I've been waiting for a bit to write this review. I can not even start to express how disappointed I was in my visit weeks ago. If I could I would give a rating of 0. It was a weekday and I decided to stop by T-mobile to see if someone could upgrade my phone because I was due for one. I walk into the store and noticed that both employees were busy, so I understood that no one could get to me. So I walked around the store browsing around for a couple of minutes. Then I decided to walk around the mall to waste some time and come back. Maybe 10 mins later I come back in the store, they were again both still occupied, no one ever acknowledged me again. One of the employees was getting ready to be done. A man walks in and is greeted right away. 'Okay, maybe he didn't see me.' That's fine, I can wait. So he helps out that customer and a girl comes in, just as another woman comes in. She goes straight to the employee and he helps her right away. It sounded like he was helping her early, 'okay, that's cool, I can wait.' Another woman walks up to him and starts talking to him. Then another woman comes in and looks at me and waits around since both employees were currently busy. It's been 30 mins of me standing around. Now I'm getting annoyed. My partner comes in and asks me, 'What's up what's going on?' I reply a little louder than normal, 'Nothing is up because no one has even talked to me.' Finally the guy acknowledges me and the woman who came after me. He then points at us who came first and I replied I did. So he says to the woman let me take down your name first just in case a list grows after you. So I tell him I wanted to see if I could get my phone upgraded to an iPhone 13. He replied well, idk if we have what you want. Idk if we have the iPhone 13 you want. My partner speaks up and says well can you at least check?? So he goes oh ya okay I will go check. At this point I am even more annoyed inside, it honestly did not feel like he wanted to help me at all. He came back and said we only have a white is that okay? I said yes that's fine I just wanted a 13. And I asked will it take a long time. And he replied ya it might take a while do you mind coming back, maybe go shopping for an hour or so and come back? I have a list that I need to go through. Then I can help you. I am now fuming inside!!!! First off the only person on that list was the lady. Second I was there already for one whole hour. At this point I didn't want to give this guy my money. I replied No thanks! I'll just go to another T-Mobile. He then replied well other the other shop is swamped by 2 hours (he's saying this without even checking anything). Thanks for ruining my day and wasting my time Big Guy!!! I didn't get his name, but he was a bigger guy with little to no hair. I went to the other T-mobile I mentioned and was helped out by very nice people who were 10x's more busy!!! read more

Look I had an emergency with my phone yesterday (3/15/23). My screen on my phone stopped working completely and because of that I couldn't do anything even shut off my phone. I didn't know what to do and was super lost. Cue Andrea Being available and eager to help. We talked about what my options were from low cost to high cost, what would happen with my phone and wether or not I uploaded everything to my iCloud. I was stuck there for a while as I tried to remember my apple password, and Andrea gave some advice and motivation in my personal journey for figuring it out. It was truly an amazingly helpful experience and I now have a new phone! Which is so nice as my last one was older... So even if you're not looking for a new phone I highly recommend this establishment and I will be going back for all my future iPhone needs. read more

I went to pay my T-Mobile Bill through BofA bill pay. They accidentally sent me the check. So I went to a T-Mobile Store who I consider to represent the entire T-Mobile company they told me they do not accept checks. I do have a car and I have no way of getting to a Post Office to pay my bill yet they still are not willing to help. I then called T-Mobile Corporate and they were still unwilling to help me at all. Now I have been with T-Mobile for 20+ years I guess now is a good time to find a new service provider. read more

I've had several bad experiences with tmobile. I still try to look past that because I like my service plan with them. My phone stopped connecting to their network so I went to the store to have them look at it and they told me I was eligible for an exchange since it is an internal damage. I gave it a go and the representative told me it will be coming in the next day. The next day, I was told that the phone just shipped out and it will not be in till monday because they do not get shipments on the weekends. My only concern was why lie to your customers and just tell them the truth? And the crazy thing about it was the other representative had told me that it's not the first time it happened and they talked to him about it already. I am seriously considering on switching networks because I am done getting lied to. read more

I went here to look at a new iPhone on a few different occasions. They are very friendly and they don't push trying to get you to sign up. They're happy to answer all your questions even if you're "just looking". Clean store with friendly staff who are ready to answer your questions without being pushy about signing up. I've been in other carrier stores that are high pressure to sign up that day, and that's not T-Mobile, they're very understanding of any reservations you have about switching and very helpful. I've never purchased anything here, but they're always friendly. read more

My phone was not working properly so I went into this store, a few of the associates tried to help resolve the issue but were unsuccessful. Jesus, one of the store associates offered his assistance and went above and beyond by switching out SIM cards with his phone to help diagnose the problem. After a little more troubleshooting he called customer service and was able to fix the issue. He was extremely friendly (when I was probably not being so cordial myself) he also gave me his business card in case I had additional issues. I was overall extremely happy with the service provided and Jesus' willingness to dig into the issue and resolve it without me having to go through the trouble of waiting on another phone to be shipped to me. read more

Wish I could give a -100 stars. Customer service is awful. We got Tmobile because it was $50 cheaper than Verizon. We got our phones and we were on the phone with them half the day because we never recieved calls. Finally they agreed that we would not be able to use their phones and they would take the phone back. They said they would send a Label and they never did. I waited for my label but after 3 days they took $850 dollars out of bank. I called and asked them why since we never received a label. They saw they never emailed it and sent a new one....I sent it right away. That was 2 months ago.... no sign of my money. We have called so many times, wasted perfectly good family time.....nada! We just got off the phone for the 50th time and even though our phone was recieved forever ago...no credit "yet". So not worth the $50 dollar savings. VERIZON will never loose us again. T MOBILE IS THE MOST AWFUL COMPANY FOR CELL SERVICE. read more

Always a great experience when going to this T-Mobile. All of the associates working there are friendly, courteous and more than happy to assist customers. I have been assisted by Brandon several times, and each time he is very professional and eager to assist us. He remembers who we are and seems truly happy to help us! Man.. their service is always great when I come in.. but Im on the value plan and Im payin for a phone ive had 5 months and it is defected. they sent me a new one and that one is defected too and they cant help me try to get a diff. phone and pay the difference. There is no way they deserve even 1 star. If there was an option to go minus I would have gone -5. There service is worst. No body has any experience doing things around here including the manager. Sometimes, if you ask any question the answer will be its over my pay rate. I went to this store in April and had my service activated thru them. For some reason, I was not getting any of those network bar at all at my place. So I went in there the next day and talked to their manager about canceling my service. However, she tried but she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. I had 4 lines on my account and she canceled 3 of them and left one active. I asked her," Is it all taken care of or do I have to to anything else." Her answer was,"yes, it's all clear now." After there weeks, I had there first bill for $250 and some cents. I called them and explained about for ow long I used their service. They canceled that bill but next month it happened again. I had to make another call and they did the same thing again. Here we go again, another bill next month for $41 and some cents. This time they transferred my due to the collection agencies. This time I had to make this payment cuz tmobile said they can't do anything about anymore. I ended up paying almost $42 for to using their service. When I went back to there Silverdale Kitsap mall location to talk to somebody about this the answe I had was," it's over my pay wage." Seriously, if you don't like what you do then quit. So please find something better than this location and tmobile. read more
