Here's why: I visited the Astound PO store two weeks ago and addressed my bill with a representative. We agreed upon a fair price point. Following, I received a bill statement from Astound highlighting an increase to $149.00 which was almost twice my previous bill and more than double the new price point agreed upon when I visited the Astound PO storefront. So ... I dropped in on SATURDAY, November 15 and met with Joey; he was working alone and there was a line literally out the door. He was gracious and timely with everyone one of us. This was impressive! When we spoke, he said he would get back to me on Monday for he needed to reun this by his supervisor or team. Today, MONDAY, the 17th, he called me with good news, the plan was reduced. And he demonstrated what he promised: 1. A call back 2. And follow through on the billing And I am happy to continue to be an Astound customer another year due to Joey's service.
