My daughter was specifically looking for Sailor Moon goodies, and Parker went out of their way to personally give us a tour of every area there was Sailor Moon items. This was amazingly helpful, as my daughter is very sensory sensitive, and the mall is typically overwhelming for us when we're blindly searching for something specific, and you've got the music and other shoppers creating an overstimulation. Parker was truly a treat to interact with, and they offered us top notch customer service.
