I use to like this Target store until they decided to remodel and bring in groceries. The store is basically the same size but now has a full grocery store in it, taking away space from the items they would usually stock. They also changed the store around and it makes it hard to find things now. I actually stopped going here while they were under construction because it was just a mess inside. I do love Target and they have things that I cannot find in other places but as far as a Target store goes, this one is on the bottom of the ranking. read more

Pretty good sized store; priced a bit high for the goods that i feel are not that much better than a Wal Mart! I will say though they do carry some brand name products at affordable prices. Emplyees are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and items can be found relatively easy. the small "cafe" is drab and cramped. Parking is always crowded. read more

I'm very DISAPPOINTED with target's online ordering. I ordered a lot of outfits and boots for my grandchildren for Christmas. Everything chosen was for in store pick up only after paying for items was I informed half of my order was being shipped and one pair of boots were out of stock everywhere. The order was supposed to arrive Dec 22nd. I thought ok at least I'll get my products before Christmas. Dec 22nd came and went no delivery. Late night on 22nd I get an email my order is now going to be delivered on Dec 26th. REALLY?? Thank you target for screwing up my Christmas!! If I were informed my products had to be shipped before I paid for them I wouldn't have ordered online. I would have just purchased in store. Here it is Dec 26th... Still NO DELIVERY!! I still haven't received my refund for the boots that were out of stock everywhere either. If something is out of stock everywhere how the hell I able to order that product?? I LOVE Target and would normally give it a 5 starts without thinking about it. But, this one is a bit run down and usually a little dirty. The selections are decent. I do appreciate the grocery section. I love the natural "Archer Farms" (Target brand) products! It is great being able to grab some needed grocery items while shopping at Target. Understandably, it was busy. We were behind an individual who was checking out. The cashier's light was on. When she was almost done with the person in front of us, she turned off her light and told us to get into another line. I talked with a manager, and all she said was "when it's the cashier's time for lunch, they turn their light off and finish with the next three people." She then walked away before I could explain I was the next person, etc. I usually don't care, because I know people have bad days, but I have yet to receive good, or even kind service. I stopped in to buy formula after being out all day with my son I asked the guest service if I could please buy a cup of warm water. It was for my son it was just minutes after the cafe closed I was told no the cafe is closed there's no way to get over there.(the girl was still behind the counter cleaning and wiping down the counter) the other employee even looked at her and said wow. I love this place, since it remodeled it seems more spacious and I love all their discount sales to their competitive prices. There new food area well it is is good, not great. But overall this place can be called a one stop shopping for those in hurry. You can get milk and have you prescription filled within the time you walk around the store. read more

I love Target. I've shopped at this one basically my entire life and I'm pretty upset with them. My husband bought me a chat pad for my Xbox on the 13th of July. When he brought it home, he discovered the box was empty. That's fine, he called Target and they said they were going to have to watch security videos and they'd get back to him. So by a week later no one called him and he ends up calling them and is told that he has to call before like 4pm and no one can help him (he works until 6). Yesterday- a week and two days after the original purchase- he has a day off work and goes into the store and they tell him he can get another one from electronics and they'll swap it out for him.... but there are no more, they're out of stock: So they tell him to come back the next day (today) because they'll be getting a shipment in and they'll have one for him to pick up. He goes to target first thing this morning and they tell him that it gets shipped today, it won't be at the store until tomorrow. Very disappointed at this point. read more

I mainly go to this Target for the location, usually on the way I'm already going and on the way home. It's usually very clean, which I appreciate, and the produce and dairy area are usually fairly well stocked. They surprisingly have decent competing prices, and you can usually find great deals in the beauty and personal care departments. The cashiers can be a hit or miss honestly, and I know it's not the cashiers fault, but it's always packed at checked out and I wish they had more staff to expedite the process. I love that they recently put self check out though. read more

I love target so much. I'm a regular at this target and I buy pretty much all of my clothes and a lot of home goods. However because of an experience I had there I feel like I probably will not return for a while. I was trying on clothes, and while it's kind of irritating that they ask CUSTOMERS to put clothes back on the hanger before returning them to the attendant (not sure what their job is if they can put a shirt on a hanger? Are they babysitting us?), I put my clothes that I decided not to purchase on their hangers. But one shirt I put on inside out. It was just a tshirt and very easy to put on right, but a simple mistake. She freaks out at me and tells me I did it wrong. I had more clothes that I wanted to purchase and try on, but I was so intimidated by this woman for yelling at me about a shirt, so I just left. Also they have a Jamba Juice machine and it tastes really bad. read more

