I was trying to return an All-Fi-Hub modem/router combo that I ordered through this AT&T store. I decided to cancel due to the AT&T signal strength at my house. I told the AT&T store that I changed my mine. It was at the store waiting for me to pick up (I never hooked it up). The AT&T store couldn't return it for me, so I was instructed to take it to the local UPS store. This was on July 1st, 2025. Since then, I have received four e-mails (that I can't reply to), stating that AT&T never received it and I will be charged $200 + sales tax next month. The UPS store said it left their store on or about July 7th. I have a UPS issued "AT&T Equipment Return Receipt" with date, UPS store info, return ref number and equipment serial number and model. But no tracking info. I was told this was all I needed by the UPS store. In the meantime, I can't get this $200 charged reversed. I've call four times to three different AT&T customer service numbers. They all say they can't locate the All-Fi-Hub, but not to worry, as I will be reimbursed if I get charged. Well, if no one knows where it is, how am I going to be reimbursed? It's been 2-1/2 months. I think it's' either lost or stolen from the shipment. At this point, I'm disappointed by the lack of information from AT&T. I've been with AT&T for over 25 years. I hope I don't have to leave. Sincerely, Brian S.

I don't trust these people at all. I came in to transfer my phone from a joint account I had with a…read moreformer business associate on another carrier to a joint account with my girlfriend, a long-established customer with AT&T. The problem is that this store won't do the transfer without the personal social security number of my former business associate. There is no reason for this whatsoever except their mining people's identity info for whatever purpose. I've spoken with AT&T corporate and they don't require that information. The former carrier does not require that information to transfer the account. The only ones that say they require the information are the people in the store, and they cannot give me a good reason why that information is required. They just say they do require it. When I protested that this information was not necessary, they were short with me and dismissive. I don't post many reviews unless service is truly exceptional or if I feel a business is truly questionable. I put these people in the questionable category. I simply do not trust them and they do not give me a feeling that they are legitimate. I suggest you find another place.

They shoved the screen plug into motherboard incorrectly and dislodged some switches on motherboard causing much bigger problems which cost me $200 to fix their mistake. The screen was an act of deceit by a previous store "The Fix" in Silverdale Mall who was asked to replace my cracked glass screen. The Fix used a cheap nock-off screen which failed within a month. In long On a semi-whim, we stopped in here after dinner last night to check prices on new phones. They were able to see us right away, which does not always happen at the phone store. That was cool. Bottom line, there's no special on right now, so the cost didn't make sense for us (I am milking my old phone for every minute of life it can give me. At this point, I am perversely proud of how old it is.) My lovely bride wants to switch back to Android from iPhone; her current device frustrates her all the time. The kid helping us seemed to scoff at her preference, and couldn't answer many questions about the different levels of their current Android selections. We would have been happy enough to work with him if there were a special on to get the price down, but we ended up pausing the hunt for a new one. We'll see how quickly we jump back in, but we'll probably go to a bigger store and try to get more questions answered.

Xfinity's wireless was horrific - crashing on an hourly basis and running slow. The cell phone coverage wasn't as bad, but not at all great. And when I called the customer service line (twice) for technical assistance all they did was transfer me to their overseas office, and I got salesmen (not technicians) trying to UPSELL me. Just terrible. Absolutely don't use Xfinity services. Yikes!

I buy fun stuff like computer peripherals and Norton 360 here since Staples always has the best price--especially for Norton. But anyway, we were in the store today, found everything we needed but boy! did we get a surprise at checkout. Robert, our cashier, brought up my wife's account and announced that, thanks to the unredeemed points we'd built up on her Easy Rewards program, not only were we getting a THIRTY-SIX DOLLAR discount, but we had an additional $20 off added to the account. And talk about your perfect timing--today was the last day of that deal!!! Robert's boss Virgil, who'd been standing nearby, explained how we'd qualified for all that savings and why it was important to check the app. OK, we don't but if we did, we wouldn't have gotten that great surprise. You could see and hear how happy he, along with Robert, was that the store could award us these savings. So Robert, thank you for being our early Santa on these few days before Christmas. You really made our day. Here's wishing Santa is as generous to you and yours as you and Staples were to us.

She took the time to measure out my finger, asked questions that would contribute to meet the resolution and even followed up on me when she realized that she gave me the incorrect eta after overseeing the recent holiday. I received a phone call the day I was told it was expected to be back. When I arrived for pick up the staff was warm and greeted me. My ring came back cleaner and shinier than I was expecting &...my issue was resolved in the first crack. To my surprise, the staff that was present was aware of my situation even though Allison was not working at that moment and that honestly made me feel as though the staff here takes the time to understand and get to know their customers. I was even offered some jewelry cleaner and they really didn't have to do that. I hope they remain here in Silverdale as I would like to continue to come here.
