It was a weekday and I decided to stop by T-mobile to see if someone could upgrade my phone because I was due for one. I walk into the store and noticed that both employees were busy, so I understood that no one could get to me. So I walked around the store browsing around for a couple of minutes. Then I decided to walk around the mall to waste some time and come back. Maybe 10 mins later I come back in the store, they were again both still occupied, no one ever acknowledged me again. One of the employees was getting ready to be done. A man walks in and is greeted right away. 'Okay, maybe he didn't see me.' That's fine, I can wait. So he helps out that customer and a girl comes in, just as another woman comes in. She goes straight to the employee and he helps her right away. It sounded like he was helping her early, 'okay, that's cool, I can wait.' Another woman walks up to him and starts talking to him. Then another woman comes in and looks at me and waits around since both employees were currently busy. It's been 30 mins of me standing around. Now I'm getting annoyed. My partner comes in and asks me, 'What's up what's going on?' I reply a little louder than normal, 'Nothing is up because no one has even talked to me.' Finally the guy acknowledges me and the woman who came after me. He then points at us who came first and I replied I did. So he says to the woman let me take down your name first just in case a list grows after you. So I tell him I wanted to see if I could get my phone upgraded to an iPhone 13. He replied well, idk if we have what you want. Idk if we have the iPhone 13 you want. My partner speaks up and says well can you at least check?? So he goes oh ya okay I will go check. At this point I am even more annoyed inside, it honestly did not feel like he wanted to help me at all. He came back and said we only have a white is that okay? I said yes that's fine I just wanted a 13. And I asked will it take a long time. And he replied ya it might take a while do you mind coming back, maybe go shopping for an hour or so and come back? I have a list that I need to go through. Then I can help you. I am now fuming inside!!!! First off the only person on that list was the lady. Second I was there already for one whole hour. At this point I didn't want to give this guy my money. I replied No thanks! I'll just go to another T-Mobile. He then replied well other the other shop is swamped by 2 hours (he's saying this without even checking anything). Thanks for ruining my day and wasting my time Big Guy!!! I didn't get his name, but he was a bigger guy with little to no hair. I went to the other T-mobile I mentioned and was helped out by very nice people who were 10x's more busy!!!

I didn't know what to do and was super lost. Cue Andrea Being available and eager to help. We talked about what my options were from low cost to high cost, what would happen with my phone and wether or not I uploaded everything to my iCloud. I was stuck there for a while as I tried to remember my apple password, and Andrea gave some advice and motivation in my personal journey for figuring it out. It was truly an amazingly helpful experience and I now have a new phone! Which is so nice as my last one was older... So even if you're not looking for a new phone I highly recommend this establishment and I will be going back for all my future iPhone needs.

After that, the process was seamless. Kyle did a fantastic job, not only taking care of us and keeping us updated at every step, but also assisting several other customers with their cellular needs. He had a calm, yet confident, skilled demeanor. T-mobile has current specials for new or current customers. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for the newest versions of the iPhone 17 and iPads.

I was in a queue and waiting my turn. There were only 2 clerks. One of the clerks was transferring data from one phone to a new phone. Which to me is an opportunity to multi-task. The clerk did multi-task with someone who came in more that 45 minutes after me and then finally after another 20 minutes asked if he could help. Everyone was very nice and did help me with what I needed. I just think there was a missed opportunity to help multiple customers more quickly.

Don't put faulty parts into an iPad, I took it to Best Buy and they put it under a microscope and saw it had a bent pin, they couldn't fix it so they suggested another company , I did take it to them, and they are fixing it. Also, with the company the fix, make sure you ,give out receipts, write up what you're doing and hand it to the customer, just don't take their iPhone , iPad, whatever you're fixing for the customer And not give them proof that you took it from them, and you ask for money upfront for something you haven't even done.

There was also no price list in the store that we could visibly see. I went there to try and get justification. I argued that I know we're paying a little bit more for the convenience of being close, but Apple only charges about $89 and I didn't understand the huge price difference. He blamed it on my daughter for not asking about the price first. Continually talked over us while trying to dispute. He criticized her by telling her she should take better care of her phone (In my opinion, she's done a fantastic job taking care of her phone considering it's 6 years old and took this long to need a repair). He tried to make it all better by offering her a phone case for free. We declined and filed a complaint with Mall Management. He took advantage of a naïve young lady. Very predatory and very condescending. I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but this shady service was over the top. I'm hoping my review helps at least one person from getting taken advantage of. Negative 10 stars. FYI-There's a jewelry store a few doors down that said they would've changed the battery for $65.