Target Silverdale, Starbucks....Needs help! First, they lack any management or direction. They accept ridiculously large orders of 10 drinks or more from a patron and then fail to notify subsequent customers there is a wait until this order is filled. I have experienced this twice. In addition, I have simply asked for a basic Americano, which when made for me tasted like water. I asked nicely to have this remedied, the young woman argued with me and insinuated that this is the way Americanos are. She continued rudely ask me, "how do you want me to fix this". Hello, she is the barista NOT me! I explained I have ordered an Americano from Starbucks for 20 years, hers was the first drink that was undrinkable. She disparagingly told me then not to ask for it to be filled to the top. For real? What idiot would pay full price for a half cup of coffee! I love Silverdale Target! All of the employees are very friendly. I wish I could give 10 stars. 5 for the store, and 5 for the pharmacy. I recently broke out in some ugly hives. My Dr was out of the office so I went to the pharmacy for advice on what to do. The tech and the pharmacist went out of their way to help me, even though I looked like Sloth's long-lost sister. I ended up going to the ER and they gave me a physical prescription and automatically sent the other one to the pharmacy I had on record. I mentioned this to the pharmacist about having to go across town to pick it up so she called over to the other pharmacy and they were able to fill my prescription there. Even during the Christmas rush, they were well organized and I didnt feel stressed while shopping. The deli section could use a little more cleaning because the tables are usually kind of icky and the trash can is always overflowing. I know they have a small staff in there so maybe they could send someone from another dept to check the cafe section? read more

She looks like she hates her job, sighs when she rings you up, and this last time was playing on her cell phone as I was paying. I purchased an unassembled bookcase and I noticed the box had been reinforced with more tape. Having worked in retail, this did not concern me because I understand that the packaging can tear during storage and need this. Upon opening the box, however, I found that pieces actually had wood glue, staples and regular nails in them. Apparently this piece had been assembled and pulled apart again. One of the pieces had a long, deep gouge in it . They would not fit back together again because of the dried glue and staples poking through. I called one of the store managers, Ashley, and she asked if the box had a repack sticker on it. It did not. She apologized and said that I could return it. I told her I already had another similar piece that I had ordered online from Target and I loved it and was very disappointed that the store had sold me this one which had apparently either been returned or was the display model at one time. My advice to anyone interested in the furniture from Target is to buy it online. Apparently, the Silverdale location does not take proper care of their furniture, and although the manager apologized, her tone sounded as if she could not care less. I will not go back. read more

I'm curious as to why people are bashing your store over this alleged discourtesy that you did against the Brazas family. I cannot find a news article anywhere that would suggest any of what allegedly happened really happened. I don't believe any of the crap people have been writing about your store and would encourage those that weren't there and don't know to stop putting somethign they have no proof of on blast. And even if it did happen, what is the purpose of all the drama. A ceremony to honor a fallen fellow soldier happened. It happens, I think everyone understands this. However, the "look at me, look at me" posts need to stop. This alleged lack of courtesy is blowing up facebook, as does a lot of other made up bs. But this one in particular seems to be the going thing this week. Only, this week, someone specific is being dimed out. I wish people would grow up and let what happened go. If they don't like it, then jump in your Delorean, set the clock back a few days, and try it differently. Oh, wait, lets be real here people. Your constant bickereing of an unsubstantiated action isn't going to change things. Company policy is company policy. If you don't like it, then tell me where you live so after you tell me I can't park on your yard, I'm going to do it anyhow. Why, because it is Target's right to do what they want, so long as it falls within the guidelines of the law, on the property they pay taxes on. That is their property. If you don't believe me, then next time it snows, you pay the plow trucks or get out there with a shovel. I don't see you doing anything but taking advantage of a business when it serves you, and talking trash about them when you hear a rumor about something you don't like. Gorw up people. Move on with your lives. Focus your attention on more importan pressing issues, like education, real gun violence, and our economy. Oh, and leave Target alone.
