word. I am about to have a serious spine surgery, so a week ago, my husband and I went in to Ashley Store in Silverdale, WA, to find a new bed, with adjustable bases. We needed to finance the bed. The sales person, Reed "The Tie Guy" told us we could afford the one we wanted on credit if we each applied for two separate credit accounts, and he split the King bed purchase onto two accounts. First mistake as it turns out. Not only can we not return something unopened and unused two days after receiving it, we had to pay double the $99.99 delivery fee. Linda, the office manager very rudely pointed out that this was because there are two separate sale slips. The more I tried to reason with her the ruder she became. The only reason we are returning the product is because we were mislead in thinking that the mattress protectors were part of purchasing the mattresses. "The Tie Guy" went on and on about how we could exchange the mattresses after 30 days of trying them - however this only applies if you purchase separate mattress protectors. When I received the mattresses, there were no mattress protectors as I had expected. I called the store to ask, and Reed said you buy them separately. He apologized for implying that they were included. When we ordered the bed , we said we wanted the complete setup that was on the floor and the warranty. He also failed to tell us about the protection plans we could have purchased, saying only that the warranties ride with the manufacturers. Now I can't get the comfort warranty because I didn't buy the mattress protectors at the same time as the split King bed. -Even though this was falsely implied as being included, I was happy to buy them now . It seemed fair to me since the bed wasn't out of its packaging yet. And, now I can't get the protection plan warranties because I didn't know about them from the sales person who mistakenly said Ashley didn't provide additional warranties. All I wanted was to buy this high quality Stearns and Foster $15,000 bed with adjustable bases. I wanted to protect my investment well with warranties and survive my surgery as best as possible and reduce the pain I am guaranteed to have. Ashley is obviously only concerned about ripping people off. They don't care about long term customers or satisfied customers. Too bad for Reed "The Tie Guy" who has only been working there a month. I guess he is too new still. Stupid me, I trusted he was selling their product correctly. He never told us all sales were final. On the contrary, he kept saying we could exchange in 30 days if not comfortable!! False representation of their product and policies by failing to point out the policies correctly, and falsely claiming what comes with the product. Then, failing to remedy the situation and own up to their own agreements offered, by allowing a long time customer to still pay for those opportunities, is more misrepresentation and horrible customer service. They definitely pulled the blanket over my eyes! I will NEVER shop here again. Buyer beware. Drill your salesperson. Don't blindly sign a tablet without reading all the tiny print, as it often contradicts the cool stuff the salesperson at Ashley store tells you. Zero stars.

I am told that where I live is outside of their service area. I live less then 10 miles from this store. I have been working on it for 5 months now, with the most recent attempt taking five weeks and I still don't have an appointment. They have left me no choice but to do this myself and I am a senior citizen.

To our surprise we found what we wanted and it was on sale! Pat was the one who helped us and she is amazing!!! She worked with our timeline and helped everything get all squared away! We needed to push delivery out a couple months and she helped us do that. Then when we were ready for our furniture I called her on a Wednesday and our furniture got delivered two days later on a Friday! Delivery was great! They called me before they showed up and even took off their shoes when bringing our furniture inside! All in all, our experience was great! Mostly due to the constant help from Pat!     We purchased a table and bench from Macy's and scheduled delivery for today. Today comes and they start setting up our table then tell us that they can't deliver the bench "because they forgot screws". Now I've been on hold for 45 minutes trying to get answers about the bench that paid all $600 for and still no answers or seating for my family. Lesson learned. Don't buy from Macys. It's a joke and in the end you're the fool left dealing with the mess they make and trying to get the money they stole from you. Update: After an hour on the phone we finally got them to agree to redeliver the bench so that we can just go out and buy our own screws instead of waiting god knows how long for the bench to come back in stock. What do we get for all of this? A $100 credit. We paid for "white glove delivery" and instead we're having to go out and purchase parts that should have been included just so that we can get the furniture we paid for. What a scam!

I've always thought I had relatively good design sense. But after a year-and-a-half of lock-down and working from home, I felt the place was looking a little blah.  But I'd been procrastinating.  On a whim one Saturday, I walked into Seldens and met Christine. I explained what I'd been thinking, and she got it immediately. She asked a lot of questions and took the time to get to know what I like and don't like. I appreciated that she listened and worked with me to propose a range of solutions that seemed to work for me and helped me prioritize what would give me the most "bang for the buck".   She didn't propose a radical makeover but rather a smart choice of options that had the impact. And she was able share examples from other projects she'd completed so I could see how some of the ideas she was suggesting would look in my place.
